Mobility of EU Citizens and Family Taxation: A Hard to Reconcile Combination.

The author reflects on the mobility of the European Union (EU) citizens and Family Taxation procedures and the difficulties in reconciling the differences involving both the issues. Reference is made to the provisions in the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU) on discrimination and taxation issues. There are references to many court cases to clarify the points under consideration.
