Abstract

The article reports on a study on tularemia in 100 children in Turkey from September 2009 to November 2012. The study examined the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the zoonotic disease which is caused by Francisella tularensis in children 3-18 years of age. Findings showed that cervical lymphadenopathy and elevated erythrocyte are the common physical signs and laboratory findings.
