Objective Through the visual analysis of animal experimental literature on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing technology, the relevant research hot spots were condensed and the research trends of relevant animal models were discussed, to provide reference for subsequent research.Methods The literature related to animal experiments on Chinese medicine nursing technology was retrieved from Wan Fang database, Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database (VIP), China National Knowledge Infrastructure Engineering Database (CNKI), China Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), PubMed and Web of Science until June 30, 2022. Visual analysis was performed using VOSviewer 1.6.17 software.Results A total of 1 864 articles in Chinese and 126 articles in English were included, with the number of annual publications increasing year by year. The relevant literature involved 18 TCM nursing techniques, with the largest number (426) involving massage having the highest number of articles. It involved 4 496 authors, out of whom 358 were core authors accounting for 7.9% of all authors, and had a total count of 3 706 keywords forming 7 clusters. The research hotspots mainly included massage treatment of inflammatory diseases and analgesic effect, acupoint injection treatment of allergic rhinitis and myocardial ischemia, acupoint application treatment of asthma-related respiratory diseases, and moxibustion treatment of inflammatory diseases. The study of the mechanism of abdominal massage on insulin resistance is the latest research topic among them.Conclusion In recent years, the animal model of abdominal massage has gained increasing popularity in animal experiments of TCM nursing techniques. However, the establishment and application of animal models related to Chinese medicine soaking and Chinese medicine hot ironing have not yet received attention. This area can be explored in the future to further improve the animal experimental research on Chinese medicine nursing technology.

As the core of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing, TCM nursing technology is a unique set of techniques and methods different from modern nursing. On the basis of long-term clinical practice, nursing methods by TCM syndrome differentiation and the appropriate technology with TCM characteristics has been summed up from theory to practice, especially the pivotal role of appropriate TCM technology in diagnosis, treatment and nursing. The training of TCM nursing talents is the foundation, the level of specialization is the key, and the management mechanism is the guarantee to the standardization of TCM nursing technology. This article summarizes the effective means to improve the TCM nursing technology, in order to provide reference for the standardization and promotion of TCM nursing technology. Objective To systematically review the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing technology in prevention of deep venous thrombosisafter surgery for femoral neck fracture. Methods The CNKI, Wanfang Data, VIP, SinoMed, PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library and Web of Science were retrieved for random-controlled trails researches about the prevention of deep venous thrombosisafter surgery for femoral neck fracture. These databases were systematically searched from inception up to February 20, 2023. The meta-analysis was conducted using ReMan 5. 4software. Results A total of 12 articles with 942 patients finally were included. The results showed that the Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing technology was associated with a lower incidence of deep venous thrombosisafter surgery［OR=0. 18, 95%CI(0. 10, 0. 33), P＜0. 001］, lower degree of limb swelling［MD=-5. 22, 95%CI(-5. 76, -4. 68), P＜0. 001］ and higher degree of patient satisfaction［OR=7. 73, 95%CI(3. 83, 15. 61), P＜0. 001］ compared with routine intervention. In terms of coagulation indicators, there was no significant difference in APTT［MD=1. 20, 95%CI(-0. 29, 2. 69), P=0. 12］ and FIB［MD=-0. 41, 95%CI(-0. 90, 0. 09), P=0. 11］ between two groups, and there was a significant difference in PT［MD=1. 18, 95%CI(0. 62, 1. 73), P＜0. 001］between two groups. Conclusion Findings of the study showed an advantage of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing technology in prevention of deep venous thrombosisafter surgery for femoral neck fracture. More high-quality studies with larger sample size are needed to verify the effect of intervention. (目的 系统评价中医护理预防股骨颈骨折术后深静脉血栓形成的效果。方法 计算机检索知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学数据库, PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、Web of Science核心数据库有关中医护理预防股骨颈骨折患者术后深静脉血栓形成的临床随机对照研究, 检索时间为从建库至2023年2月20日。采用ReMan 5. 4进行Meta分析。结果 最终纳入12篇文献研究, 共942例患者。Meta分析结果显示: 实验组(中医护理)在术后深静脉血栓的发生率［OR=0. 18, 95%CI(0. 10, 0. 33), P＜0. 001］、术后患肢肿胀程度［MD=-5. 22, 95%CI(-5. 76, -4. 68), P＜0. 001］, 患者满意度［OR=7. 73, 95%CI(3. 83, 15. 61), P＜0. 001］均优于对照组(常规护理); 凝血指标中APTT［MD=1. 20 , 95%CI(-0. 29, 2. 69), P=0. 12］, FIB［MD=-0. 41, 95%CI(-0. 90, 0. 09), P=0. 11］显示两组差异无统计学意义, 而PT［MD=1. 18, 95%CI(0. 62, 1. 73), P＜0. 001］显示两组差异有统计学意义。结论 在预防股骨颈骨折患者术后深静脉血栓中中医护理更有优势。受纳入研究的文献和质量的限制, 上述结论需要更多大样本、高质量的研究予以验证。)

The senile osteoporosis is common type of bone disease, and pain induced by senile osteoporosis can have a serious impact on a patient’s quality of life. Focusing on the syndrome differentiation and systematical regulation of body function, the Traditional Chinese Medicine plays an active role in relief of senile osteoporosis-induced pain. This paper reviewed studies on Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing technology in relieving pain cause by senile osteoporosis, and provided reference for further study and clinical practice. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing, Traditional Chinese Medicine home nursing is an Internet-Plus-Nursing-oriented service which is designed to meet the health and life care of patients and general population. This paper summarized the concepts and significance of Internet Plus in promotion of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing, and discussed its potential demands, and provided reference for the promotion of Traditional Chinese Medicine home nursing based on Internet Plus. The COVID-19 infection is an acute respiratory infectious disease with strong infectivity, which belongs to the category of 'epidemic disease' in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology, which characterized by easy-t-operate, convenient, effective and inexpensive, is easy to be accepted by the people. In this paper, according to the different stages and symptoms after the COVID-19 infection, the application of acupuncture, moxibustion, massage, cupping, scraping, Qigong exercise and other Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques were summarized to provide a basis for clinical nursing practice. Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle (QCC) activities on improving implementation rate of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing for ICU patients. Methods A QCC team was established and risk factors of low implementation rate of TCM nursing were analyzed. Targeted measures were carried out for continuous quality improvement. Results The implementation rate of TCM nursing rose form 56. 31% before QCC activities to 86. 63% after QCC activities, with a significant difference (P＜0. 01). Conclusion The QCC activities are potentially effective to improve the implementation rate of TCM nursing for ICU patients. Constipation is a common complication in stroke patients, and clinical studies have shown that Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) nursing technology has significant advantages in reducing the incidence of constipation, improving constipation symptoms, improving quality of life and nursing satisfaction. This article reviews the application of TCM nursing techniques in post-stroke constipation in recent years, aiming to provide reference for subsequent clinical research and treatment. Objective To investigate the effect of optimized Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) nursing plan on defecation of postoperative patients with surgical treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods Expert consultation, Delphi method and document retrieval were used to optimize the TCM nursing program. Totally 416 patients with hospital admission date form January and December 2021 were included as control group, receiving standard nursing plan. Another 393 patients with hospital admission date form January and December 2022 were recruited as the study group, received optimized TCM nursing plan. Defecation condition at third day and fifth day after surgery, hospitalization cost of the patient and score of TCM nursing quality assessment were compared between groups. Results The score of Wexner Constipation Scoring System in the study group was lower than that in the control group at third day and fifth day after surgery (P＜0. 01). The hospitalization cost of the patient in the study group were less than that in the control group(P＜0. 01). The score of TCM nursing quality assessment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0. 05). Conclusion The optimized TCM nursing plan is effective to prevent postoperative constipation in patients with surgical treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. (目的 对混合痔中医护理方案进行优化, 探讨优化后的方案对患者术后排便功能的改善效果。方法 采用专家咨询、德尔菲法、文献查找等方法对混合痔中医护理方案中的护理措施进行优化。通过病例回顾的方法选取2021年1月—12月住院的患者416例为对照组, 按照标准方案进行护理; 将2022年1月—12月收治的患者393例纳入研究组, 按优化后的中医护理方案进行护理。对比两组患者术后第3天、第5天的排便功能, 统计住院费用, 评价护士中医护理工作质量。结果 研究组术后第3天、第5天Wexner便秘评分系统得分低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。研究组住院费用低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。研究组护士中医护理工作质量评分高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 优化后的混合痔中医护理方案有效预防术后便秘的发生。)

Pricking-cupping therapy is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing technology that can adjust the viscera of the human body, make the meridians smooth, and Yin and Yang balanced mainly by means of relieving heat and detoxification, harmonizing Qi and blood, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, dredging meridians and activating collaterals, reducing swelling and pain, purging heat and calming shock, clearing heat, and opening orifices. Pricking-cupping therapy has a long history and wide application. After thousands of years of development, it has made great progress. They are widely used to treat lumbar disc herniation, herpes zoster, acute arthritis, migraine, and other diseases in China. Through the clinical practice and theoretical exploration of physicians of past dynasties, the therapeutic mechanism and application scope of pricking-cupping therapy have been greatly enriched. Modern TCM practitioners have conducted in-depth researches on the operation norms of the therapy on the basis of the ancients, hoping to grasp the essence of the disease more accurately and make the rational use of the operation technology of the therapy. Moxibustion therapy is a treatment and health-care method that originated from China. It is a kind of therapy for preventing and treating diseases by stimulating meridians and acupoints using heat to regulate the viscera and enhance immunity. This article introduces the definition and mechanism of moxibustion technology, clinical operation technics, and precautions of moxibustion in practice, and demonstrates plenty of iconic cases of application of moxibustion in the treatment of insomnia, dysmenorrhea, urinary retention, knee arthritis, chronic eczema, etc., so as to provide a reference for the wide application of moxibustion technology. This paper summarized the nursing management for a patient undergoing paravertebral nerve block for lumbar disc herniation (LDH). The paravertebral nerve block was effective to relieve the low back pain caused by LDH. Comprehensive nursing interventions such as preoperative evaluation and education, intraoperative nursing cooperation, postoperative observation were carried out to relieve the patient’ negative emotion and ensure treatment success. Functional constipation has a serious impact on quality of life of elderly patients. This paper summarized the Research progress of external nursing technology of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) in prevention and treatment of functional constipation in the elderly, and provided reference for clinical practice and further development of TCM external nursing technology. This paper summarized the effect of stone needle therapy combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) collapse stains in the treatment of acute mastitis during lactation. On the basis of risk assessment and routine nursing, a TCM external treatment, stone needle