Over the past few years, significant progress has been made in DNA origami technology due to the unrivaled self-assembly properties of DNA molecules. As a highly programmable, addressable, and biocompatible nanomaterial, DNA origami has found widespread applications in biomedicine, such as cell scaffold construction, antimicrobial drug delivery, and supramolecular enzyme assembly. To expand the scope of DNA origami application scenarios, researchers have developed DNA origami structures capable of actively identifying and quantitatively reporting targets. Optical DNA origami biosensors are promising due to their fast-to-use, sensitive, and easy implementation. However, the conversion of DNA origami to optical biosensors is still in its infancy stage, and related strategies have not been systematically summarized, increasing the difficulty of guiding subsequent researchers. Therefore, this review focuses on the universal strategies that endow DNA origami with dynamic responsiveness from both de novo design and current DNA origami modification. Various applications of DNA origami biosensors are also discussed. Additionally, we highlight the advantages of DNA origami biosensors, which offer a single-molecule resolution and high signal-to-noise ratio as an alternative to traditional analytical techniques. With the acceleration of urbanization, many traditional buildings have been dismantled and built indiscriminately, resulting in a uniform urban landscape. The problem of urban microclimate has been aggravated, and the renovation of historic districts, especially including the renewal of microclimate, has become an important component of sustainable urban renewal. The old commercial street in Huili Ancient City is used as an example in this paper. Through literature research, we note that previous studies have mainly examined the renewal of historic districts from the perspective of the old city environment, while most of the traditional neighborhood renewal designs have neglected the wind and heat environments. Combining the limitations of previous studies and field research, we summarized the current problems of the neighborhood and developed specific renovation strategies for the identified problems in terms of historical and cultural heritage, the relationship between the old and the new, and the layout of green building technologies. In addition, the green building strategy was used to optimize the microclimate environment of the neighborhood, and the wind and heat environment simulation was conducted to evaluate the modeling of the renovated neighborhood. The results show that the outdoor wind environment is better in winter than in summer, and the natural ventilation environment of the neighborhood could be optimized by optimizing the building layout to form an alleyway wind. The indoor wind–heat environment simulation was carried out with the Green Pottery Experience Hall as an example, and the indoor and outdoor air circulation and ventilation were good, and the comfort of the human thermal environment was high. This paper explores the updating strategy of the historic district in the transition zone between old and new and the wind–heat environment simulation and evaluation of green building renovation, which provides a new perspective for the related renovation research and the optimization strategy of the microclimate environment in the district. This study examines the shift in China's seafood production, revealing that mariculture has surpassed marine capture as the primary source of marine food. The research aims to assess the roles of marine capture and mariculture in meeting rising food demand and ensuring nutrition security, given the limitations of land-based food production. Using data from 2003 to 2021, the study highlights several key trends: mariculture, focused on shellfish and algae, now outpaces marine capture, which remains centered on fish and crustaceans. Significant regional disparities are observed, with mariculture expanding rapidly in several coastal provinces as marine capture declines. Nutrient supply from marine capture has followed a three-phase pattern of growth, stagnation, and decline, while mariculture's nutrient output has steadily increased, particularly in protein. By 2019-2020, mariculture surpassed marine capture in energy and protein supply, though fat supply remains lower. Regional differences in nutrient supply show mariculture leading in multiple provinces. With the advent of the era of big data, the traditional feed industry to intelligent transformation has become an inevitable trend of the industry, seize this opportunity, and actively promote intelligent transformation, will become one of the important factors for the success of feed enterprises. The development and application of big data technology has promoted the transformation and up⁃grading of the feed industry. The industrial chain reconstruction supported by big data will no longer be limited to the competition between a single feed production enterprise, but realize the collaborative development between different industries through resource integration with the help of big data. This paper will deeply discuss the difficulties faced by the intelligent transformation of the feed industry under the background of big data, as well as the reflections on the intelligent transformation path of feed enterprises, analyze the current intelligence level in the industry, and point out the key factors to promote the intelligent transformation. China is the largest coke producer and consumer. There is a pressing need to address the high emissions of air pollutants and carbon dioxide associated with traditional coking production. As the nation pursues a transition towards carbon neutrality, expanding supply chains for coking plants to produce hydrogen, methanol, and other green alternatives has garnered significant attention. However, the relative advantages of these strategies have remained uncertain. In this study, we integrate a life cycle assessment-economic analysis-scenario analysis model to evaluate various coke oven gas (COG) utilization routes (COGtM: COG-to-methanol, COGtLNG: COG-to-liquefied natural gas, COGtSA: COG-to-synthetic ammonia, and COGtH: COG-to-hydrogen). The results indicate that COGtSA emerges as the preferred option for balancing environmental and economic benefits. Meanwhile, COGtM demonstrates economic viability but is associated with higher environmental impacts. Despite being recognized as a significant strategic direction under carbon neutrality initiatives, COGtH faces economic feasibility and risk resilience limitations. COGtLNG encounters both financial and environmental challenges, necessitating strategic development from an energy security perspective. The projected coking capacity is anticipated to experience a slight increase in the mid-term yet a significant decline in the long term, influenced by steel production capacity. In potential future markets, COGtM is estimated to potentially capture a maximum market share of 16–34% in the methanol market. Furthermore, against the backdrop of continuously expanding potential demand for hydrogen, COGtH holds advantages as a transitional solution, but in the long run, it can only meet a small portion of the market. COGtSA can meet 7–14% of market demand and emerges as the most viable pathway from the viewpoint of balancing environmental and economic aspects and covering future markets.

