Abstract
- The article focuses on the popularity of the mystery crime fiction genre as of February 2015. The author examines the role of diversity and minority characters within mystery fiction, explores the genre-blending of crime with science fiction and fantasy, and discusses several books including "Skies of Ash," by Rachel Howzell Hall, "A Blossom of Bright Light," by Suzanne Chazin, and "Made To Kill," by Adam Christopher.
