The thesis deals with the adaptation of pupils, which is often associated in literature with kindergarten. It si a new topic for the first year of primary school. Therefore, the thesis focuses on describing the different concepts that are essential to understanding a child's adaptation to the first year of primary school. The theoretical part of the thesis is arranged chronologically as the each topic comes up in the child life, i.e. from the definition of preschool age, throuth the issues of school maturity and readiness, enrolment and deferment, to the definition of the younger school age. A central chapter is devoted to the issue of adaptation and the causes of failed adaptation. For the empirical part of the thesis, qualitative research based on the case study research method was chosen. Several techniques were used for data collection. These include direct non- participant observation of pupils during breaks as well as lessons. The observations are supplemented by semi-structured individual interviews with pupils, a teacher and a class assistant. Another technique is a parents online questionnaire. My thesis is focused on the theme "Gypsy child at the beginning of school attendace". The main aim of my thesis is to find out how gypsy pupils are able to adapt to an inclusive school. The purpose is complemented by research questions which are divided into two areas according to influencing factors. The first of the factors are internal factors, that means the ones that deal with the individual of a children in the educational process himself, then external factors which influence and participate in education of Roma pupils in primary school. Theoretical part is formed to make consistent unit with the practical part. First chapter is focused on Romas and their ethnic history. In second and third chapter we can find out more about the gypsy pupils in the beginning of school attendance. Second chapter is divided into several subchapters according to the determinants of school maturity. Fourth chapter is the basis of the whole thesis, because it is mainly focused on the gypsy pupils in the context of Czech education. A managerial role place great challenges on the individual from the perspective of self- management, primarily considering the challenges of that role and individual needs and values. This dissertation discusses the potential for maintaining well-being when performing in a managerial role in a supra-national corporation. The focus is primarily on the idea of flourishing (thriving) defined by the American psychologist Martin Seligman. Flourish fundamentally includes subjective, hedonic elements (experiences of joy), as well as, eudaemonic quality built on the individual but for the wider community. Flourishing is closely linked to the self-concept of the individual; its content is subjective in character. Employment in a supra-national environment includes characteristics which may reduce the quality of this for an individual. The diploma thesis deals with the age category of children which are under three years old and their potential to be accepted to nursery schools in this region. The thesis generally summarizes all the current knowledge about that if is it possible to place the children of this age into pre-school institutions and under what conditions. Thesis also deals with providing care, upbringing and education of children under three years, the overall readiness of kindergartens to fulfill those demands and also opinions of pedagogical public. In the theoretical part the author explains legislative requirements of accepting the children under three years into nursery schools. The author also describes and characterizes the child development between second and third year of life. In this thesis was described the sort of fruit, its material composition, the processing of canning and health risks associated with using materials of poor quality. The practical experiment was made with two varieties of apricots (Leskora, Tomcot) which were harvested at three different stages of maturity. The fresh fruit was determined by the weight of the cores and the fruit, width, height and the thickness of the fruit,the shape index, the proportion of core, color, penetrometric stress, the content of organic acids and the content of soluble solids. Apricot compotes, which were made from fruits, were analyzed by the sensorial evaluation. There was the evaluation by the color, appearance, aroma, texture, taste and general impression. The compotes were laboratory determined by soluble solids content and organic acid content again. There was found the type Tomcot preserves even after the cann processing its solid consistency and is suitable for producing apricot compotes.

The thesis focuses on research of IT process weakness. In theoretical part are described basic terms and also frameworks or best practise of process maturity rating. Selected practice ITIL and COBIT are then used for rating in practical part. For this purpose is choosen one of process which is outsourced by external contractor. Rating is made using free accessible tools, which are offered by selected practice and which offer rating process. Result is established according to consultation with people involved in project and their rating using mentioned tools.

