Ferroelectric materials play a crucial role in a broad range of technologies due to their unique properties that are deeply connected to the pattern and behavior of their ferroelectric (FE) domains. Chief among them, barium titanate (BaTiO 3 ; BTO) sees widespread applications such as in electronics but equally is a ferroelectric model system for fundamental research, e.g., to study the interplay of such FE domains, the domain walls (DWs), and their macroscopic properties, owed to BTO's multiple and experimentally accessible phase transitions. Here, we employ Second Harmonic Generation Microscopy (SHGM) to in situ investigate the cubic-to-tetragonal (at ∼ 126 ° C) and the tetragonal-to-orthorhombic (at ∼ 5 ° C) phase transition in single-crystalline BTO via three-dimensional (3D) DW mapping. We demonstrate that SHGM imaging provides the direct visualization of FE domain switching as well as the domain dynamics in 3D, shedding light on the interplay of the domain structure and phase transition. These results allow us to extract the different transition temperatures locally, to unveil the hysteresis behavior, and to determine the type of phase transition at play (first/second order) from the recorded SHGM data. The capabilities of SHGM in uncovering these crucial phenomena can easily be applied to other ferroelectrics to provide new possibilities for in situ engineering of advanced ferroic devices. Layered thin films of the ferroelectric perovskite Ba0.85Ca0.15Ti0.9Zr0.1O3 (BCZT) and the ferromagnetic half-metal La0.80Sr0.20MnO3 (LSMO) are well-known multiferroic systems that show promise for spintronic applications. In this work, the structure–property relationships are explored in novel BCZT/LSMO thin film heterostructures with optimized ferroic properties. Epitaxial BCZT/LSMO thin film heterostructures are grown by varying the lattice mismatch strains on single crystal LaAlO3 (LAO) (100) and MgO (100) substrates using the pulsed laser deposition technique. The epitaxial strain in the films gives rise to a tetragonal distortion of the BCZT and LSMO unit cells and significantly affects their magnetotransport and magnetodielectric properties. The BCZT/LSMO/LAO heterostructure exhibits a colossal magnetoresistance effect due to a large out-of-plane tensile strain, which induces enhanced carrier hopping in the LSMO layer as compared to the BCZT/LSMO/MgO film. The larger tetragonal distortion of the BCZT unit cell in BCZT/LSMO/MgO contributes to higher dielectric permittivity, with a greater dielectric maxima temperature and freezing temperature. Magnetodielectric measurements reveal a hitherto unobserved giant magnetodielectric effect in the BCZT/LSMO/MgO film, attributed to a large in-plane strain, which induces interfacial polarization distortion at the interfacial layer. Overall, this work elucidates the unique strain and charge-mediated cross-coupled phenomena of magnetic and electric orders in multiferroic thin film heterostructures, which are critical for their technological applications. Oxygen defects are introduced into PbZr0.5Ti0.5O3 films and their impact on ferroelectric behavior, linear dielectric response (LDR), and nonlinear dielectric response (NDR) is studied. Apart from a notable decrease in both polarization and LDR permittivity, the frequency spectra of LDR exhibit a distinctive loss peak. The peak position varies with temperature and oxygen defect concentration. NDR parameters, including the Rayleigh coefficient (α1), the slope (α2) correlating the imaginary part of permittivity with the ac electric field, and the slope (k) between the real and the imaginary parts of permittivity, demonstrate diverse behaviors in response to temperature and oxygen defect concentration. The similarity in the frequency spectra of tanδ and 1/k reveals the correlation between LDR and NDR induced by the presence of oxygen defects. The functional properties of piezoelectric ceramic materials, such as barium titanate, are highly dependent on grain size. Lead-free polycrystalline Ba0.85Ca0.15Zr0.1Ti0.9O3 (BCZT) samples were prepared with a combination of the hydrothermal method and spark plasma sintering to achieve grain sizes from 100 nm to 10 μm by varying the maximum sintering temperature. In this range, a transition from a nearly linear dielectric to a ferroelectric response can be seen in macroscopic electromechanical measurements, demonstrating the importance of grain size on functional properties in BCZT. Furthermore, in situ electric field-dependent synchrotron x-ray diffraction measurements were performed to quantify the intrinsic and extrinsic strain contributions and their variations with grain size. At lower grain sizes, the data revealed a significant loss of extrinsic contributions in the piezoelectric behavior, limiting the response to intrinsic contribution associated with lattice strain. This study analyzes the regulatory mechanism of oxygen vacancy concentration on tail-to-tail charged domain walls (T–T CDWs), along with the writing time, conduction current magnitude, and retention performance of through-type T–T CDWs. The research results show that the highest density and length of T–T CDWs are achieved when the oxygen vacancy concentration is 1 × 1020 cm−3. Moreover, the successful writing of through-type T–T CDWs is limited to a certain electric field range, which is controlled by oxygen vacancy concentration. An increase in the oxygen vacancy concentration leads to a decrease in the maximum and minimum threshold electric fields required for writing through-type charged domain walls. The writing time and conductivity of through-type T–T CDWs determine the information writing speed and signal strength of domain wall memories, and the oxygen vacancy concentration also plays a regulatory role in both aspects. When the oxygen vacancy concentration is 1 × 1020 cm−3, the through-type T–T CDW exhibits the fastest writing speed, requiring only 8 ns. The magnitude of the conduction current of through-type T–T CDWs is directly proportional to the oxygen vacancy concentration. The through-type T–T CDWs formed by the aggregation of oxygen vacancies exhibit excellent retention performance, making them highly promising for applications in ferroelectric domain wall memories. Our research demonstrates that oxygen vacancies have a significant regulatory effect on the morphology and current response of charged domain walls, opening up new avenues for the study of domain wall memories. A Landau–Devonshire thermodynamic energy density function for ferroelectric wurtzite aluminum scandium nitride (Al1−xScxN) solid solution is developed. It is parametrized using available experimental and theoretical data, enabling the accurate reproduction of composition-dependent ferroelectric properties, such as spontaneous polarization, dielectric permittivity, and piezoelectric constants, for both bulk and thin films. The maximum concentration of Sc for the wurtzite structure to remain ferroelectric is found to be 61 at. %. A detailed analysis of Al1−xScxN thin films reveals that the ferroelectric phase transition and properties are insensitive to substrate strain. Ferroelectric transition and polarization characteristics were explored for filled tungsten bronze Ba4Sm2Ti4Nb6O30 ceramics with pinched P–E hysteresis loops. Two dielectric permittivity peaks were observed at around 553 and 486 K on heating and cooling cycles, respectively, with a large thermal hysteresis (∼77 K), indicating