Effect of backward walking training on postural balance in children with hemiparetic cerebral palsy: a randomized controlled study.

The article presents a study which aims to examine the effect of backward walking training on the postural control of children with hemiparetic cerebral palsy. The study method used include randomized controlled trial, analysis of variance (ANOVA), and Biodex balance system. It concludes that an additional backward walking training in the physical therapy can improve the postural balance of children with spastic hemiparetic cerebral palsy.