The Sanlinqiao Thermal Bottle Factory is selected as the research subject, and a spatial network structure model is constructed to analyze the existing issues using the social network analysis method. The proposed spatial optimization strategies are then applied, and the optimized space is evaluated through a re-analysis of the spatial layout. The spatial utilization rate has been significantly improved, leading to an effective enhancement of the spatial vitality of the site. This study presents a spatial strategy aimed at converting industrial heritage buildings into public buildings, thereby offering valuable insights for similar projects involving the transformation of industrial heritage sites. Compared with the traditional network, the hypernetwork structure is more complex and poses a great challenge to existing network representation learning methods. Therefore, in order to overcome the challenge of hypernetwork structure faced by network representation learning, this paper proposed a heterogeneous hypernetwork representation learning method MT2 vec based on transformation strategy. Firstly the method combined clique expansion and star expansion to transform the heterogeneous hypernetwork abstracted as the hypergraph into the heterogeneous network abstracted as 2-section graph + incidence graph. Then, it proposed a meta-path walk method that senses the semantic relevance of the nodes to capture the pairwise relationships and tuple relationships between the nodes. Finally it designed a optimized Skip-gram model combined with a multi-layer perceptron to simultaneously train the pairwise similarity and tuple similarity of the nodes to obtain the representation vector of the nodes. Through the experiments on three different types of hypernetwork datasets, the results show MT2 vec method can outperform other baseline methods in link prediction and hypernetwork reconstruction tasks. The article is devoted to the formation of key performance indicators (KPI) and customer satisfaction (CPI) for evaluating the implementation of strategies for the transformation of industrial complexes in the digital economy. The content of the KPI and CPI of the strategy for the transformation of the industrial complex as an integrated system of organizational, economic and sociological indicators is determined, allowing you to establish target quantitative values for the transformation and development of the most important elements, structures, processes and spheres of the enterprise, as well as to assess the degree of their achievement in operational and longterm periods. A methodology for the formation of KPI and CPI is proposed, a system and a scheme of mutual influence of these indicators are developed. The calculation procedure, data sources, and responsible performers for KPI and CPI are defined. Target values of KPI and CPI for industrial complexes from various regions of Russia have been developed. A general description of the mechanism for implementing KPI and CPI at enterprises is presented.

Confucian words in C-E dictionaries are significant for language learning and cross-cultural communication, and comparative lexicographical study is beneficial for the analysis of different bilingual dictionaries and especially helpful for the improvement of C-E dictionary compilation. The Feature of Topology in Bilingual dictionary (including topological equivalence, point-set topological hierarchical structure) provides theoretical framework for the present study. After stratified sampling and statistical analysis, the paper conducts comparative research on the translation structure and transformation pattern between Confucian words and Biblical words from translation topology. The research includes descriptive analysis, independent t-test and feature analysis. The findings indicate that the translation topology of Confucian words in C-E dictionaries is featured with simplification and discreetness, compared with Biblical words. Confucian words and Biblical words are heterogenic in distribution, assemblage, relevance and transformation strategy, concerning topological point, set and field, which in turn affects the appearance and reordering of initial event. The reasons are as follows: the difference of compilation principle and the over-dependence on the monolingual dictionary differentiate the language variables, leading to the structural difference in Confucian words of topological transformation. The paucity of parallel corpus changes the structure density of cultural topology set, and forms different transformation pattern and representation validity of culture-bound words. Recently, the high‐performance and high‐reliability permanent‐magnet synchronous machine (PMSM) has attached intensive attention due to development of electric vehicles (EVs). In this study, in order to improve the capability of output torque, an improved method of interior PMSM (IPMSM) for EV based on winding transformation (WT) strategy is proposed. In the proposed method, the power electronics technology, the vector control algorithm, and the multiple‐field analysis including electromagnetic field, fluid field, and temperature field are combined. Therefore, the steady‐state and dynamic performances of WT‐IPMSM are analysed comprehensively. The accuracy of the temperature field calculation is improved by the electromagnetic–thermal iterative method. Meanwhile, the influence of pulse‐width modulation time harmonics caused by inverter on the eddy current loss of PMs and related laws is summarised. Aiming at issues such as the design and manufacture changes in domestic apparel industry, design optimization of apparel companies and operation methods expandation, visiting survey and comparative analysis methods were taken to investigate the representative regions of domestic apparel industry, targeted research was taken on various large, medium and small enterprises, the transformation