This paper examines how domestic and leisure practices of Siberian town-dwellers in the early 1920s were influenced by the state anti-religious policy. By examining state activities, the paper shows an enormous expansion of state intervention in the sphere of private life of the Yenissei province town-dwellers, their leisure activities and domestic practices. The participation of Siberian town-dwellers in the work of clubs, societies, lectures and new “proletarian” holidays became the mechanisms for secularizing their daily lives. The construction of the “new communist way of life” was underway and the state secularization policy became an additional catalyst for changes in domestic practices and a cause of family conflicts. By focusing on the above-mentioned period and using publications of the local leading periodical “Krasnoyarsk Worker” published in the Yenissei province since the year 1905 until recently, the article demonstrates the tendencies of changes in everyday life of the Yenissei province town-dwellers targeted by the state anti-religious policy., Статья посвящена исследованию отражения государственной религиозной политики в бытовой и досуговых сферах в начале 1920-х гг. В рассматриваемый период происходит расширение государственного вмешательства в быт и досуг людей, в том числе и в ходе реализации антирелигиозной политики. Организация и развитие сферы проведения досуга — участие в работе клубов, тематических кружков, лекциях, новых «пролетарских» праздниках — становится одним из механизмов секуляризации повседневной жизни горожан; идет строительство «нового коммунистического быта», в котором секуляризационная политика государства стала дополнительным катализатором изменений бытовых практик и поводом внутрисемейных конфликтов. В статье представлены тенденции изменений досугово-бытовых практик горожан Енисейской губернии в результате антирелигиозной политики государства в указанный период на материалах газеты «Красноярский рабочий», одном из наиболее авторитетных печатных изданий, выходивших на территории Енисейской губернии с 1905 г.

В настоящей работе на основе неопубликованных архивных документов рассматривает ся развитие исполнительского искусства как часть системы академической музыкальной культуры в Енисейской губернии второй половины XIX - начала XX века. Попытка анализа краеведческого материала в социокультурологическом ракурсе обеспечивает новые результаты в осмыслении музыкально-исторических событий. Выявляются два основных диалектически взаимосвязанных социальных процесса строительства музыкальной культуры - самоорганизация и институционализация. Процессы самоорганизации определяются ведущим принципом формирования исполнительских традиций, а также эволюции всей системы академического искусства Енисейской губернии на означенном этапе.

The paper is focused on the content of website on the history of the social welfare to the victims of the Russian-Japan (1904-1905) and the First World (1914-1918) Wars. The technique of database creation, necessary for the study of public organizations, which activity was aimed at the rendering help to the victims of war is presented. In the course of the specific historic research, the creation of thematic database and website was the secondary, convenient form of work with information, mainly the archive one. The Eastern Siberia was selected as a base of the main research. The set of materials, posted on the website is aimed at the research of the influence of large-scale military conflicts on the concept, forms and activities of social welfare to the victims of war; widens the information base of historic research and educational process; enables to integrate the material across Russia and form the all-Russian database in the longer term.