therapy combined with TCM collapse stains, was performed according to the TCM syndrome differentiation. The TCM external treatment is effective in relief of inflammation, local pain and symptoms of redness on the skin in patients with acute mastitis during lactation. Total knee arthroplasty is an effective surgery in the treatment of end-stage arthritis. However, Postoperative pain adversely affects recovery and patients’ quality of life. There has been a wide use of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing technology in pain control after total knee arthroplasty, and common nursing interventions includes Chinese herbal medicine external application, auricular point pressing therapy, Tuina, moxibustion, and so on. Given the inadequacies in standardization of operation and evaluation system, it is required to enhance the evidence-based nursing practice and form an effective operation and evaluation system, aiming to promote the clinical practice of TCM nursing technology. Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) nursing technology has unique advantage in life cultivation and health preservation, chronic disease management and other areas. The community nurses’ awareness of TCM nursing technology remains to be improved. There is an increasing need for TCM nursing among community dwellers in China. However, the promotion and practice of TCM nursing technology provided by community nurses are influenced by the inconsistent standards of medical costs, level of community-based nursing service and other issues. This paper briefly summarized the Application status and thinking of TCM nursing technology in community nursing, in order to provide reference for the community-based promotion and practice. Objective: The objective of this study is to explore the current situation, clinical research hot spots, and trends of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nursing technology in rheumatoid arthritis (RA), to draw a panorama of clinical research, to provide the basis and clues for subsequent high-level evidence integration and further in-depth research. Materials and Methods: Seven databases including China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Chinese Scientific Journal Database (VIP), Wanfang Database, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (Sino-Med), PubMed, Embase, and the Cochrane Library were searched. The bibliometric method and visualization software CiteSpace were used to conduct a multi-dimensional analysis of the included literature. Results: A total of 805 pieces of literature were included (of them, one was written in German and four in English), and the number of published literature showed an increasing trend year by year. There were only 30 (3.73%) pieces of literature published in nursing journals. The hot spots of the co-occurrence map were concentrated in: (1) the nursing of fumigation in RA; (2) the efficacy evaluation of TCM nursing technology on pain, joint malformation, and joint dysfunction caused by RA. The included literature themes focused on five TCM technologies: fumigation, moxibustion, acupoint patching, acupoint injection, and Chinese herbal soaking. The beginning year and strength in TCM fumigation were 2012 and 5.2, and those in moxibustion were 2011 and 3.38. Conclusion: The related studies are on the rise. It has entered the field of international readers with clear research hot spots. However, there are still shortcomings such as little literature published in Chinese nursing core journals, few non-Chinese-related documents, and a lack of international exchanges and cooperation. The current research hot spots in this field are TCM fumigation, and the cutting-edge trend of future research may be fumigation and moxibustion technology. It is suggested that further research can focus on evidence integration and original research on the self-optimization of these two techniques.

The clinical manifestations of cough variant asthma (CVA ) are mostly cough without asthma, which is easily misdiagnosed and mistreated and transformed into typical asthma. This article summarizes the pathogenesis of CVA and the application effects of TCM nursing technology in CVA patients, aiming to provide reference and evidence support for improving the clinical symptoms of CVA patients and improving the quality of life. Thrombosis is a common complication of arteriovenous fistula. This article reviewed the risk factors of the generation of thrombosis in arteriovenous fistula, and conventional nursing measures of prevention. Specifically, the mechanism and application of TCM nursing technology in preventing thrombosis was included in the current study, in order to provide guidance for clinical nursing practices. Objective To evaluate the Intervention effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing technique on joint pain in patients with rheumatoid arthritis by using meta-analysis method. Methods The randomized controlled trials of TCM nursing interventions for patients with rheumatoid arthritis published in PubMed, China Biomedical Literature Database, China National Knowledge Network, Wanfaig Database and VIP database were searched by computer, and the included references were screened. The retrieval period was from January 2010 to January 2020. Two reviewers independently conducted literature screening, data extraction and quality evaluation according to the Cochrane Reviewer's Handbook quality evaluation criteria, and then Meta analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software. Results Totally 13 studies were included, including 1315 samples. The results of meta-analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the intervention group and the control group in improving the pain VAS score of rheumatoid arthritis patients (WMD [random] = -1. 99, 95% CI [-2. 62, -1. 36]), and a statistically significant difference in improving the nursing efficiency of rheumatoid arthritis patients (RR [fixed] =1.12, 95% CI [1.05, 1.20]). Conclusion TCM nursing technology intervention may reduce the pan VAS score of patients with rheumatoid arthritis, improve the efficiency of nursing for patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Due to the limitation of the quantity and quality of the included studies, the above conclusions need to be verified by more high-quality studies. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
