"PODEMOS" A EMERGÊNCIA DE UMA NOVA FERRAMENTA POLÍTICO-SOCIAL EM ESPANHA.

The movement/party "PODEMOS" is critically assessed, trying to transpose/generalize its achievements in Spain into new socio-political configurations deemed to foster an efficient anti-capitalistic set of actions, aimed at the radical transformation of the status quo from inside. Based on the "PODEMOS" case study, a critical analysis of these socio-political configurations that are emerging in Europe to challenge the old institutions is performed. This analysis makes the point that power is to be claimed on the grounds of people's rights deteriorating as a consequence of an ill distributed 'austerity'. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
