The research aims to identify a number of data related to the process of developing symbols and the cultural values created. Traditional sports games in the current era are increasingly being replaced by digital games. The type of research used is descriptive research. Researchers conducted open interviews which initially carried out in-depth observations in order to see the problem. It can be seen that the problem is that many students at SDN Tanipah school are influenced by gadgets and often play gadgets, namely games in them, so that it is influenced in the formation of the students' character in controlling themselves to communicate, work together and be responsible in it. The research results obtained in the acceptance of traditional sports games in schools are because in modern developments these games are able to become an alternative to digital games which influence the character of students. These traditional sports games are able to become a forum for character building for students at an early age today.

The main purpose of this study was to analyze the presence and current situation of the game of skittles throughout the northern route of the Camino de Santiago. Thus, we considered its current practice, modalities, where it is played, and its different manifestations as an informal and formal game (sport), comparing it with other traditional games on this pilgrimage route. To do this, a mixed qualitative-quantitative study was designed with 89 participants (municipal professionals, politicians, players, club managers, and teachers), constituting an informant for each municipality through which the Northern Way passes. An ad hoc questionnaire was used for the data collection, which was processed through content analysis by expert judges (qualitative section) and by using the IBM-SPSS statistical package (version 25). The results of the study show notable skittles activity on the Northern Camino (58.32% of the municipalities), reflected in the number of skittles alleys (n = 291), the number of clubs, associations, and peñas participating in federated leagues (n = 162), and the wide range of varieties of skittles currently active on the Camino (n = 20). The relationship between skittles and local culture, both symbols of identity in these northern Spanish regions, made it possible to preserve the traditional heritage in these places, keeping it alive today, despite the push toward new and more attractive leisure and sport trends.

Traditional sports games are an expression of folk creativity in the field of sports and recreation, the result of the creativity of the people in the culture of sport. According to the venue, they are mostly related to the rural areas from which they originated. Traditional sports games were recognized in the 21st century as an element of intangible cultural heritage, which should be protected and affirmed in a new way in order to preserve them from oblivion and disappearance. Therefore, the importance of traditional sports as an element of tourist off er (an important element of tourist off er and promotion of rural, religious, cultural, sports and recreational tourism) is increasingly recognized in tourism strategies and plans in the world. The subject of this research is 16 events that promote traditional sports games and skills in the territory of Vojvodina. The aim of the paper is to distinguish old traditional sports through tourism valorisation, which can represent an important segment in the diversification of tourism products. The methods used are analytical-synthetic and inductive-deductive methods with the use of critical inference, as well as methods of tourism valorization according to Hilary du Cros.
