Abstract
- The article looks at the efforts of Dallas Morning News for organizing community based journalism with Hispanic Families Network. Topics discussed include providing training to parents on reporting, writing, blogging, and social media for better informing communities about available education and literacy programs, views of Alfredo Carbajal, managing editor of the Morning News, and use Google Translate software in the training.
