Abstract
- The article informs that Surrey-based theme park Chessington World of Adventures Operations Ltd. has been prosecuted by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) for safety failings which on June 7, 2012 caused life-changing head injuries to a four-year-old girl after felling nearly four metres while waiting in line for the Tomb Blaster ride. Topics discussed include details of the investigation of HSE and penalty to the park for finding guilty for breaching the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
