Abstract: The article profiles several young professionals from the Californian construction industry, selected by the periodical, that have excellent leadership abilities. Topics include Noah Boro of Turner Construction Co. who volunteer his time to tutor young builders; Joshua J. Divelbiss of the HR Group Architects who advocates sustainable architecture to improve his community; and Christopher Evans of Swinerton Builders who works as chief estimators.
