Background and Aim: Knowledge management is a useful tool for organizations to develop their capital, encourage innovation and entrepreneurship, and maximize optimal performance. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between knowledge management and information literacy with organizational entrepreneurship. Method: This research is applied in terms of purpose; In terms of nature, descriptive and in terms of method, correlation and statistical population, included all student teachers of Farhangian University of Mazandaran province in the academic year 2021-2022 in the number of 3600 people. According to Krejcie and Morgan sampling table, 351 people were selected by stratified random sampling by gender (female: 129 and male: 222). The measurement tools were standard questionnaires of knowledge management of Patrick et al. (2009), information literacy of Siamak and Davarpanah (2009) andorganizational entrepreneurship of Hill (2003). Results: At the significance level of α = 0.05, the findings showed that there is a significant positive relationship between knowledge management and organizational entrepreneurship. There is also a significant positive relationship between information literacy and organizational entrepreneurship. Regression analysis showed that the contribution of knowledge management and information literacy variables in predicting organizational entrepreneurship is different. Thus, compared to knowledge management, information literacy has a higher share in predicting organizational entrepreneurship (P < α = 0.05). Conclusion: Therefore, paying attention to the growth and development of information literacy and knowledge management in students and teachers of Farhangian University can lead to an increase in their organizational entrepreneurship.

Objective: The aim of this study was to provide norms of Eating Disorder Examination Questionnaire (EDE-Q) and Clinical Impairment Assessment (CIA) for undergraduate women in Iran. Materials and Methods: ‎Undergraduate women (N = 516) completed the EDE-Q, CIA, and the Binge Eating Scale (BES). Results: Average score, standard deviation, and percentile rank of EDE-Q and its subscale as well ‎as CIA were reported. In addition, the frequency of key eating disordered behaviors was ‎presented. Both EDE-Q and CIA demonstrated strong internal consistency. In addition to the ‎significant correlation between the EDE-Q and CIA (0.59), they both showed a moderate to ‎strong correlation with the BES (r = 0.33 to 0.61). The EDE-Q and CIA successfully ‎differentiated underweight, normal weight, and overweight women. Moreover, women who ‎reported higher level of restraint or regular binge eating episodes obtained higher score on the ‎CIA than women who did not have such behaviors across the same period. Conclusion: This study provided ‎preliminary support for the reliability and validity of the Persian version of the EDE-Q and CIA. ‎The obtained norms for the EDE-Q and the CIA are helpful in clinical practice and intercultural ‎studies of eating disorders.‎

Introduction: Stuttering is a communication disorder in the smooth and continuous flow of speech that occurs at different intensities. These disorders can have a negative impact on one's mental health. The purpose in this study is to determine the effectiveness of group therapy based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) on stress and depression in adolescents with stuttering aged 14 to 18 years. Materials and Methods: The study was performed in a randomized controlled clinical trial design and the subjects were randomly divided into the two experimental and control groups after the pre-test. The intervention was performed in 8 sessions. In the two groups, stress and depression were measured by the Depression, and Anxiety and Stress Questionnaire (DASS-21) before and after the intervention. ANCOVA was used to analyze the data. Results: The results showed that ACT significantly affected stress (P = 0.011) and depression (P = 0.014). Conclusion: The results of this study showed that ACT treatment is effective in reducing stress and depression.

Introduction: The effect of a bare-metal stent on the hemodynamics in the main branch of a coronary artery bifurcation with a particular type of stenosis was numerically investigated by the computational fluid dynamics (CFD). Methods: Three-dimensional idealized geometry of bifurcation was constructed in Catia modelling commercial software package. The Newtonian blood flow was assumed to be incompressible and laminar. CFD was utilized to calculate the shear stress and blood pressure distributions on the wall of main branch. In order to do the numerical simulations, a commercial software package named as COMSOL Multiphysics 5.3 was employed. Two types of stent, namely, one-part stent and two-part stent were applied to prevent the build-up and progression of the atherosclerotic plaques in the main branch. Results: A particular type of stenosis in the main branch was considered in this research. It occurred before and after the side branch. Moreover, it was found that the main branch with an inserted one-part stent had the smallest region with the wall shear stress (WSS) below 0.5 Pa which was the minimum WSS in the main branch without the stenosis. Conclusion: The use of a one-part stent in the main branch of a coronary artery bifurcation for the aforementioned type of stenosis is recommended.

Introduction: The aim of this study was to compare the preventive effects of corticosteroids and curcumin on subglottic stenosis in an animal model. Materials and Methods: Twenty-one male German Shepherd dogs were used for this study. After standardized trauma to the subglottic area, the dogs were divided into three groups. Group A received curcumin (450 mg/ day) for 15 days; Group B received beclomethasone (2 puffs/day, 50 µg/dose) for 15 days; Group C received saline spray only. At 6 weeks after the injury, the larynx specimens were examined histopathologically to assess epithelialization, inflammation, and fibrosis. Results: Complete epithelial covering of the steroid-treated group was significantly less than that of the control group. Despite inflammation and fibrosis, there was no significant difference between the steroid and control groups. In the curcumin-treated group, there was no significant difference between the groups. Conclusion: Topically applied steroid decreases epithelialization after induced subglottic injury. It is recommended that further studies be conducted in order to investigate the effects of the two drugs on airway stenosis prevention.
