Double Transseptal Puncture Adjacent to Multiple Amplatzer Atrial Septal Occluders: Case Report.

Successful transseptal puncture adjacent to a single Amplatzer atrial septal closure device is well described. Rarely multiple Amplatzer devices may be required to close defects in the interatrial septum.
