Water pricing is a crucial lever for promoting the rational allocation of water resources, which is related to the healthy development of the economy and society. Scientifically and reasonably determining water prices is the core of achieving healthy and orderly development. Currently, the formulation of water prices in China is difficult to unify due to the complex approval mechanism, different formation times of costs, and the lack of a scientific cost-benefit relationship between multiple water sources and multiple users. To promote quality-based supply of water and utilization of recycled water, to achieve high-quality and low-cost water, to play the role of water price mechanisms in the complex configuration of multiple water sources, it is imperative to establish a scientific and reasonable water price equilibrium system for multiple water sources and multiple users. This article starts from the perspective of water price marketization, fully considers the supply and demand conditions of the multi-water source market, the role mechanism of supply and demand subjects and their geographical factors in the multi-water source pricing process. Taking Yiwu City as an example, this article constructs a Stackelberg game model between local governments, water supply enterprises, and water users respectively in the leading position, and compares and analyzes the equilibrium prices and benefits of the three subjects under different conditions. The results show that under the condition that water users dominate, the price of multi-water sources is the lowest, and under the condition that water supply enterprises dominate, the overall benefits are the highest, and the price system obtained is as follows: the price of water from water storage--resident users is 5.63 CNY/m³; the price of water from water storage--non-resident users is 6.20 CNY /m³; the price of water from water storage--special users is 6.21 CNY /m³; the price of river water --non-resident users is 3.34 CNY /m³; the price of recycled water--resident users is 2.95 CNY /m³, and the price of recycled water--non-resident users is 3.06 CNY/m³. This pricing system can achieve the balance of reasonable profits for water supply enterprises, reasonable payments for water users, and rational allocation of water resources, providing theoretical support for the marketization of water pricing and providing reference for further research in this field. The diversification of business forms leads to functional and spatial complexity in cities. The efficient determination of the complexity of an urban system is the basis for the scientific monitoring of the multi-functional aggregation within cities. Previous studies on the urban spatial structure were limited by the difficulty of collecting micro-data and the high time cost, and they focused on the macro-spatial structure, lacking fine-grained investigations of the micro-spatial structure. Additionally, high-resolution remote sensing images, which mainly rely on the textural characteristics of the spectrum of ground objects, cannot detect the social and economic functions of ground objects. Thus, it is difficult to meet the actual needs of urban planning and management. The purpose of this paper is to automatically identify the spatial heterogeneity and temporal variation of urban land use functions in the context of complex urban systems. The TF-IDF (term frequency–inverse document frequency) algorithm, a machine learning classification algorithm, and other methods are applied to identify the urban functions and distribution characteristics of the main urban area based on the POI (point of interest) data and urban form data. The results show the following: (1) From 2012 to 2022, all types of land use in Yiwu city grew at different rates, with logistics and warehousing space growing the fastest, which is in line with Yiwu's goal of building a national logistics center for trade and services. (2) The residential area has a spatial structure with a dense central circle and a scattered periphery extending from northeast to southwest and from east to west. (3) The commercial service sector shows clear spatial differentiation between the core and the periphery. The commercial functional areas of Niansanli, Houzhai, and Chengxi, where the number of commercial POIs is relatively small, are located at the intersection of the administrative subdistricts near the city center, indicating that the commercial economic activities of the downtown subdistrict have a certain spillover effect on adjacent subdistricts. (4) The public facilities of each subdistrict are generally located in the core of each subdistrict, which ensures better convenience and accessibility. (5) Industrial land with a large total area that is scattered and mixed with urban residential land gradually tends to be centralized, forming an industrial belt around the city. ObjectiveTo determine the prevalence of ticks parasitic on domestic animals in Yiwu City of Zhejiang Province.MethodsWe monitored， identified and analyzed ticks parasitic on domestic animals in Yiwu