Abstract
- The article discusses the deployment of aircraft and satellite-based imaging systems in monitoring terrestrial vegetation and soil moisture. Topics discussed include the resolution of imaging systems, the accuracy of measurement, and the strong dependence of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) in using image-processing algorithm in converting satellite imaging data.
