Motivated to achieve greater competitiveness through creativity and the gap in previous research, this study aims to identify factors internal to organizations that enable or inhibit the creativity of their employees. The work was conducted with the use of applied research in a business of Information Technology. In the view of the agents were able to identify the main enablers and inhibitors factors of creativity in the field of Information Technology. Companies in this segment can, with adaptations, develop a plan in order to maximize the enablers and minimizing the inhibitors factors of creativity in pursuit of competitive advantage.
