Synergy in the Political Science Classroom: Bringing Civic Education and Web-writing Together.

A conference paper prepared for presentation at the 2014 Annual Meeting of the American Political Science Association (APSA), Washington, D.C., on August 28-31, 2014 is presented. It examines several aspects of civic education and web-writing in terms of politics. It also discusses literatures from political science and higher education policy studies, and activities to counter the trend of declining participation by bolstering understanding, motivations, and skills of students.
