Validation of the LET classification.

The article presents a study that examined the use of the LET classification to predict the severity of post-thrombotic syndrome (PTS) in deep venous thrombosis patients. Patients were asked to fill out a questionnaire to obtain information on complaints, severity of PTS and quality of life. The results indicate the effectiveness of the LET classication in determining acute thrombus location and extent.
