The ZLB Topic Room is considered as a response to the changing information and library world. In order to adapt current subjects in a modern and appropriate way, analogue and digital offers are connected, as by now the rule in communicating information is: no topicality without digital contents. One result is the Topic Room app. At the same time, the Topic Room serves as experimental space for library formats, a lively place in the library and starting-point of numerous cultural co-operations.