Was researched influence of exogenous ethylene on apricots of variety "Velkopavlovická". The fruits were harvested at the maturity stage of the primary content of chlorophyll in their skin. At the plant material was determined by the concentration of titratable acids, fruit penetrometer firmness and soluble solids content. Additionally, a loss of weight. The fruits were treated with exogenous ethylene for 24 hours in a sealed vessel at 200 ppm concentration. Concentration verified by gas chromatography (GC / MS). Were stored for 14 - days at 3 ° C and 20 ° C. For each group of fruit was also a control group (untreated exogenous ethylene). Laboratory tests performed on days 0, 7 and 14 days after treatment. For fruit treated with ethylene decrease the strength of fruits and color changes - loss of chlorophyll. On the other properties of fruits have more influence than ethylene storage temperature. Sensory evaluation was carried out of all categories of fruits according to the parameters taste, firmness, color. Top evaluated fruits were treated exogenous ethylene stored at a temperature of 20 ° C and worst fruits were evaluated control (untreated) stored in the temperature of 3 ° C.

In my work I deal with methods of sensory evaluation of grapevines. In the first part I research informations about structure of grapevines, as well biochemistry of grapevines and as well factors affecting of maturity of berry. In the second half of work I identify informations about types of maturity berry, and about sensory and analytical evaluation. In experimental part of work I do sensory evaluation directly in the vineyard and analytical evaluation in the laboratory. For evaluation I have varieties as Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Hibernal, Savilon and Bronner.

The main theme of this thesis are qualitative parameters of the grapes. There are generally described various concepts in the first part, such as ripeness, sugar content, sugars, acids, pH and assimilable nitrogen. The work is focused on a white grape variety Riesling. Samples of berries were collected weekly, imported into the laboratory and regularly measured. All collection took place from 35th to 41st week of the year from various locations in the wine region of Moravia. For the final processing of the data was used year 2013. The results were statistically processed into tables and graphs.

Three cultivars of apple (Idared, Prima, Golida) were harvested in three stages of ri-peness (unripe, ripe, overripe) that were stored for 30 days in two different temperatures (2 °C a 20 °C). On all cultivars, the ripeness was studied during the storing based on objective measurements. The performed measurements enabled to determine 3 basic criteria (penetration stress, soluble solids, acid-based titration). From the stored cultivars, Prima was ripe in the time of measurement, cultivars Idared and Golida reached similar in descibed parameters that are stated by the average and standard deviation. The aim of this work was to find optimal ripeness of apples, especially for long-term storage. Knowing of materiál composition during the harvest was important for studying of ripeness. The changes and values are observed and recorded. According to these values, the conditions for every cultivar for long-term storage and maintenance of apples at optimum ripeness are determined.

This thesis explores challenging topic of information system quality assessment and mainly process assessment. In this work the term Information System Quality is defined as well as different approaches in a quality definition for different domains of information systems are outlined. Main methods of process assessment are overviewed and their relationships are described. Process assessment methods are divided into two categories: ISO standards and best practices. The main objective of this work is application of gained theoretical knowledge in process assessment with CobiT 4.1 and CobiT 5.0 frameworks, and comparing results. The objective was achieved through consultation with processes owner and the completed questionnaires filled in by management of OnLine S.r.l. Additionally targeted level of capability in CobiT 5.0 is compared with actual, achieved level.

