The article considers various forms of organization of the educational process during the teaching of professional disciplines. The expediency of using interactive technologies in the educational process is argued. It has been proven that the use of various forms and types of training contributes to the formation of highly educated, competitive specialists, ready to enter the globalized world. Проблема повышенной тревожности личности занимает прочную позицию «Эпидемии XXI века» и становится одним из факторов снижения качества жизнедеятельности человека во всех ее аспектах. В полной мере это относится к образовательному процессу в вузе, где повышенная тревожность обучающихся становится причиной снижения мотивации, учебной неуспешности. В статье представлен анализ трудов российских (Р. С. Немов, А. М. Прихожан, С. Л. Соловьева и др.) и зарубежных (D. W. Grupe, K. Mogg, M. Salehi и др.) ученых по проблеме тревожности обучающихся. Это позволило раскрыть сущность понятий «тревога», «тревожность», уточнить причины их возникновения, специфические проявления в образовательном процессе. Актуализирована тенденция развития образования — организация психолого-педагогического сопровождения обучающихся, рассматриваемого как предмет профессиональной педагогической деятельности и как эффективный инструмент оказания поддержки студентам со стороны педагога. Результаты анализа существующей в высшем образовании практики обнаруживают дефицит использования потенциала лекционных и практических занятий в части организации психолого-педагогического сопровождения «тревожных» студентов. Выявлено, что, при актуальности рассматриваемой проблемы, процесс психолого-педагогического сопровождения, нацеленный на снижение тревожности студентов, реализуется преимущественно в виде внеучебных корректирующих занятий. Это не соответствует возможностям образовательного процесса для снижения уровня тревожности обучающихся. Конкретизированы методы, применяемые в образовательном процессе при работе со студентами с повышенной тревожностью. Сделан вывод о необходимости дальнейшей работы по включению в учебный процесс методов, позволяющих обучающимся с повышенной тревожностью полноценно осваивать образовательную программу вуза., The problem of increased anxiety occupies the position of the “Epidemic of the XXI century” and becomes a factor in reducing the quality of human life in all its aspects. The trend of education development is actualized — the organization of psychological and pedagogical support, considered as a subject of professional activity of a teacher and as an effective tool for providing support to students from the teacher. The analysis of practice reveals a shortage of using the potential of lectures and practical classes in terms of organizing psychological and pedagogical support for “anxious” students. It is revealed that, with the relevance of the problem under consideration, psychological and pedagogical support to reduce students’ anxiety is implemented mainly in the form of extracurricular corrective classes. This does not correspond to the educational opportunities to reduce the level of anxiety of students. The methods used in the education of students with increased anxiety are indicated. The conclusion is made about the need to work on the inclusion of methods in the educational process that allow students with increased anxiety to master the educational program of the university., Бизнес. In the article the online-training of foreign language professional communication of future jurists in the process of learning foreign languages is presented as a pedagogical interaction between the participants of the educational process at the stages of mastering and consolidating new educational material. Motivation and design of positive communication occurs through the creation of a situation of success, methods of persuasion, example, encouragement. The implementation of professional tasks aimed at the use of knowledge and skills of foreign languages in the process is conducted in the process of solving business constructive situations, from the application of interactive methods of education and training of future lawyers, exercises and tasks of varying difficulty. Algorithms of self-analysis, methods, and techniques of speech and communication contribute to the correction of one's own behavior and actions during foreign language professional communication. The use of online training for future lawyers is effective because it motivates them to learn foreign languages. Foreign languages help establish contact with foreign lawyers, clients, solve professional situations; develop and implement joint projects in the legal field; to conduct document circulation and correspondence with customers of legal services in the languages of other countries; adhere to the culture of communication between participants in the educational process in a remote mode. The training function of foreign language professional communication training of future lawyers in the process of performing professional tasks effectively affects the memory of the individual. The rules of conduct and professional actions of a lawyer are memorized and reproduced by higher education students in practice. Застосування тренінгу в онлайн-режимі професійної підготовки майбутніх правознавців є ефективним, оскільки мотивує їх до вивчення іноземних мов. Іноземні мови допомагають встановлювати контакт з іноземними правознавцями, клієнтами, розв’язувати професійні ситуації; розробляти й реалізовувати спільні проєкти в правничій галузі; вести документообіг і листування із замовниками правничих послуг мовами інших країн; дотримуватися культури спілкування між учасниками освітнього процесу в дистанційному форматі. In the article one of the most pressing problems of personality-oriented pedagogy – the formation of cognitive activity of the pupils of primary school is invistigated. The article consideres the theoretical and methodological foundations of formation of cognitive activity of primary school pupils “applied problem”. The peculiarities of the development of cognitive activity of primary school pupils at solving of applied problems are revealed. The main criteria for preparing pupils to solve the applied problem are formulated. The basic requirements to the applied problems which are used at studying of pupils of mathematics for the purpose of increase of their cognitive activity are defined. The problem of development of cognitive activity is one of the cardinal problems not only of didactics, but also of all educational process, because its solution will help to solve other issues: training of pupils to thinking, development of cognitive interests, formation of independence, creativity, determination of mental abilities, and also acquisition of such qualities as observation, determination, responsibility, etc. One of the methodological requirements for the implementation of the applied orientation of the initial course of mathematics is the filling of the educational process of applied problems. These are problems that arose outside of mathematics, but are solved by mathematical means. Such problems satisfy the following methodological requirements: 1) the problems must have a real practical content, which provides an illustration of the practical value and significance of the acquired mathematical knowledge; 2) the problems must correspond to school programs and current textbooks of mathematics as to the methods and facts that will be used in the process of solving them; 3) the content of the problem should arouse the pupils’ cognitive interest, give the opportunity to demonstrate the effective use of mathematical knowledge in practice; 4) concepts and terms of tasks should be known or understandable for pupils; 5) numerical data of applied problems must correspond to those that exist in practice, that is to be real, which does not lead to cumbersome calculations. Only by complying with such requirements the teacher will be able to show pupils that mathematics reflects the world around them, that numbers, actions, mathematical terminology have a real meaning. It will not be the formal study of the subject, it will teach pupils to see in mathematics a way to solve of practice life issues., У статті досліджується одна з найбільш актуальних проблем особистісноорієнтованої педагогіки – формування пізнавальної активності учнів початкових класів. Розглядається сутність понять “пізнавальна активність” та “прикладна задача”. Розкриваються особливості розвитку пізнавальної активності молодших школярів під час розв’язування прикладних задач. Сформульовані основні критерії підготовленості учнів до розв’язування прикладної задачі. Визначені основні вимоги до прикладних задач, які використовуються у навчанні молодших школярів математики з метою підвищення їх пізнавальної активності.

