Abstract
- The article discusses research which examines the effectiveness of B-cell reconstitution for the treatment of B-cell lymphopoiesis following haploidentical bone marrow transplantation and post-transplant cyclophosphamide (Cy). It shows that B-cell compartment was progressively repopulated by mature naive B cells. It reveals the dependence of B-cell recovery on a maturation process originating from donor B-cell precursors.
