Abstract
- The article reports on the incident involving a gas cylinder explosion in Orlando, Florida on September 26, 2013. Topics discussed include the damage caused by the carbohydrillium gas in the cylinder, the findings by hazardous materials (E101) officer of not having a proper safety data sheet (SDS) and a reference to a similar incident in Kendall, Washington on June 13, 2013. Also mentioned is the formation of teams on the scene including the rapid intervention team (RIT).