the first-order ferroelectric phase transition behavior in the present ceramics. In addition, a low-temperature dielectric relaxation appeared at around 300 K, following the Vogel–Fulcher relationship, which is related to thermal activation related to the polarization in the ab plane. Pinched P–E hysteresis loops were detected in the temperature range of 293–453 K with two pairs of coercive fields, indicating certain polar reversal mechanism, while E1 corresponds to the reversal field needed for all the ferroelectric domains in the system, and E2 is the back switch field from the polar state to the nonpolar state. Therefore, (E1–E2)/2 is the effect coercive field for the polar domain induced by the field transition. Temperature dependence of the coercive fields E1, E2, and (E1–E2)/2 is fitted to the Vopsaroiu model with different activated energies obtained for different temperature ranges, based on which the polarization dynamics of the pinched hysteresis loops are discussed. Antiferroelectric and ferroelectric materials are prominent non-linear dielectric materials with significant applications across various fields. To fully understand their electrical properties, it is crucial to accurately discriminate the two phases, especially in compositions with the coexistence of antiferroelectric and ferroelectric phases. In this study, we propose an easy method for differentiating domain structures from phase coexistence based on split outskirt reflections. Epitaxial (Bi, K)TiO3 films with 800- to 900-nm thicknesses were grown hydrothermally at 200 °C on SrTiO3 substrates covered with SrRuO3 layers. Perfectly (001)-oriented films grew on (100)SrTiO3 due to good lattice matching. Films on (110)SrTiO3 had mixed orientations of dominant (110) and minor (101), while three types of (111) orientations with in-plane 120° rotation were observed for the film on (111)SrTiO3. The (101) and (110) orientations of the film deposited on (110)SrTiO3 were tilted by approximately 2.6° and 1.6°, respectively, from surface normal due to the formation of a 90° domain with a twinning plane. The plane-view measurement for the film deposited on (111)SrTiO3 showed nine spots. These are explained by the presence of 15 possible spots resulting from the relaxed 90° domain combination and by overlapping. The lattice parameters of these films explain the tilting angles of these domains. These results reveal the formation of perfectly relaxed 90° domain structures for films grown on (110) and (111)SrTiO3. This differs from our previous data for tetragonal Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 films grown above TC on (110) and (111)SrTiO3 because the present films directly grow the ferroelectric films below TC without phase change. The tilting angle of the polar-axis and the volume fraction of the 90° domain can explain the piezoelectric responses of these films assuming that films have purely an up-state. This suggests that these films show almost pure up-state polarization without 180° domains, at least along surface-normal directions. In this work, 1–3 connectivity barium zirconate titanate ceramic cement-based composites were fabricated using Portland cement and epoxy resin as the matrix. Barium zirconate titanate (BZT) of 40–60 % by volume was used while epoxy was used with cement at 0–7% by volume. Dielectric and piezoelectric properties, and other properties such as acoustic impedance, density and microstructure were investigated. It was found that epoxy resin can be used in combination with BZT to achieve a suitable acoustic impedance value (9–11 × 106 kg/m·s2) matching that of concrete for structural health monitoring application. Thus, when epoxy resin was used at 7 %, BZT volume can be increased to 60 % where the highest d 33 value of 93 pC/N was found and remain within the acoustic matching range. In addition, when epoxy resin was increased, both piezoelectric charge coefficient (d 33) and piezoelectric voltage coefficient (g 33) were also found to increase. In the present study, a triphasic-based system was prepared using constituents such as Lanthanum Calcium Manganite (LCM) , Cobalt Ferrite (CF) , and Barium Titanate (BT) in different proportions. The composition (1-x)LCM: x(0.7CF-0.3BT) , where x = 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, and 1, was employed to produce the triphasic system-based materials using a solid-state reaction technique. X-ray diffraction results confirmed the development of the triphasic phase in the composites through the JCPDS card number of the major peaks. The average crystallite size calculated from XRD data was found to vary with increasing 0.7CF-0. 3 BT concentration in LCM. FTIR spectroscopy indicates alterations in the main peaks with an increase in content of 0.7CF-0.3BT , suggesting the formation of triphasic composites. The upward trend in dielectric permittivity suggests the successful occurrence of Maxwell-Wagner polarization, indicating relaxor behavior at lower frequency values. Impedance spectroscopy reveals dielectric relaxation and the contribution of charge carriers in triphasic composites, along with the impact of grain and grain boundaries. Magnetization analysis at room temperature approves an increase in saturation magnetization in composites i.e., 0.7LCM-0.3(0.7CF-0. 3 BT) triphasic material exhibiting a maximum saturation magnetization of 13.04 emu/g. Magnetoelectric behaviour is observed in triphasic materials at different AC magnetic fields. The 0.9LCM-0.1(0.7CF-0.3BT) triphasic hydroelectric cell achieved a peak current of 1.29 mA and showed enhanced stability over time. Its I-V characteristics revealed a short-circuit current of 3.5 mA, an open-circuit voltage of 0.85 V, and an off-load power output of 2.97 mW. The triphasic system demonstrates improved structural, electrical, and hydroelectric cell (HEC) performance offering promising prospects for use in magnetoelectric and hydroelectric devices. 3D printing technique can be used to fabricating complex-structure ceramics, but the internal microstructure and properties along vertical and horizontal directions may show certain anisotropy due to the layer-by-layer process. This work aims to evaluate 3D printing anisotropy quantitatively for performance optimization via the stereolithography method. The square-shaped barium titanate (BTO) ceramics with three different solid contents (75 %, 80 % and 85 %) were prepared to characterize the differences between the vertical and horizontal directions of the ceramics, including microstructure, phase structure, electrical properties and mechanical properties. The electrical and mechanical performances of the printed BTO ceramics in vertical direction are superior to that of horizontal direction, and the differences firstly decrease with the solid contents increasing to 80 % and then increase slightly with further solid content increasing. Besides, the printed BTO ceramic with 80 wt% solid content has excellent electrical performance. Electrocaloric (EC) refrigeration offers superior energy-conversion efficiency, miniaturization, and environmental benefits compared to compression refrigeration. However, its practical application is limited by the challenge of aligning the adiabatic temperature change (Δ T) with the operational temperature range. In this study, we have tailored the EC characteristics of BaTiO 3 (BT)-based Ba(Ti 0.9 Sn 0.1)O 3 (BTS) ferroelectric ceramics using Bi(Mg 0.5 Ti 0.5)O 3 (BMT). We