Abstract
- The article discusses the Grit Toolkit of the American Bar Association's (ABA) Commission on Women in the Profession, which incorporates research information, testing materials, and how-to guides to have a growth mindset for women lawyers. The Grit Project is based on the position that women lawyers can boost their gritty side by assuming a growth mindset.
