Démarche ergonomique dans les projets industriels chez Renault : 3 décennies d'évolutions.

This paper relates the evolutions of ergonomics or sociotechnical application in the industrial projects in Renault corp between 1982 and 2012. Whenever it is possible, the link is made with the major events or changes at Renault corp during these 3 decades in the fields of technology, management or organsation. The analysis deals with the influence these main changes could be have on ergonomics in the industrial projects, and conversely on the impact the developments of ergonomics in the industrial projects could be have on the company.