in 2021.ResultsA total of 452 domestic animals were monitored， of which 306 were infected with ticks， suggesting a prevalence of 67.70%. A total of 2，603 ticks were captured， and the tick index was determined to be 5.76. The ticks were identified to belong to one family， four genera， and 10 species. Haemaphysalis longicornis was the dominant tick （59.16%）， followed by Rhipicephalus haemaphysaloides （26.32%） and Rhipicephalus microplus （6.45%）. Prevalence of ticks， tick index， and number of tick species were listed for domestic animals as follows： goats （74.37%， 7.45， 7 species）， yellow cattle （62.50%， 4.14，6 species）， and dogs （54.62%， 2.59， 8 species）. Moreover， goat was the main domestic animal infected with more than two tick species （25.99%）； H.longicornis （91.26%） was the species with most repated infections. The dominant species of ticks were H.longicornis （65.15%） and R.haemaphysaloides （29.42%） in goats， R.microplus （67.67%） and R.haemaphysaloides （20.69%） in yellow cattle， and H.longicornis （57.14%） and Haemaphysalis porcupines （21.10%） in dogs. However， seasonal fluctuation in tick index differed among goats， yellow cattle and dogs. The fluctuation in tick index in goats and dogs was consistent with that of H.longicornis， with a major peak in March and the minor peaks in September and October. The fluctuation in tick index in yellow cattle was consistent with that of R.microplus， with two peaks in April and August-September. In addition， larval ticks， nymphal ticks and adult ticks were caught in this study， among which nymphal ticks were most common. We found that single domestic animals were infected with ticks of the same species and different stages， which was more common in goats and those animals infected with H.longicornis.ConclusionTicks parasitic on domestic animals are common in Yiwu. Multiple species of ticks have been identified， with H.longicornis as the dominant species. It warrants further monitoring and countermeasures.

With the advancement of globalization and urbanization, the coexistence of growth and shrinkage in urban areas has become increasingly prominent and has implications for urban transformation. This research provided a comprehensive case study of Yiwu and used multisource spatial data to identify and analyze urban growth and shrinkage according to an analytical framework based on multidimensional changes in the population, economy, and landscape from 2012 to 2018. Township-level resident population data and the records of investment data among business enterprises are referred to as macroscopic indicators, and monthly nighttime light image data are employed to evaluate microscale environmental changes of Yiwu. The results showed a rapidly urbanizing process along with some local shrinkage areas in Yiwu. The growth areas were mainly in central Yiwu, while shrinkage occurred in the northern and southern areas. Based on the theoretical framework following the interaction between globalization and localization, both the quantitative analysis and the qualitative analysis indicated that the changes in the international trade environment and domestic environment; the advancement of machine replacement; the development of e-commerce economy; the renovation and improvement of the environment, which was predominantly carried out by the government of Zhejiang province, and the reform of the household registration system are all contributing to Yiwu's growth and shrinkage. The activity of the urban night-time economy is one of the most important indicators reflecting the prosperity of an urban economy. The business circle is an important carrier of urban commercial activities and the core area of urban nightlife. This paper takes the main urban area of Yiwu city as the research object. Based on POI data and night-time light remote sensing data, two-factor mapping, kernel density analysis, DBSCAN clustering, and local contour tree methods are adopted to identify the business circle structure of the main urban area of Yiwu city and analyse the relationship between business circle characteristics and the night-time economy. The following conclusions can be drawn. (1) The spatial superimposition relationship between the night-time remote sensing data and points of interest (POI) data in the main urban area of Yiwu city is good, and the overall coupling results show obvious circle structure characteristics. (2) The spatial distribution of different business combinations has obvious regularity: comprehensive shopping business shows a multicentre distribution pattern and has a hierarchical feature. In contrast, professional food and beverage and leisure and entertainment businesses are close to urban residential areas, and different groups of people live in different places with their own characteristics. (3) From 2015 to 2019, the brightness value of each business circle showed a continuously increasing trend. In 2020, due to the impact of COVID-19, most of them declined. (4) Overall, the difference in business circle tiers reflects the difference in the level of night-time economic activities.

