Abstract

Contends that military research carried on at the University of Michigan's Willow Run Laboratories was directly responsible for the capture and death of Che Guevara in Bolivia in 1967. Application of the university's radar and infrared research to counter-guerrilla operations in Thailand; Report on the involvement of the U.S. 8th Special Forces in helping Bolivians in counter-guerrilla methods; Suggestion that officials of the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency and the U.S. Department of Defense knew about the presence of Che in Bolivia.