provide a comprehensive analysis of the microstructure, electrical properties, and EC behavior of the (1– x)BTS- x BMT system. Our results indicate that the incorporation of BMT establishes a broad platform in the dielectric spectrum while maintaining high polarization. This improvement potentially increases the electrocaloric effect (ECE) and expands the operating temperature range. Direct heat flux measurements reveal that the x = 0.02 composition achieves a maximum Δ T (Δ T max) of 0.41 K with a temperature span (T span) of 68 °C under an intermediate electric field of 50 kV/cm. Moreover, the x = 0.01 sample exhibits a room-temperature Δ T of 0.33 K and relatively good temperature stability within 30–130 °C. Chemotherapy is a widely used cancer treatment, however, it can have notable side effects owing to the high-doses of drugs administered. Sonodynamic therapy (SDT) induced by sonosensitizers has emerged as a promising approach to treat cancer, however, there is limited research evaluating its therapeutic effects on human tumors. In this study, we introduced a dual therapy that combines low-dose chemotherapeutic drugs with enhanced sonodynamic therapy, utilizing barium titanate (BaTiO 3 , BTO) nanoparticles (NPs) as sonosensitizers to treat tumor organoids. We demonstrated that ultrasound could improve the cellular uptake of chemotherapy drugs, while the chemotherapeutic effect of the drugs made it easier for BTO NPs to enter tumor cells, and the dual therapy synergistically inhibited tumor cell viability. Moreover, different patient-derived tumor organoids exhibited different sensitivities to this therapy, highlighting the potential to evaluate individual responses to combination therapies prior to clinical intervention. Furthermore, this dual therapy exhibited therapeutic effects equivalent to those of high-dose chemotherapy drugs on drug-resistant tumor organoids and showed the potential to enhance the efficacy of killing drug-resistant tumors. In addition, the biosafety of the BTO NPs was successfully verified in live mice via oral administration. BACKGROUND: Piezoelectric catalysis using perovskite‐type barium titanate (BaTiO3) has been applied to the decomposition of refractory organic pollutants through piezoelectric catalytic persulfate (PS). Nevertheless, challenges such as a limited specific surface area, poor electrical conductivity and a tendency towards agglomeration in BaTiO3 necessitate the exploration of novel methods to enhance its piezoelectric efficiency. RESULTS: Sludge carbon (SC) from sewage treatment and BaTiO3 was utilized to develop a novel piezoelectric catalytic material (BaTiO3/SC). The specific surface area of BaTiO3/SC reached 67.92 m2 g−1, which is nine times larger than that of BaTiO3 alone. The inclusion of SC in the composite enhanced the number of active sites and contributed to a higher degree of graphitization, improved electrical conductivity, and provided a more stable structure for BaTiO3/SC. This material was capable of harvesting mechanical vibration energy from ultrasound, thereby generating piezoelectric catalytic properties and activating PS to achieve a 93% decomposition ratio of enrofloxacin (ENR) in water within 80 min. The activation of PS by BaTiO3/SC piezocatalysis led to the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS), such as •OH and SO4−•. These ROS attack the quinolone ring of ENR, which is susceptible to cleavage, resulting in the decomposition of ENR into intermediates of lower toxicity. CONCLUSION: The incorporation of SC has enhanced the piezoelectric performance of BaTiO3, rendering BaTiO3/SC a novel perovskite‐type piezoelectric catalytic material that improves piezoelectric efficiency. This study investigated the piezoelectric properties of BaTiO3 ceramics with different sizes through molecular dynamics simulations. The results show that all samples reached thermal equilibrium at 300 K and equilibrium in potential energy within 10 ns, confirming effective equilibration. As the size of the ceramics increased, the mean square displacement and diffusion coefficients decreased from 0.217 and 0.0034 to 0.1934 Å2 and 0.003 Å2/ns, attributed to a more uniform microstructure with fewer defects, resulting in reduced ion mobility. Furthermore, saturation polarization, residual polarization, and coercive field values increased from 0.35, 0.1, and 0.175 to 0.42 C/m2, 0.16 C/m2, and 0.282 MV/m, respectively, with increasing sample size, highlighting enhanced polarization responses due to a greater volume of ferroelectric material. Larger barium titanate (BaTiO3) crystals can have better polarization due to more domains aligning, but they may not deform as much (lower strain) because the walls among those domains can't move freely. While improved domain alignment contributed to higher polarization, the increased stress can restrict the mobility of the domain walls. These findings provided valuable insights into the size-dependent behavior of BaTiO3 ceramics, essential for optimizing their applications in electronic devices and sensors. Shaping of ceramics is crucial. Current techniques cannot easily and rapidly shape ceramics without weakening their properties, especially for piezoceramics. We present an ultrafast ceramic shaping method that leverages thermomechanical fields to deform and sinter ceramic powder compacts into complex-shaped ceramics. The shape-forming process hinges on: (1) the implementation of a precise thermal field to activate optimal deformability, and (2) the application of sufficient mechanical loads to guide deformation. We employ a programmable carbon-felt Joule heater that concurrently function as mechanical carriers, effectively transferring applied loads to the ceramic powder compacts. Using this ultrafast shaping and sintering (USS) method, we fabricate barium titanate (BT) piezoceramics in twisted shape, arch shape and with micropatterns. The USS method is energy-friendly (requiring approximately 1.06 kJ mm−3) and time-efficient (in several minutes level). Overall, the USS method offers an effective solution for shaping ceramics and extends them to 3D geometries with enhanced versatility. Shaping ceramics is important for realizing their material properties. This study successfully synthesized high-tetragonality barium titanate (BaTiO3) particles with a small particle size by implementing ball milling in the solid-state synthesis of BaTiO3 and utilizing nanoscale raw materials. This study also addressed the issues of impurities and uneven particle size distribution that could exist in the synthesized BaTiO3 particles. The crystal structure, morphology, and particle size of the synthesized BaTiO3 particles have been meticulously analyzed and discussed through the use of techniques such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the laser particle size analyzer. BaTiO3 has been successfully synthesized, exhibiting a uniform particle size with an average diameter of 170 nm and a high tetragonality value of 1.01022. 