This paper deals with an overview of flowshop group scheduling problems in the manufacturing environment. The aim of this paper is twofold: (i) making a comprehensive survey of research on flowshop group scheduling problems in manufacturing systems, and (ii) presenting a bibliometric analysis. We address the general definition of flowshop group scheduling problems and provide a taxonomy of methodologies used in previous literature. The papers are presented from several perspectives, including the utilised objective functions, a transformation of problem structure, benchmarks in existing literature, and solution approaches. Additionally, bibliometric analysis, including keyword and journal analyses, is conducted for articles published between 1986 and 2022. Background: While gastric cancer is generally declining globally, the temporal trend of young-onset (< 40 years) gastric cancer remains uncertain. We performed this analysis to determine the temporal trends of young-onset gastric cancer compared to late-onset cancer (≥ 40 years). Methods: We extracted cross-sectional data from the Global Burden of Diseases, Injuries, and Risk Factors Study (GBD) 2019. The burden of gastric cancer from 1990 to 2019 was assessed through indicators including incidence and mortality rates, which were classified at global, national, and regional levels, and according to socio-demographic indexes (SDI) and age or sex groups. Joinpoint regression analysis was used to identify specific years with significant changes. The correlation between AAPC with countries' average SDI was tested by Pearson's Test. Results: The global incidence rate of young-onset gastric cancer decreased from 2.20 (per 100,000) in 1990 to 1.65 in 2019 (AAPC: − 0.95; 95% confidence interval [CI] − 1.25 to − 0.65; P < 0.001). Late-onset cancer incidence also decreased from 59.53 (per 100,000) in 1990 to 41.26 in 2019 (AAPC: − 1.23; 95% CI − 1.39 to − 1.06, P < 0.001). Despite an overall decreasing trend, the incidence rate of young-onset cancer demonstrated a significant increase from 2015 to 2019 (annual percentage change [APC]: 1.39; 95% CI 0.06 to 2.74; P = 0.041), whereas no upward trend was observed in late-onset cancer. Mortality rates of young- and late-onset cancer both exhibited a significant decline during this period (AAPC: − 1.82; 95% CI − 2.15 to − 1.56; P < 0.001 and AAPC: − 1.69, 95% CI − 1.79 to − 1.59; P < 0.001). The male-to-female rate ratio for incidence and mortality in both age groups have been increasing since 1990. While countries with high SDI have had a greater decline in the incidence of late-onset gastric cancer (slope of AAPC change: − 0.20, P = 0.004), it was not observed in young-onset cancer (slope of AAPC change: − 0.11, P = 0.13). Conclusions: The global incidence and mortality rates of both young- and late-onset gastric cancer have decreased since 1990. However, the incidence rate of young-onset cancer has demonstrated a small but significant upward trend since 2015. There was disparity in the decline in young-onset gastric cancer among male and high SDI countries. This paper, framed within the interpretivism theory, argued that government, stakeholders, and policymakers could foster and promote policy advocacy to address the challenges militating against the participation of physically challenged learners (PCLs) in practical physical education (PE) classes. Despite the noticeable need for physical activities in the lives of PCLs, there are growing concerns that learners in physical education classes still face many challenges in practical classes. The research was a systematic review of literature that identified studies that focused on the challenges that PCLs experience in practical physical education classes. Data was gathered from a collection of relevant articles as well as 20 publications that were critically reviewed. Only ten publications were found to meet the inclusion criteria. As a result, four main themes emerged from the data as thematic analysis was adopted. The findings revealed that PCLs frequently encounter challenges such as inaccessible equipment, poor social support, the PE curriculum/programme, and a lack of teachers training in practical physical education classes, which can limit their ability to engage and fully participate in PE practical classes. The study contributed to the body of physical education studies by providing a framework for a more integrated Physical Education for Physically Challenged Learners (PCLs), which could be implemented all around the world. It recommends, among others, that the members of the executive councils, school management teams and policymakers should work together by providing schools with accessible equipment and strong social support for PCLs to feel less isolated and more supported. This study concludes that exploring these challenges and developing coping strategies can help to ensure that PCLs can participate and benefit from PE practical classes.

