Making Sense of Greenhouse Gas Regulations.

The article reports that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is prepared to make its final ruling on the Clean Power Plan (CPP) of the administration of President Barack Obama. The CPP aims at mitigating the threat posed by carbon dioxide which is the main reason for global warming. According to the EPA, a six percent improvement in heat rate can be achieved on average for existing coal plants.