2D Ti3C2Tx MXene is a desirable electrode material for advanced lithium‐ion batteries (LIBs) in the pursuit of high energy and power densities, owing to its extensive reactive area and surface‐induced pseudo‐capacitance. Here, a novel synergistic strategy for fortifying lithium storage capability is first proposed, by in‐situ anchoring BaTiO3 ferroelectric nanoparticles on few‐layered Ti3C2Tx nanosheets (BT/f‐Ti3C2Tx) using a hydrothermal method. The uniform BaTiO3 nanoparticles effectively prevent the restacking of Ti3C2Tx nanosheets, successfully deplete metastable Ti atoms, and intriguingly form a thin and well‐adhered solid electrolyte interface layer, enhancing the aggregation‐resistant, oxidation‐resistant, and electrochemical properties of Ti3C2Tx. Simultaneously, the internal electric fields, originating from the spontaneous polarization of BaTiO3 ferroelectric nanoparticles, can augment the adsorption of Li+, boosting the lithium storage capacity and reaction kinetics. The resulting composite electrode displays a remarkable charge capacity of 84 mAh g−1 at 10 A g−1, almost five times that of pristine Ti3C2Tx electrode. The excellent rate performance and cyclability make BT/f‐Ti3C2Tx composites highly attractive for LIBs. Furthermore, this synthetic approach presented here is scalable and can be extended to other Ti‐based materials. Barium titanate (BT) is widely studied in bone repair engineering due to its high dielectric constant, excellent ferroelectric properties, and non-toxic nature. However, one of the research focuses on the preparation of high-precision BT ceramics and enhances their limited mineralization bioactivity. BT is difficult to use for high-precision ceramic molding using Digital Light Processing (DLP) due to its high refractive index and strong ultraviolet absorption. In this manuscript, BT was doped with calcium silicate (CS) which has a refractive index close to photosensitive resin. The printing parameters of the composite ceramic scaffolds were determined to obtain a balance between printing efficiency and accuracy. Experimental results have demonstrated that within a CS doping ratio of up to 20 wt%, the scaffolds simultaneously meet the piezoelectric coefficient and mechanical properties of natural bone. Furthermore, mineralization and cell experiments have shown that the composite scaffold exhibits improved degradation rate, cell activity, and osteoinductivity. Subsequently, bone scaffolds with a doping ratio of 20 wt% were selected, which meet the requirements of natural bone and exhibit significantly enhanced biological activity. This study presents a high-performance piezo-photocatalyst for efficient dye degradation using a synergistic barium titanate (BTO)-MXene composite. The composite was synthesized via a facile method, combining the unique properties of BTO nanoparticles with the high conductivity of MXene. The structural and morphological analysis confirmed the successful formation of the composite, with well-dispersed BTO nanoparticles on the MXene surface. The piezo-photocatalytic activity of the composite was evaluated using a typical dye solution (Rhodamine B: RhB) under ultraviolet irradiation and mechanical agitation. The results revealed a remarkable enhancement in dye degradation (90 % in 15 min for piezo-photocatalysis) compared to individual stimuli (58.2 % for photocatalysis and 95.8 % in 90 min for piezocatalysis), highlighting the synergistic effects between BTO and MXene. The enhanced catalytic performance was attributed to the efficient charge separation and transfer facilitated by the composite's structure, leading to increased reactive species generation and dye molecule degradation. Furthermore, the composite exhibited excellent stability and reusability, showcasing its potential for practical applications in wastewater treatment. Experimentally achieving the first‐ever electric field periodic poling of single crystal barium titanate oxide (BTO, or BaTiO3) thin film on‐insulator is reported. Owing to the outstanding optical nonlinearities of BTO, this result is a key step toward achieving quasi‐phase‐matching (QPM). First, the BTO thin film is grown on a dysprosium scandate substrate using pulsed laser deposition with a thin layer of strontium ruthenate later serving as the bottom electrode for poling. The characterization of the BTO thin film using x‐ray diffraction (XRD) and piezo‐response force microscopy to demonstrate single crystal, single domain growth of the film that enables the desired periodic poling, are presented. To investigate the poling quality, both non‐destructive piezo force response microscopy and destructive etching‐assisted scanning electron microscopy (SEM) are applied, and it is shown that high quality, uniform, and intransient poling with 50% duty cycle and periods ranging from 2 µm to 10 µm is achieved. The successful realization of periodic poling in BTO thin film unlocks the potential for highly efficient nonlinear processes under QPM that seemed far‐fetched with prior polycrystalline BTO thin films which predominantly relied on efficiency‐limited random or non‐phase matching conditions and is a key step toward integration of BTO photonic devices. Highlights Three‐component piezoelectric composites, with castor‐oil‐derived polyurethane (COPU) as the matrix, reinforced with barium titanate (BTO) microparticles (as the primary piezo‐active inclusion) and with multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were synthesized. BTO content is varied (3, 12, and 25 vol%), while the MWCNTs content is maintained constant at 0.65 wt% (0.37 vol%) w.r.t. the COPU matrix. The addition of MWCNTs significantly enhances the piezoelectric strain coefficient (d33$$ {d}_{33} $$), relative dielectric constant (k/k0), and piezoelectric response, that is, open circuit voltage (VOC) of the piezo‐composites. The (COPU/MWCNTs)/25 vol% BTO composite gives a d33$$ {d}_{33} $$ value of 1.8 ± 0.1 pC/N, an increase of ~1.38 times compared to COPU/25 vol% BTO composite (with a d33$$ {d}_{33} $$ value of 1.3 ± 0.1 pC/N). The relative dielectric constant (k/k0) value of two‐component COPU/BTO (25.0 vol%) increased from 10.34 ± 0.06 to 11.15 ± 0.05 by addition of 0.65 wt% MWCNTs. A maximum open circuit voltage of ~19.6 V for three‐component (COPU/MWCNTs)/ 25 vol% BTO composite was obtained at 45 N load and at 5 Hz frequency. This value (VOC) is ~1.29 times higher compared to COPU/25 vol% BTO composite (with VOC ~ 15.2 V). The k/k0 and d33$$ {d}_{33} $$ values and elastic moduli obtained via experiments were further compared with those obtained from finite element analyses based on kinematic uniform boundary conditions (KUBC) and from Eshelby–Mori–Tanaka micromechanics extended to the domain of linear piezoelectric composites. AbstractThis paper highlighted in preparation and their properties of Y3+ doped barium titanate (BaTiO3) nanocrystals using inverse miniemulsion. The yttrium (Y) element dopant as the earlier utilized rare earth was used for barium titanate (BaTiO3) modification. The cubic structure of Y3+ doped BaTiO3 nanocrystals were successfully incubated in stable droplets of inverse miniemulsion under the solvent-thermal treatment condition. The suitable Y3+ doping amount in nanocrystals had positively attributed to reduce the value of bandgap (Eg), to prolong the fluorescence lifetime, and to improve the photoelectric properties. The photodegradation mechanism and the schematic diagram of fluorescence emission and radical production were suggested for explanation the relation between photoelectric characteristics and photocatalytic properties. The growing interest in ferroelectric materials has witnessed the thriving prospect of bio-inspired artificial neuromorphic system, where multi-level polarization states play a crucial role. In this work, with typical BaTiO3 ferroelectric thin film as the model system, we explore the physical