Учебные заведения ютились в закоулках своих прежних зданий и в наемных помещениях. Условия их существования негативно сказывались на организации и результатах учебного процесса, становились угрозой жизни и здоровью учащихся.

В статье осмысливаются опыт управления переходом Калужского госуниверситета к дистанционному способу реализации образовательного процесса в условиях пандемии 2020 года и концептуальное видение задач управления на начальном и последующем этапах кардинальных изменений образовательной организациии используемых при этом механизмов. Показано, что в управлении университетом в условиях экстремальных изменений была задействована технология обратной связи от субъектов образовательного процесса (студентов и преподавателей), что позволило управленческой команде получать информацию о промежуточных результатах и своевременно вносить коррективы для принятия адекватных управленческих решений при переходе на последующие этапы. В качестве инструмента получения обратной связи были организованы онлайн-опросы студентов (спустя 10 дней после перехода к дистанционной форме обучения) и преподавателей (на четвертой неделе). Авторы полагают, что опыт перехода к дистанционному способу обучения студентов весной 2020 года представляет ценность для всех субъектов университетского пространства. Управленческой команде он полезен осознанием факторов и механизмов оперативного управления экстремальными изменениями, позволившим в короткие сроки в ситуации неопределенности обеспечить успешное решение поставленной задачи. Для преподавателей и студентов важным результатом стало резкое качественное приращение компетенций применения дистанционных технологий в учебном процессе. Статья будет полезна руководителям и управленческим командам образовательных организаций для рефлексии и сравнительного анализа подобных изменений в своих вузах. Концептуальное видение задач управления на начальном и последующем этапах кардинальных изменений образовательной организации, оценка эффективности используемых механизмов и принимаемых решений, а также проработка обратной связи помогут предупредить возникновение негативных последствий и работать на дальнейшее развитие организации даже в неблагоприятных в глобальном смысле условиях. The authors aim at comprehending the experience of managing the transition of Kaluga State University to the remote way of implementing the educational process in the context of the 2020 pandemic. The article presents a conceptual vision of management tasks at the initial and subsequent stages of fundamental changes within the educational organization and the mechanisms used. The article shows that managing the university in the conditions of extreme changes implied the feedback technology from the subjects of the educational process (students and teachers), which allowed the management team to receive information on the estimates of intermediate results and make timely adjustments for making adequate management decisions when moving to subsequent stages. Online surveys of students (10 days after the transition to distance learning) and teachers (during the fourth week of the quarantine) were organized as a feedback tool. The authors suppose that the experience of the transition to a remote way of implementing the educational process in the spring of 2020 is of value to all subjects of the university space. The experience gained is useful to the management team for understanding the factors and mechanisms of extreme changes operational management, which made it possible to ensure a successful short-time solution of the task in the situation of uncertainty. For teachers and students, an important result was a sharp qualitative increase in the competence of using distance technologies in the educational process. The article might be of use to leaders and management teams of educational organizations for reflection and comparative analysis of such changes in their universities. A conceptual vision of management tasks at the initial and subsequent stages of fundamental changes in an educational organization, evaluating the effectiveness of the mechanisms used and decisions made, as well as working out feedback, including online polls, should help prevent the occurrence of negative consequences and work for the further development of the organization even in globally unfavorable conditions.

