Abstract
- The article demonstrates the lack of necessity for exclusionary language contained in the online poker bills introduced during the 2014 legislative session in California. Topics discussed include the blacklisting of applicants without consideration of mitigating circumstances, the possibility that the entire online market will be marginalized, and the right of every applicant for an objective investigation by state regulators.