effects of inhomogeneity on polarization switching dynamics and neuromorphic performance. Inhomogeneous films exhibited pinched polarization–electric field hysteresis loops, leading to a high recognition accuracy of 96.03% for hand-written digits, compared to about 10.31% for homogeneous films. The inhomogeneity in switching dynamics was analyzed by inhomogeneous field mechanism. Diffusive distributions of switching time and local electric fields were observed, aligning with experimental results and the expected inhomogeneity. The prolonged domain wall depinning time and lowered energy consumption suggest the potential for multi-level polarization states, a possibility further confirmed by phase-field simulations that demonstrated their presence during long-term potentiation/depression. Triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) offers a novel approach for converting high‐entropy mechanical energy into electrical energy, yet achieving high charge density remains critical. Optimizations using dielectrics with high specific capacitance have mitigated air breakdown, but charge loss within dielectrics persists as a limiting factor. Here, based on poly(vinylidene fluoride–trifluoroethylene–chlorofluoroethylene) (P(VDF‐TrFE‐CFE)) with high specific capacitance, (P(VDF‐TrFE‐CFE)) composites’ trap density and energy are engineered using high‐polarity interfaces from barium titanate (BTO) nanoparticles and dense chain segment stacking induced by electrostatic interaction with polyetherimide (PEI) to enhance charge retention capability. With modified high interfacial traps, an ultrahigh charge density of 9.23 mC m−2 is achieved in external charge excitation (ECE) TENG using 0.2 vol% PEI/P(VDF‐TrFE‐CFE) film, marking the highest charge density reported for single‐unit TENGs. Conventional photodetectors overly pursue high light‐to‐electric conversion efficiency under weak light stimulation, while disregarding the saturated absorption‐induced blinding effect upon strong light, and achieving efficient photodetection covering a large power range remains a great challenge. In this work, MoS2/BaTiO3 heterostructures are constructed through a low‐cost exfoliation and transfer method combined with spin‐coating. The photoresponse behaviors before and after assembling the BaTiO3 nanoparticles onto the MoS2 nanoflake are investigated, indicating that the high conductivity of MoS2 and ferroelectricity of BaTiO3 can complement each other to improve the photoresponse of the hetero‐integrated device, acquiring a high photoresponsivity of 17402 A W−1 under 0.2 nW irradiation, and a significant 570 µA photocurrent under 8 mW irradiation, realizing a large linear dynamic range index of 152 dB, which is at the top level among layered semiconductor‐based detectors. Moreover, strong power near‐infrared light can be up‐converted to the visible band through the nonlinear effect of BaTiO3, subsequently absorbed by the MoS2 and contributing to the photocurrent, providing a solution to combat and alleviate the saturated absorption issue in photodetection. Amidst the swift expansion of the electric vehicle industry, the imperative for alternative battery technologies that balance economic feasibility with sustainability has reached unprecedented importance. Herein, we utilized Perovskite-based oxide compounds barium titanate (BaTiO3) and strontium titanate (SrTiO3) nanoparticles as anode materials for lithium-ion batteries from straightforward and standard carbonate-based electrolyte with 10% fluoroethylene carbonate (FEC) additive [1M LiPF6 (1:1 EC: DEC) + 10% FEC]. SrTiO3 and BaTiO3 electrodes can deliver a high specific capacity of 80 mA h g−1 at a safe and low average working potential of ≈0.6 V vs. Li/Li+ with excellent high-rate performance with specific capacity of ~90 mA h g−1 at low current density of 20 mA g−1 and specific capacity of ~80 mA h g−1 for over 500 cycles at high current density of 100 mA g−1. Our findings pave the way for the direct utilization of perovskite-type materials as anode materials in Li-ion batteries due to their promising potential for Li+ ion storage. This investigation addresses the escalating market demands in a sustainable manner and opens avenues for the investigation of diverse perovskite oxides as advanced anodes for next-generation metal-ion batteries. Johnson's approximation is implemented in a finite element code to simulate the electric field dependence of a core–shell microstructure material. We show how the microstructure, based here on a 50:50 volume fraction, influences the measured effective permittivity as a function of applied voltage. Using a Johnson's parameter of β = 1.0 × 1010 Vm5/C3, verified from commercial BaTiO3‐based multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCC), we show how the microstructure and the difference in core and shell conductivities alter the local fields generated and how this influences the voltage dependence of the effective permittivity. Systems that comprise a conductive core‐like material surrounded by a resistive shell experience little or modest voltage dependence due to the shell material providing shielding to large electric fields within the cores. Conversely, if the core material is more resistive than the shell material, substantial voltage dependence occurs with simulations showing over a 50% decrease in the effective permittivity. The repair of bone defects from various causes remains a significant challenge in clinical settings. Piezoelectric materials have been demonstrated to promote osteogenic differentiation, among which barium titanate (BT) has been widely reported. Magnesium oxide (MgO) dopants not only enhance the piezoelectric properties but also stimulate the osteogenic and angiogenic properties in stem cells. In this study, a MgO‐modified BT/hydroxyapatite (MgO@BT/HA) piezoelectric ceramic scaffold was constructed using three‐dimensional (3D)‐printed technology. The results indicated that the addition of MgO improved the electrical properties of BT (d33 = 68.26 pC/N), and facilitated an increase in the proportion of HA (30%) while maintaining the piezoelectric coefficient (d33 = 2.04 pC/N) of the ceramic system. Furthermore, under the induction of low‐intensity pulsed ultrasound (LIPUS) stimulation, in vitro biosafety experiments confirmed that MgO@BT/HA exhibits excellent biosafety and promotes the osteogenic differentiation of dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs). To achieve carbon neutrality by 2050, novel ceramic processes which can fabricate it at lower temperatures compared with conventional sintering process are required. Bulk barium titanate (BaTiO3) is directly synthesized from hydrous titania gel (TiO2·nH2O) pellets near room temperature via the acid–base chemical densification (ABCD) process, which affords perovskite oxides via neutralization reactions. TiO2·nH2O used as precursor material has amorphous structure and includes a trace amount of water in its structure. Scanning electron microscopy images show that the mechanism of BaTiO3 crystallization in TiO2·nH2O pellet is dependent on the reaction conditions in the barium hydroxide solution, including the heat-treating temperature and time. The bulk BaTiO3 are obtained from TiO2·nH2O pellets by treating below 100 °C for a long time more than 25 h; however, heat-treating at higher temperatures caused TiO2·nH2O pellets to disintegrate. It is consolidated that dominant reaction, whether the