- The article focuses on development of an effective safety team to improve occupational safety and health (OSH). Topics discussed include transformation of safety committees to produce better results, developing, organizing and structuring a team and leadership development. Other topics include need of sound planning, effective organizing and strong leadership for establishment of an effective safety team.
