Abstract
- The article presents a study which examines the effect of progressive resistance exercise (PRE) program among women with knee osteoarthritis. The study uses a randomized controlled trial to the experimental group (EG) and control group (CG). The study shows the effectiveness of PRE program in reducing pain and quality of life (QoL) of women.