diffusion reaction or a dissolution–precipitation reaction, in this process depends on the reaction temperature and time. Then, at higher temperatures than 120 °C, a part of TiO2·nH2O pellets dissolve to barium hydroxide solution as a dissolution–precipitation reaction. In contrast, at below 120 °C, BaTiO3 bulk is obtained by diffusion reaction of Ba ion into TiO2·nH2O pellet. Highlights: Hydrous titania gel (TiO2·nH2O) reacts barium hydroxide octahydrates at low-temperature (~150 °C) with formation of BaTiO3 via an acid–base reaction. Spherical shaped Barium titanate (BaTiO3) nanospheres was synthesized, using co‐precipitate technique. The as‐synthesized nanospheres was discovered to be discriminatory in terms of sensing carbon dioxide (CO2) gas. The structural parameters like, shape, optical properties, morphology, and thermal stability were explored using XRD, FT‐IR, UV‐Visible, EDS and FE‐SEM. Spherical shaped BaTiO3 nanospheres material have the highest response (63 %) for CO2 gas. CO2 gas reaction and recovery times were 23.5 and 20.3 seconds, respectively. The CO2 gas concentration climbs from 1 to 50 ppm, reaction to gas sensors increases. CO2 gas has higher selectivity for BaTiO3 nanospheres as compared to other gases like carbon dioxide (CO2), methane (CH4), carbon monoxide (CO), nitric oxide (NO), hydrogen sulphide (H2S) and hydrogen (H2). An innovative approach has been adopted through the synthesis of a cost‐effective ferroelectric host polymer, which was integrated with Barium Titanate (BaTiO3) to develop an efficient electrospun Polyvinylidene Fluoride‐Hexafluoropropylene/BaTiO3 (PVdF‐HFP/BaTiO3) nanocomposite (PBT), designated for energy harvesting and piezocatalytic applications. FT‐IR affirmed the existence of the crystalline β‐phase within the nanofibers. SEM images showed that nanofiber diameter decreases as applied voltage is increased in electrospinning. The BaTiO3 nanoparticles were scattered evenly in PBT, but at lower voltages, they aggregate. PBT showed enhanced piezoelectric performance under higher voltage conditions, registering a maximum piezoelectric output of ~7.7 V and an output current of 0.77 μA. Moreover, the composite exhibited a power density of 14.15 mW/m2 at a load resistance of 20 MΩ. Fabricated piezoelectric nanogenerator (PENG) demonstrated practical utility in flexible electronics, notably in charging capacitors of 0.47 μF and 1 μF. Additionally, the piezocatalytic degradation of the antibiotic ciprofloxacin (CIP) was effectively achieved using the electrospun nanofibers, with an impressive degradation rate of up to 99.6 % within 30 minutes under acidic conditions, and the material displayed notable reusability, maintaining up to 95.5 % efficiency after five cycles. Ca and Cs doped barium titanate lead-free ceramic with the formula Ba 0.75 Ca 0.2 Cs 0.05 TiO 3 has been prepared by the solid-state reaction method. X-ray diffraction (XRD) confirms the crystallization of the sample in a tetragonal structure with a P 4 mm space group. The phase purity and grain morphology were evaluated using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The material exhibits a primary phase of Ba0.75Ca0.2Cs0.05TiO3 with a minor secondary phase of BaO 2 , and the average grain size is determined to be 1.66 μm. Using non-destructive complex impedance spectroscopy (CIS), we extensively studied the electrical behavior, including complex impedance (Z*), complex modulus (M*), electrical conductivity, and relaxation mechanisms, of Ba 0.75 Ca 0.2 Cs 0.05 TiO 3 over a wide temperature (85 K–290 K) and frequency range. The ac conductivity analysis reveals that the dominant conduction mechanism is the non-overlapping small polaron tunneling (NSPT) model. The impedance analysis indicates a single semi-circle in the real and imaginary parts, suggesting a single relaxation mechanism. Additionally, the activation energy was calculated to be approximately 0.0489 eV. These findings contribute to the understanding of the structural and electrical properties of Ba 0.75 Ca 0.2 Cs 0.05 TiO 3 , highlighting its potential applications in electronic devices such as capacitors, thermistors, and ferroelectric random access memories (FRAMs). Recent works have demonstrated that the optical excitation of crystalline materials with intense narrow-band infrared pulses, tailored to match the frequencies at which the crystal's permittivity approaches close to zero, can drive a permanent reversal of magnetic and ferroelectric ordering. However, the physical mechanism that microscopically underpins this effect remains unclear, as well as the precise role of laser-induced heating and macroscopic strains. Here, we explore how infrared pulses can simultaneously give rise to strong temperature-dependent birefringence and strain in ferroelectric barium titanate. We develop a model of these two coexisting effects, allowing us to use polarization microscopy to disentangle them through their spatial distributions, temporal evolutions and spectral dependencies. We experimentally observe strain-induced patterns that are an order of magnitude larger than that which can be accounted for by laser-induced heating alone, suggesting that non-thermal effects must also play a role. Our results reveal the distinct fingerprints of heat- and strain-induced birefringence, shedding new light on the process of all-optical switching of order parameters in the epsilon-near-zero regime. This work describes the development and characterization of tetragonal barium titanate nanoparticles (BTO NPs) and their surface functionalization with dopamine dodecylamine (DDA), a lipophilic organic ligand. The so‐obtained lipophilic NPs (BTO‐DDA) are then formulated at low loadings (< 5 wt.%) into liquid photocurable resins for vat photopolymerization (VP) and 3D printed into solid objects. The printed composites are mechanically characterized in order to assess the effect of the nanomaterial on the mechanical properties of the 3D printed polymer, revealing no significant variations in the mechanical properties (tensile or flexural) of the nanocomposites compared to the original polymer matrix. In light of these results, the printed nanocomposites are studied in terms of their capacity to generate a separation of charge by the piezoelectric effect, typical of the BTO crystal structure. This study reveals that BTO‐loaded nanocomposites display outstanding piezoelectric coefficients as high as 50 pC/N when BTO‐DDA is formulated at 3.0 wt.