Abstract
- Presents a study which focused on the autonomic nervous control relating to the venous pressure (Phv) and secretion in submandibular gland of the anesthetized dogs. What the parasympathetic nerve stimulation causes; Dependency of the fluid movement across the capillary walls; Relation of the sympathetic inhibition of parasympathetic salivation to prevention of an increased Phv.
