Predicting ovarian malignancy.

The article presents the author's views on the plans of the Great Britain to establish a centralized healthcare system for the management of all gynaecological and other malignancies. Topics discussed includes a prediction model to discriminate between different types of ovarian tumour, country's policy for suspicious ovarian tumours and the Adjuvant ChemoTherapy in Ovarian Neoplasm (ACTION) study.