%, only slightly less than one‐third of the piezoelectric coefficient previously reported for bulk BTO, while preserving the mechanical properties of the polymer matrix. For energy storage applications, attaining high dielectric permittivity as well as low loss factor is the foremost target. This could be accomplished via filling polymer matrices with inorganic filler which is characterized by relatively high dielectric permittivity. In the present study, polyvinyl butyral (PVB) was used as a matrix material for preparing nanocomposite films filled with different weight fractions (2, 5, 10, and 15%) of barium titanate (BaTiO3) using the casting approach. The results show that BaTiO3 (BT) is well incorporated inside the PVB matrix. Although the dielectric permittivity has been decreased from 3.61 to 2.41 at 1 kHz upon filling the PVB matrix with 5 wt. % of BT, the PVB-BT-NPs-5 nanocomposite film shows the lowest loss factor ~ 0.0049, nearly half that for PVB, 0.0092, which implies the increased film ability to keep its stored energy. The PVB-BT-NPs-5 has been irradiated with gamma radiation to investigate its impact on the structure beside its dielectric and thermal properties. The crystallite size of BT has been decreased from 20.64 to 17.77 nm as PVB-BT-NPs-5 nanocomposite film has been irradiated at a dose of 0.5 kGy. The dielectric permittivity has been decreased from 2.41 to 2.37 at 1 kHz, whereas an increase from 0.0049 to 0.0073 in the loss factor is observed. Furthermore, the thermal stability has been decreased due to the deformation induced by gamma rays inside the nanocomposite films. The development of electrically active biomaterials, which create electrical cues on demand to foster cellular stimulation, remains a challenge. Here, we utilized a Field-assisted sintering approach to densify barium titanate and 45S5 bioactive glass to create a piezoelectric and potentially bioactive composite. By using Field-assisted sintering, we aimed to fabricate dense piezoelectric specimens, preserving a low degree of crystallization of the bioactive glass to keep bioactivity as high as possible. Therefore, we have varied the compositions of the materials and processed them at different sintering temperatures. This enabled us to produce dense test specimens in the 94 %–98 % relative density range. The samples were successfully polarized, and piezoelectric charge constants d 33 were determined for the composites. The content of bioactive glass and the sintering temperature influence the charge constant d 33. It is in the range of 0.8–3.4 pC/N for the composites, approximately in the order of magnitude assigned to natural tissues such as bone. X-ray diffraction was used to analyze the composition of the processed samples and to investigate the influence of an additional thermal post-treatment. Altogether, we established a process window for field-assisted sintering, allowing the fabrication of a piezoelectric and potentially bioactive biomaterial for tissue engineering. The structural, microstructural, dielectric, optical, ferroelectric, and magnetic properties of cobalt doped barium calcium titanate (BCT) (Ba 0.80 Ca 0.20 Ti 1-x Co x O 3 with x = 0.000, 0.005, 0.010, 0.015, and 0.020) ceramics have been reported in this paper. The ceramic samples were prepared by the conventional solid-state reaction method. For all of the prepared samples, the tetragonal structure with the space group P 4 mm has been confirmed using the refinement method through Rietveld refinement of X-ray diffraction patterns. Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM) micrographs revealed that the average particle size exists in micrometre range (0.3–0.8) μm. Optical studies revealed a gradual decrease in the energy bandgap from 3.31 eV to 2.71 eV with increasing doping concentration. A decreasing trend was observed in the dielectric characteristics of the material with changing frequencies at room temperature. Ferroelectric (P-E loops) analysis displayed an increase in both remnant polarization and maximum polarization of the ceramic with the increasing applied electric field. The highest value for the energy storage efficiency (η) was calculated to be 20.51 %. Dielectrics with high‐energy‐storage performance are highly desired for increasing compact‐size energy storage, and integration of modern power electronics. However, an ever‐existing challenge is to achieve both high efficiency (η) and high energy density (Ue). Here, a gradient‐layered (five‐layer) polyetherimide (PEI)‐based nanocomposite is presented. Different from traditional layered structures (modulation of filler volume fraction), multistage gradient interfaces are constructed by modulating the particle sizes of barium titanate nanoparticles (BaTiO3 NPs) to decrease sequentially from top to bottom. In this structure, three BaTiO3 NPs/PEI layers are clamped by two boron nitride nanosheets (BNNSs)/PEI layers. It is demonstrated that the gradient structure can suppress breakdown and confer high interfacial polarization, simultaneously. Consequently, the nanocomposite possesses an enhanced Ue of 16.38 J cm−3, and an ultrahigh η of 97.79%, far exceeding previously reported polymer nanocomposites. Furthermore, this nanocomposite also demonstrates satisfactory high‐temperature energy storage performances, achieving a Ue of 7.36 J cm−3 and an η of 83.12% at 150 °C. Barium titanate (BTO) is well-known (as a photo- or sono/piezo-catalyst) to produce hydrogen peroxide via 2-electron reduction of oxygen in the presence of a sacrificial quencher, such as isopropanol. While barium titanate nanoparticles with a tetragonal crystal structure (piezoelectric) are particularly reactive, the recovery and reuse of these nano-catalysts from reactions can be difficult. Here, barium titanate nanoparticles of typically 200 nm to 600 nm diameter are embedded into a host film of a polymer of intrinsic microporosity (PIM-EA-TB). Due to molecular rigidity of the polymer, there is no capping effect, and the surface catalytic reaction occurs effectively with a catalyst embedded in the polymer. In this exploratory work, the catalytic formation of H2O2 in the presence of isopropanol is investigated via kinetic studies and by electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR). Perhaps surprisingly, at a neutral pH the rate of the catalytic reaction is substantially increased when barium titanate is embedded into the polymer host and when the polymer is protonated. This is attributed here to a "kinetic cage effect" which exploits the tertiary amine in the polymer backbone with anodic and cathodic processes coupled into a pH neutral reaction. Piezocatalysis‐induced dye degradation has garnered significant attention as an effective method for addressing wastewater treatment challenges. In our study, we employed a room‐temperature sonochemical method to synthesize piezoelectric barium titanate nanoparticles (BaTiO3: BTO) with varying levels of Li doping. This approach not only streamlined the sample preparation process but also significantly reduced the overall time required for synthesis, making it a highly efficient and practical method. One of the key findings was the exceptional performance of the Li‐doped BTO nanoparticles. With 20 mg of Li additive, we achieved 90 % removal of Rhodamine B (RhB) dye within a relatively short timeframe of 150 minutes, all while subjecting the sample to ultrasonic vibration. This rapid and efficient dye degradation was further evidenced by the calculated kinetic rate constant, which indicated seven times faster degradation rate compared to pure BTO. The enhanced piezoelectric performance observed in the Li‐doped BTO nanoparticles can be attributed to the strategic substitution of Li atoms, which facilitated a more efficient transfer of charge charges at the interface. Overall, our study underscores the potential of piezocatalysis coupled with advanced materials like Li‐doped BTO nanoparticles as a viable and promising solution for wastewater treatment, offering both efficiency and environmental sustainability. Conventional solid-state reaction method has been cautiously employed to prepare the Ba0.75Sr0.25Ti1−xMnxO3 ceramic where Sr was firmly doped at the Ba site and Mn was doped with different densities at the Ti site. Since the performance of materials varies with frequency, electric field, and temperature, we have elucidated the various features of the synthesized samples for the sake