The role of human herpesviruses in the pathogenesis of angioedema (triggering factor and /or aggravating factor?) is little explored in the literature as well as the consequences of angioedema on the natural history of these viruses persisting in the body. The main epidemiological data of angiodema in the Irkutsk region are poorly known. This thesis work includes two original studies.The first is a retrospective study that describes the viral loads measured by quantitative PCR in blood and saliva and the serum antibody titers of human herpes viruses (EBV, HSV-1, HSV-2, HHV-6, CMV, VZV) as well as the viral loads of the Torque Teno virus (TTV), indirect viral marker of immunity in a Grenoble cohort of 28 patients presenting an attack of histamine-type angiodema (n=12) or bradikinic (n=16) compared to a control population. Our results show a non-statistically significant tendency to a higher frequency of reactivation of the EBV virus and HSV-1 in saliva (and in the blood for EBV) during angioedema attacks and a statistically higher frequency of detection of TTV in saliva than in the control group.The second article is a retrospective analysis of 113 cases of Russian patients with angioedema and acute / chronic urticaria between January 2016 and December 2018 followed in the department of allergy and clinical immunology of the Irkutsk city Hospital N°10, coupled with an analysis of the incidence of this pathology over 5 years (2014-2018) of 6002 patients. The study of this period shows that the share of angioedema associated with urticaria accounted for 9.1% of the pathologies followed in the department in 2014 compared to 4.8% in 2018. Overall over this 5-year period, angiodema is the 4th most common pathology in the department.In addition to these two works, we report in this manuscript two case reports describing atypical skin manifestations related, on the one hand, to a reactivation of the HHV-6 virus in a woman with melanoma and treated with infusions of autologous T lymphocytes infected with HHV-6 and, on the other hand, genital shingles in an immunocompetent 10-year-old child.Keywords: angioedema; EBV; HSV; VZV; CMV; HHV-6; TTV; viral load ; serology.; Le rôle des herpèsvirus humains dans la pathogénie de l’angiœdème (facteur déclenchant et /ou facteur aggravant ?) est peu exploré dans la littérature de même que les conséquences de l’angiœdème sur l’histoire naturelle de ces virus persistants dans l’organisme. L’étude de cette période montre que la part de l'angioedème associé à l'urticaire représentait 9.1% des pathologies suivies dans le service en 2014 contre 4.8% en 2018. In mice, social behaviors such as mating and aggression are mediated by pheromones and related chemosignals. The vomeronasal organ (VNO) detects olfactory information from other individuals by sensory neurons tuned to respond to specific chemical cues. Receptors expressed by vomeronasal neurons are implicated in selective detection of these cues. Nearly 400 receptor genes have been identified in the mouse VNO, but the tuning properties of individual receptors remain poorly understood, in part due to the lack of a robust heterologous expression system. Here we develop a herpes virus-based amplicon delivery system to overexpress three types of vomeronasal receptor genes and to characterize cell responses to their proposed ligands. Through Ca imaging in native VNO cells we show that virus-induced overexpression of V1rj2, V2r1b or Fpr3 caused a pronounced increase of responsivity to sulfated steroids, MHC-binding peptide or the synthetic hexapeptide W-peptide, respectively. Other related ligands were not recognized by infected individual neurons, indicating a high degree of selectivity by the overexpressed receptor. Removal of G-protein signaling eliminates Ca responses, indicating that the endogenous second messenger system is essential for observing receptor activation. Our results provide a novel expression system for vomeronasal receptors that should be useful for understanding the molecular logic of VNO ligand detection. National audience; Le BoHV-4 (Bovine HerpesVirus type 4) est un gammaherpèsvirus découvert en 1963. Cosmopolite, il infecte naturellement un large spectre d’hôtes dont les bovins domestiques. La séroprévalence individuelle du virus chez les bovins varie selon les études (5,9 % à 18 % ; Markine- Goriaynoff et al., 2003), mais il reste méconnu en France. Isolé à partir d’individus malades présentant une multitude de signes cliniques mais aussi d’individus sains, il semble préférentiellement engendrer des troubles de la reproduction. Son rôle pathogène primaire est avéré lors de métrite aigue et il semble participer, dans un contexte multifactoriel, aux avortements bovins. Le but de cette enquête est de caractériser la recherche BoHV-4 en France en 2013, notamment lors d’investigations en cas de séries d’avortements bovins, et de sensibiliser les acteurs de la santé animale sur ce virus.