The title of the thesis is "The Adult as a Catechesis Participant and Recipient". The first part of the thesis introduces the issue of adult catechesis. It describes the ways in which the Church has, since its beginning (in its original practice), strived to tackle this phenomenon and provides an overview of the most important magisterial documents related to this topic. It also outlines the current challenges faced by the Church. Subsequently, attention is given to the prerequisites which an adult as a recipient and co-worker in the catechetical process should meet. Besides considering the current scientific psychological view of general human maturity, the thesis deals with the dynamics of faith development and its maturation. Furthermore the thesis outlines the goals of adult catechesis as well as the subsequent work which is crucial to continuing education. Testing often takes between 35 and 50 percent of the total costs of software development projects. Still, the role of testing tends to be underestimated. High costs that are being spent on software testing make a reason for looking for systematical approaches for making the testing processes efficient. Test process improvement models offer such approaches. These models are subject of this thesis. Implementation of process improvement models can be an expensive, long-term activity. Therefore, reasons need to be found, why is important to use such models. Reasons and motivations for using improvement models are demonstrated in the first part of this thesis. It turned out that software testing has, by its historical development, come to the state, when it contains so much theory that companies have a problem absorbing all the knowledge to make testing processes efficient. Therefore, improvement models offer a solution to this problem. This thesis is primarily focused on Test Maturity Model Integration (TMMi), which is being analyzed thoroughly. The work searches for possibilities and limitation of using the model and it summarizes current experiences with the model. Because the TMMi model does not contain a practical assessment method, such method is proposed in this thesis. The assessment method will help organizations using the model. Beside TMMi, the thesis provides an introduction into three other models: Test Process Improvement (TPI), Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and Critical Testing Processes (CTP). All four models are subject to a comparison based on specified criteria. Results of the comparison are analyzed to identify for which situations individual models suit best. The comparison will help organizations to choose the right model for their needs.

The diploma thesis is focused on researching of impact of maturity of enterprise internal environment and business processes outside domain IS/IT on performing IT processes. The thesis is based on the coevolutionary theory from the authors Benbya and McKelvey. The author of this thesis uses maturity models Business Process Maturity Model (BPMM), Process and Enterprise Maturity Model (PEMM) and Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) 4.1 framework for information technology management. The diploma thesis is diveded into three main parts -- the theoretical part, the analytical and the research part. The diploma thesis contents a survey research. The outputs of the thesis could be used as a methodological tool for improving of IT process efficiency and performance.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the level of maturity of children older than two years in the context of their potential integration in the public preschool education system before they reach the age of three years. The first chapter discusses the opinion of the EU Council of the preschool education, its ambition to promote the institutional care in line with the equal opportunities for men and women policy, and the situation in EU member states as regards meeting the 2002 Barcelona goals. The second chapter describes the current legislative and institutional framework in the Czech Republic. It focuses on the applicable legislation, namely the Parental Subsidy Act as amended, and the existing framework of the institutional care in question. The key focus of the third chapter is on children and their needs. The third chapter elaborates on various factors influencing their development such as family situation, age and other individual particularities. The last chapter of the theoretical part is on maturity of a child younger than three years from the point of view of the developmental psychology. Title: Using Carrots to Bring Peace? Negotiation and Third Party Involvement Author: Martina Klimesova 284 p. (+references and appendices) March 2011 How to make peace? This dissertation answers what impact third party incentives have on peace negotiation, more specifically on negotiation strategies in internal armed conflicts based on self-determination grievances. This study further assesses when the ripest time for the employment of incentives is, and in what way external incentives have an impact on possible negotiation asymmetries. Incentives in the following negotiation processes were analyzed: GoSL-LTTE in Sri Lanka (Eelam, 2002-03; 2006), GoI-GAM in Indonesia (Aceh, 2000-03; 2005), and the GRP-MILF in the Philippines (Mindanao, 2001-08). The findings indicate that those third party incentives which are linked to the core conflict issues are most likely to have some impact on the negotiation, but that committed pro-process leadership by the conflicting parties is also a necessity. The research also indicated that third parties have only limited options in employing incentives that can have an impact on the core conflict issues; and that, in any case, they are rarely willing to pursue such options. Topic of the diploma thesis is "The family as a subject of social work in Czech Republic and abroad. Study of factors affecting the stability of marriage". The theoretical part deals with changing the form of contemporary families. The aim of this thesis is to take a look at the family as a subject of social work; get acquainted with the current functioning of the family; to check what the difference is between the Czech Republic and Russia, and also to find out what factors affecting the stability of marriage and why we are constantly talking about the crisis of the family. The content of the practical part was the qualitative analysis of data, which were obtained with the help of prepared questionnaire. Diploma thesis may serve as theme and inspiration for social work with young and older families, and may be the basis for social assistance and consultancy.