of scientific benefit in the fields of microelectronics, telecommunications, and spintronics. Structural and morphological features of the ready samples were examined by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The crystal's tetragonal behavior was verified by XRD analysis, and with the increment of Mn content, the volume of the unit cell is little changed. It is clear from the SEM images that the grain size of the prepared samples increases with Mn doping. The dielectric properties of Ba0.75Sr0.25Ti1−xMnxO3 were measured by dielectric constant and AC conductivity in a wide range of frequency from 1 kHz to 10 MHz. This result also explores that the dielectric constant rises with the concentration of Mn, most significantly for the 20% Mn substitution with Ti. We also found from the experimental result that the dielectric constant is high in the frequency range of 1–10 kHz. The magnetic permeability of the prepared sample increased with 10% and 20% of Mn replacement. Ferromagnetic features with a weak coercive field and the increased ferromagnetic order with rising Mn concentrations of the prepared samples were confirmed by VSM data analysis. Measurement of laboratory atomic pair distribution function data has improved with contemporary X‐ray sources, optics and detectors, with acquisition times of the order of minutes for ideal samples. This paper examines resolution effects in pair distribution function data obtained using a convergent‐beam configuration and an Ag X‐ray tube from standard silicon powder and from 10 nm BaTiO3 nanocubes. The elliptical multilayer X‐ray mirror reflects a non‐trivial X‐ray spectrum and introduces resolution effects not commonly treated in ordinary parafocusing divergent‐beam laboratory diffraction. These resolution effects are modeled using the fundamental parameters approach, and the influence this has on interpretation and modeling of the resulting reduced atomic pair distribution function data is demonstrated. Detecting and monitoring hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) levels is crucial across various industries due to its potential health hazards at elevated concentrations. Hence, there's an urgent need for cost-effective, rapid, and straightforward analytical methods for H2O2 detection and monitoring. This study introduces a simple synthesis method for Barium Titanate (BaTiO3) and Molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) (BaTiO3/MS) nanocomposite via mechanochemical means. The nanocomposite exhibits remarkable peroxidase-like activity, catalyzing the oxidation of TMB (3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine) in the presence of H2O2. This catalytic reaction results in the formation of a blue-colored solution with an absorbance peak at 652 nm. The increase in absorbance, facilitated by the catalytic properties of BaTiO3/MS enables precise detection of H2O2 with a detection limit of 8.0 µM. Furthermore, a modified filter paper incorporating the nanocomposite and agarose gel with TMB was developed. The change in color intensity of the filter paper upon exposure to H2O2 was observed and quantified in terms of RGB (Red Green Blue) values using an Android smartphone-based software Color Meter as well as Windows-based software ImageJ. Both the programs gave nearly similar RGB values. This paper-based sensor eliminates the reliance on a UV-visible spectrophotometer, making it portable and user-friendly. The addition of Mg generally enhances the high-temperature stability and reliability of BaTiO 3 -based multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs). Herein, a series of Mg-doped BaTiO 3 -based ceramics and ultra-thin MLCCs were successfully fabricated, and the coherent and semi-coherent interface has been observed in samples. Based on the density functional theory (DFT) calculations, the improvement in temperature stability is due to changes in the coherent interface and electronic structure that promote the formation of polar nano-regions (PNRs) and induce relaxation behavior. Based on the atomic displacement, it is found that the excess substitution released the coherent stresses in the form of defects and formed semi-coherent interfaces. The reliability degradation of MLCCs is mainly due to the evolution of the semi-coherent interfaces. In this study, the yield stress equation, flow rules and physical properties of barium titanate (BaTiO3) are experimentally obtained. These basic equations and coefficient of flow stress are introduced to finite element method, and sintering behavior of barium titanate bulk is simulated. From the uniaxial compression test, the yield stress equation of BaTiO3 is expressed by Shima's equation, and flow rule is written by plastic equation. The coefficient of flow stress of BaTiO3 is significantly smaller than that of alumina, and the value is different when the grain size is different. The experimental sintering deformation is quantitatively reproduced by numerical simulation, where basic equation and physical properties are experimentally introduced. In addition, the coefficient of flow stress could be determined by simulation sensitivity analysis. Carbon materials have high specific surface area, high dielectric constant, and excellent thermal and electrical conductivity characteristics, and BaTiO3 has excellent dielectric properties. The combation of the two materials can effectively prevent and control electromagnetic pollution. In view of this, the BaTiO3/PAN nanofiber film was prepared by electrospinning method, and then the BaTiO3/carbon nanofiber mesh composite absorbing fabric was obtained by pre-oxidation and high temperature carbonization treatment. The nanofiber film prepared has the advantages of light, thin and wide bandwidth absorption. The results show that 2.0% BT/C has the best comprehensive performance, the carbon fiber arrangement is dense, the BaTiO3 crystal form is complete and well dispersed, and the reflection loss at 2.3 mm reaches -61.72 dB, and the maximum absorption bandwidth reaches 8.5 GHz, which has excellent wave absorption. Flexible electronics show wide application prospects in electronic skin, health monitoring, and human–machine interfacing. As an essential part of flexible electronics, flexible pressure sensors have become a compelling subject of academic research. There is an urgent need to develop piezoelectric sensors with high sensitivity and stability. In this work, the high flexibility of polylactic acid (PLA) film and the excellent ferroelectric properties and high dielectric constant of tetragonal barium titanate (BTO) led to their use as filling materials to fabricate flexible piezoelectric composite films by spinning coating. PLA is used to produce flexible binding substrates, and BTO is added to the composite to enhance its electrical output by improving its piezoelectric performance. The peak output voltage of the PLA/BTO tetragonal piezoelectric film is 22.57 V, and the maximum short-circuit current was 3041 nA. Durability tests showed that during 40,000 s of continuous operation, in the range of 15~120 kPa, the linear relationship between pressure and the film was excellent, the sensitivity for the output voltage is 0.176 V/kPa, and the output current is 27.77 nA/kPa. The piezoelectric pressure sensor (PPS) also enables accurate motion detection, and the extensive capabilities of the PENG highlight its potential in advancing motion sensing and human–computer interactions.