Under the background of rapid urbanization, we took the contradiction between the rapid urbanization and resource environment protection as the starting point, conducted some theoretical research on urban growth boundary. Based on the definition of urban development boundary, we took Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province as a typical instance. Firstly, this study delimited the ecological boundary as ecological basic constraint area, using the methods of ecological red line discrimination and ecological sensitivity evaluation. Furthermore, the MCE-CA model was used in simulating the city size in 2020, making some adjustments to the moderate and low ecological-sensitive areas in the eco-sensitivity assessing, and delimiting the size of urban growth boundary and elastic control zones. The results showed that the ecological constraint area with a total area of 385.2 km² and outside of the ecological boundary was the security line of urban development and construction. The urban growth boundary with a total area of 163.3 km² was not only the spatial boundary that could be constructed now, but also could meet the future development and construction. The district between the ecological boundary and urban growth boundary was an elastic control zone, in which urban development activities were allowed, but the size of construction could not exceed 8.5% of the total urban development boundary area. Our results delimited the urban development boundary under the rigidity and elasticity, which could guide the urban space development and provide a theoretical reference for China. Existing quantitative migration studies are mainly at the inter-region or inter-province level for lacking of detailed geo-referenced migration data. Meanwhile, few of them integrate explorative spatial data analysis and spatial regression model into migration analysis. Based on aggregated registered floating population data from 2005 to 2008, the phenomena that population floating to Yiwu City in Zhejiang Province is analyzed at the provincial and county levels. The spatial layout of Yiwu's pull forces is proved as a V-shaped pattern excluding Sichuan Province based on map visualization method. Using the migration ratio in 2007 as an explanatory variable, two models are compared using ordinary least square, spatial error model and spatial lag model methods for county-level data in Jiangxi and Anhui provinces. The model with migration stock provides an improved fitting over the model without migration stock according to the model fitting results. The floating population flocking into Yiwu City from Jiangxi is determined mostly by migration stock while the determinant factors are migration stock and distance to Yiwu City for Anhui. The distance-decay effect is true for migration flow from Anhui to Yiwu City while the distance rule is not confirmed in Jiangxi with the best fitting model. The correlation between per capita net income of rural labor forces and migration ratio is not significant in Jiangxi and significant but at the 0.1 level only in Anhui. Further analysis shows that the distance, income and man-land ratio are important factors to explain population floating at earlier stage. Abstract: Based on registered individual floating population data from 2005 to 2008 of Yiwu, the phenomena that population floating to Yiwu City from 34 province and 91 counties in Jiangxi provinces is analyzed. The study aims at analyzing the “pull” forces of Yiwu City and developing migration models for understanding determinants factors of population migration/floating into Yiwu City from other areas in China. The spatial layout of Yiwu''s pull forces is proved as a V-shaped pattern consisting of the two axes by using explorative spatial data analysis and map visualization method. The migration models with (model 3) or without (model 2) migration stock are presented and estimated using standard linear regression model, spatial error model as well as spatial lag model at the county scale in Jiangxi province. Based on the likelihood statistics, the AIC and the Moran''s I statistics of residuals, the model with migration stock provides an improved fit over the model without migration stock. The correlation between migration ratio and man land ratio is significant at the 0.5 level according to estimates of model 3 and spatial version of model 2. All the three estimates of model 2 and the OLS results of model 3 confirm the distance-decay effect while results from the spatial version of model 3 failed to support the distance rule in population floating. Contrary to the previous studies at the provincial level, the correlation between per capital net income of rural labor forces and migration ratio is not significant according to the three versions of the two models due to the small disparities of income within the counties in Jiangxi. Examination of specification tests in spatial version of model 3 indicates that there is less significant spatial error dependence in the spatial lag models than spatial lag dependence in the error models, further suggesting a preference for the lag model.
