V današnjih športnih panogah je kvalitetna in strokovno vodena kondicijska priprava neizbežen del trenažnega procesa, kajti le najboljše kompleksno telesno pripravljeni športniki so sposobni izvajanja perfektnih posameznih elementov in doseganja rezultatov na tekmovalni ravni. Kakovostna kondicijska priprava je tako rezultat pravilnega načrtovanja, izbire različnih oblik športne vadbe in metod, s katerimi bomo izboljšali posamezne sposobnosti športnikov. Atletika, smučanje sta moji športni panogi, v katerih sem sam aktivno vključen ter imam veliko osebnih izkušenj. Pri organizaciji in načrtovanju treningov sem zaznal številne napake, katere pa so posledica nepravilne uvrstitve metodične priprave trupa. Če se vadba ne izvaja po načrtu, pod strokovnim vodstvom nastanejo na dolgi rok velike težave. Kompleksno gibanje vrhunskih športnikov pa z napakami lahko privede do poškodb in tako kasneje do predčasnih zaključkov športne kariere. Trdim, da s pravilno telesno pripravo trupa izboljšamo celotno sliko športnika v športni panogi, v svoji diplomski nalogi pa sem predstavil vadbo in vaje, ki so potrebni za motorično pripravo trupa pri atletiki in smučanju, ki je temeljna povezava športnih panog. In today's sports is exciting and professionally guided physical preparation inevitable part of the training process, because only the best complex physically prepared athletes are capable of implementing perfect individual elements and achieving results on a competitive level. Quality physical preparation is the result of proper planning, the choice of different forms of sports training and methods that will improve the individual skills of athletes. Athletics and skiing are my favorite sports discipline in which I am actively involved, and I have a lot of personal experience. When organizing and planning the training I have noticed a number of errors, which are due to improper classification of methodical preparation of the core. If the exercise is not carried out, according to the plan and under the expert guidance can incurred on the long term a serious problem. Complex movement of professional athletes with dose errors can lead to injuries and also later to premature conclusions sporting career. Therefore I say, with proper physical preparation of the main body – the core, will improve the overall image of sportsman in sports branch. In my thesis I presented elements, workouts and exercises that are necessary achieving better preparedness of the core in athletics and skiing, which is a fundamental link in my favorite sport.