ideas and practices of some companies were revealed, the status quo of transformation of various apparel companies was compared and the problems were analyzed. Finally, through co-ordination, analysis and research on its transformation issues, examples were combined with current new technologies, from design, technology, management, channels and image, the implementable operation methods of the current clothing company in the transformation period was summarized. The article presents the results of research: a model and a visualization method for supporting cities in elaborating and implementing transformation strategies. The authors' experience is that intelligible, algorithmizable, and easily visualized models are being sought to assist city authorities in making informed decisions regarding the development of their cities. The paper proposes the concepts of the smartness zone and sustainability corridor, which allow one to devise and visualize the process of a city's development and transformation in a simple, coherent, and comprehensible way, and to observe and monitor its development path. It presents a new generic instrument for modeling transformation strategies, which are the tools addressed to municipal authorities, analysts, and developers who can use them in order to design, implement, monitor, and optimize transformation strategies towards smart cities. This paper covers a novel routing algorithm called Multi-Group based LEACH (MG-LEACH) that has been utilized the redundant deployed sensor nodes to improve the network life time. It has been suppressing the correlated data gathered by the sensor nodes by monitoring the similar event. Thus reduces not only the data transmission inside the clusters but also conserve the energy of deployed sensor nodes consequently improve the overall network lifetime. This is a simple idea that has been implemented over LEACH protocol however it is valid for almost all clustering based routing algorithms/protocols specially those variants based upon frame work of LEACH. The proposed routing algorithm has been simulated using MATLAB to verify the efficiency in enhancing network life time. A critical evaluation of routing algorithm is conducted to determine the relevance and applicability in increasing network life time. The software industry faces a fundamental change from delivering software On-premises to delivering software On-demand. Well-established companies have to shift their focus from the (still) profitable On-premises market to an, as yet unprofitable, On-demand market to survive. This requires strategies to handle the transformation process. Based on five case studies and following Christensen’s disruptive innovation theory, we learn the successful strategies that software companies can adopt to handle a change from On-premises to On-demand delivery. Stellenbosch University has a unique history in the South African higher education context and has made significant strides in attracting more students of colour. Taking in to account the University's strategic commitment to the expansion of its diversity profile among newcomer first-year students from 24 per cent in 2010 to 33 per cent by 2015, it became essential to examine enrolment trends. A quantitative analysis of enrolment trends over the past six intake years was therefore undertaken, with specific reference to population group, language, academic performance at school, geographical area and accommodation, socio-economic status and the use of information sources. From the findings it was evident that enrolment trends should inform a transformation strategy. Abstract: Program transformation is the mechanical manipulation of a program in order to improve it relative to some cost function and is understood broadly as the domain of computation where programs are the data. The natural basic building blocks of the domain of program transformation are transformation rules expressing a ‘one-step’ transformation on a fragment of a program. The ultimate perspective of research in this area is a high-level, language parametric, rule-based program transformation system, which supports a wide range of transformations, admitting efficient implementations that scale to large programs. This situation has not yet been reached, as trade-offs between different goals need to be made. This survey gives an overview of issues in rule-based program transformation systems, focusing on the expressivity of rule-based program transformation systems and in particular on transformation strategies available in various approaches. The survey covers term rewriting, extensions of basic term rewriting, tree parsing strategies, systems with programmable strategies, traversal strategies, and context-sensitive rules. Several cities are currently developing strategies in order to lower the emissions of their building heat supply to zero. Nevertheless, up to now there is no heat transformation guideline addressing questions such as the steps required to develop a transformation strategy and their order, the maturity levels of transformation strategies, or existing transformation measures and a viable methodology to compare these. In this research, based on scientific findings of optimal system design, connected with the practical experience of relevant stakeholders, who are involved in the transformation process, these questions are addressed focusing on district heating. The developed overview matrix for district heating transformation measures, arranging these in the criteria transformation target and point of effect, has been shown to facilitate the discussion of transformation measures. Prioritizing the measures should be based on a utility analysis, in which the results are depicted in an adapted Eisenhower matrix. The developed transformation strategy guideline and maturity definitions helped to assess the next required steps to further develop the strategy.
