- The article looks at how an enhanced search engine Sinequa Big Data Search and Analytics Platform is bringing 100 million documents to the research and development teams of pharmaceutical and biologics company AstraZeneca. Topics covered include the goals of the big data system deployed by the company, the components of the platform's external medical data and internal content and one of the challenges faced by AstraZeneca in the platform deployment.
