Humans are social creatures who need to interact. Unfortunately, there are still some people who find it difficult to just be in the crowd. They are blind people. This is because there are still many obstacles when they have to interact with their surroundings. To do daily activities alone requires assistance, let alone being in a crowd alone, even if social interaction is needed. A blind person's disability will affect their social life when interacting and traveling alone. With this in mind, it can be considered to further research what difficulties the visually impaired face when in crowds and whether existing wearable technology products are sufficient to overcome the problems of the visually impaired. This research aims to identify the difficulties faced by blind people when in crowds and evaluate the extent to which existing wearable technology products can help them. The method used in this research is a participatory approach by involving blind people in every stage of the interview to identify their needs and test the use of existing wearable technology products to them to get feedback. In this research, a combination of qualitative methods from interviews with literature approaches regarding the difficulties faced by blind people will be carried out. It is hoped that the output of this research will be in the form of conclusions from the analysis of the interview results which can be a benchmark for further researchers so as to facilitate them in the creation of other new wearable technology products that better answer problems and relate to today's life. This is also an introduction to technology and a forum for the blind to voice what is really needed in their social or daily lives. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
