The development and implementation of the structured training programme for caregivers of inpatients after stroke (TRACS) intervention: The London Stroke Carers Training Course.

The article presents a study which examines the delivery and content of the adapted London Stroke Carers Training Course intervention analyzed during the Training Caregivers after Stroke (TRACS) trial. The study involved a cascade method of implementation for the training course intervention. Results show that the structured programme was delivered in standardised and structured way in several stroke unit variations in Great Britain.