The present paper addresses the issue of teaching foreign language as an indispensable course at university. One of the demands to the training of future engineers is to prepare them for solving professional tasks and situations. A continuous case study method is one of the forms of problem-based learning which allows teachers to model fragments of future professional activity, its multicultural context. We suggest a continuous case study method as a powerful tool for modelling real professional activities, which contributes to the formation of professionally oriented English-language competence of future engineers. In our article, we aim to reveal the essence and stages of using the method of continuous case studies at English classes. We outlined the following methods: analysis, synthesis, generalization, systematization, inference, observation. In order to verify our statement, we conducted a continuous case study on the topic “Refutation of inaccurate information on technical operation and repair of lifting mechanisms at the enterprise”. As shown by the results of our research, a continuous case study method is a way of development of a professionally oriented English-language competence of the future engineers by involving them in solving imaginary professionally oriented problems through simulated engineering environment. It has been found that the use of a continuous case study method in the course “Practical Course of Foreign Language for Professional (Scientific) Purposes” contributes to the improvement of the future engineers’ professionally oriented foreign-language competencies in listening, speaking, reading; professionally oriented sociocultural, linguistic, educational, strategic and pragmatic competencies.

The application of USB-receivers based on the demodulator RTL2832U as a software-defined radio (SDR), which can serve as a low-cost platform for a wide range of interesting learning tasks in carrying out laboratory works and course projects in the process of studying subjects related to signal processing and telecommunications systems physical layer is investigated. Examples of analysis of various "live" signals, such as FM signals of broadcast stations, digital television, mobile communication, which may be registered during the lectures and laboratory works, as well as used in preparing of course projects to gain experience in handling real signals are shown. It is shown that the using specialized equipment in the educational process is not appropriate for several reasons, the main of that is price factor, but the using the demodulator RTL2832U provide the necessary technical base in solving various tasks of the educational process in disciplines related to signal processing. The software MATLAB is offered as a base of signal processing.

Статья посвящена развитию методов оценки знаний, умений и навыков по анатомии в связи с введением компетентностного подхода в подготовку студентов медицинских ВУЗов. При подведении итоговой оценки по дисциплине анатомия проводится комплексная проверка теоритических и практических знаний, а также оценивается умение применять знания по анатомии на практике при рассмотрении клинических случаев. Учитывая трехмерную концепцию строения нашего тела, для объективной оценки практических знаний и умений студентов по анатомии используются трехмерные анатомические модели и препараты. Объективный структурированный практический экзамен (ОСПЭ) рассматривается авторами, как наиболее эффективный инструмент для оценки практических навыков по анатомии и интеграции знания фактического материала с клиническими аспектами. Совершенствование методики ОСПЭ заключается во введении клинических ситуаций, интеграции со смежными и клиническими дисциплинами, использовании методов визуализации и современных компьютерных технологий., The article is denoted to the development of methods of assessment the knowledge and skills on anatomy in connection with the introduction of a competence-based approach to the education of medical students. When summing up the final assessment of the discipline anatomy, a comprehensive check of theoretical and practical knowledge is carried out, as the ability to apply knowledge of anatomy in practice when considering clinical cases. Considering the three-dimensional concept of our body structure, the three-dimensional anatomical models and preparations are used for an objective assessment of practical knowledge and skills of students on anatomy. The objective structured practical examination (OSPE) is considered by the authors as the most effective tool for assessing practical skills in anatomy and integrating knowledge of factual material with clinical aspects. V času študija imajo študenti invalidi oziroma študenti s posebnimi potrebam težave z dostopom do fakultet, prostorov, študijske literature in študijskega procesa, kar od njih zahteva dodatno angažiranje za uspešno vključitev v študij, potrebujejo več časa za dokončanje študijskih obveznosti ali pa dodatno pomoč izobraževalne institucije v vseh elementih študijskega procesa. Diplomska naloga spremlja študijski proces na Fakulteti za računalništvo in informatiko v Ljubljani, in obenem ponuja rešitve, ki bi omogočile podporo študentom s posebnimi potrebami v času njihovega študija. During the study, the students with disabilities or students with special needs have problems with accessibility to faculty, facilities, study literature and study process, which requires them additional engagement for a successful involvement in the study, more time is needed to complete the study obligations or further assistance of educational institutions in all elements of the study process. The thesis monitors the study process at the Faculty of Computer and Information Science, and at the same time offering solutions that would enable support for students with disabilities during their studies.

They state that exceptions to copyright protection are admissible only in specific cases; if they comply with the rules of normal exploitation of the author's work; and do not unreasonably prejudice the legitimate rights of the author.While respecting the restrictions contained in international conventions, the Latvian Copyright Law also lays down various restrictions, when the author's work can be used without a special permit for the use of the author's work or for free, such as in the educational or research process. The free use of copyright-protected materials constitutes a restriction on the economic rights of copyright holders. These restrictions aim to strike a balance between the rights of the author and the interests of the public. Although copyright-protected works can be used in education almost everywhere in the world, restrictions on the exercise of these rights have not been clearly established.The aim of this paper is to research limits use of copyright-protected works in the educational process.
