MULTIETHNIC SOCIETY'S - SHOQËRIA MULTIETNIKE.

The paper aims at researching, analyzing and multiethnic society's role, with special emphasis on it in Kosovo. Therefore, search, research and analysis in this paper is based on Kosovar society in which they live as some communities ; The majority Albanians and other communities; Serbs, Turks, Bosniaks, Roma, Egyptians, Ashkali. Although different communities live, pros and cons opinions existence of such a society in Kosovo. Multiethnic idea of society is taken as a sample of some democratic countries which have declared themselves as multiethnic state. Other non-Serb communities understand the new reality created in Kosovo, many Serbs affected by the policies of Belgrade after 15 years of the war, yet are not able to accept this reality. What are the parameters of establishing such a society, and as a basis political, theoretical, practical, historical, cultural and ethnic, multi-ethnic society in creating? [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