DNA methylation is a highly conserved epigenetic modification involved in many biological processes, including growth and development, stress response, and secondary metabolism. DNA demethylase (DNA-deMTase) genes have been identified in some plant species; however, there are no reports on the identification and analysis of DNA-deMTase genes in Foxtail millet (Setaria italica L.). In this study, seven DNA-deMTases were identified in S. italica. These DNA-deMTase genes were divided into four subfamilies (DML5, DML4, DML3, and ROS1) by phylogenetic and gene structure analysis. Further analysis shows that the physical and chemical properties of these DNA-deMTases proteins are similar, contain the typical conserved domains of ENCO3c and are located in the nucleus. Furthermore, multiple cis-acting elements were observed in DNA-deMTases, including light responsiveness, phytohormone responsiveness, stress responsiveness, and elements related to plant growth and development. The DNA-deMTase genes are expressed in all tissues detected with certain tissue specificity. Then, we investigated the abundance of DNA-deMTase transcripts under abiotic stresses (cold, drought, salt, ABA, and MeJA). The results showed that different genes of DNA-deMTases were involved in the regulation of different abiotic stresses. It is important to examine the purchasing behavior of consumers in order to change their current habits and ensure their transition to electrification. This study aims to provide outputs to stakeholders by evaluating 74 articles based on consumers' electric vehicle purchasing behavior in the Scopus database between 2014 and 2023. In the study, first a quantitative analysis was carried out through Bibliometrix and VOSviewer programs, and then a qualitative analysis was carried out within the framework of PRISMA Meta-Analysis. As a result of the research; It has been observed that the studies increased after 2020, the most cited author was Hair and the scientific source was the Journal of Energy Policy, the expression electric vehicles was determined as the most frequent keyword, the most studies at the country level were conducted in China, and researchers benefited greatly from the Theory of Planned Behavior. Animated movies guide children, help them recognise issues and adopt positive behaviours. How do animated movies convey messages about children's rights and their violations? We conducted an inductive content analysis of 23 animated movies for children to answer this question. The movies were analysed regarding gender balance, self-awareness representations of children's rights, children's rights made visible and representations of violations of children's rights. The results show that the movies focus on relationships and individual development. The movies also convey messages about the right to dream, play, have fun and grow up in a peaceful family environment. On the other hand, the movies convey messages about violating the prohibition of discrimination against the right to gender equality. The movies associate girls with housework and marriage while portraying boys as powerful villains. In addition, the movies contain some messages that violate the right to grow up in a peaceful family environment and be protected from mistreatment, neglect and abuse. The young protagonists in the movies generally do not have families. Those with families generally have only a mother or a father. Children with parents also have negative behaviours, such as substance abuse, violence and making money off of children. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Melatonin's cytoprotective properties may have therapeutic implications in treating ocular diseases like glaucoma and age-related macular degeneration. Literature data suggest that melatonin could potentially protect ocular tissues by decreasing the production of free radicals and pro-inflammatory mediators. This study aims to summarize the screened articles on melatonin's clinical, pharmacological, and formulation evaluation in treating ocular disorders. The identification of relevant studies on the topic in focus was performed according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA 2020) guidelines. The studies were searched in the following databases and web search engines: Pubmed, Scopus, Science Direct, Web of Science, Reaxys, Google Scholar, Google Patents, Espacenet, and Patentscope. The search time interval was 2013–2023, with the following keywords: melatonin AND ocular OR ophthalmic AND formulation OR insert AND disease. Our key conclusion was that using melatonin-loaded nano-delivery systems enabled the improved permeation of the molecule into intraocular tissues and assured controlled release profiles. Although preclinical studies have demonstrated the efficacy of developed formulations, a considerable gap has been observed in the clinical translation of the results. Summary: Background: Prospective associations between total and groups of ultra-processed foods (UPF) and cardiovascular disease (CVD) remained to be characterised. Our aim was to assess the association of total and group-specific UPF intakes with CVD, coronary heart disease (CHD), and stroke in three large prospective cohorts of US adults. Additionally, we conducted a systematic review and meta-analyses on the existing evidence on the associations of total UPF intake with these outcomes. Methods: UPF intake was assessed through food frequency questionnaires in the Nurses’ Health Study (NHS; n = 75,735), Nurses’ Health Study II (NHSII; n = 90,813), and Health Professionals Follow-Up Study (HPFS; n = 40,409). Cox regression estimated cohort-specific associations of total and group-specific UPF intake with risk of CVD (cases = 16,800), CHD (cases = 10,401), and stroke (cases = 6758), subsequently pooled through fixed-effect models. Random-effects meta-analyses pooled existing prospective findings on the UPF-CVD association identified on Medline and Embase up to April 5, 2024, without language restrictions. Risk of bias was assessed with the Newcastle–Ottawa Scale, funnel plots, and Egger’s tests, and meta-evidence was evaluated using NutriGrade. Findings: The baseline mean (SD) age was 50.8 years (7.2) for the NHS, 36.7 years (4.6) for the NHSII, and 53.4 years (9.6) for the HPFS. The proportion of participants of White race was 97.7% in the NHS, 96.4% in the NHSII, and 94.9% in the HPFS. Among the three cohorts, multivariable-adjusted hazard ratios [HRs (95% CIs)] for CVD, CHD, and stroke for the highest (vs. lowest) total UPF intake quintile were 1.11 (1.06–1.16), 1.16 (1.09–1.24), and 1.04 (0.96–1.12), respectively. UPF groups demonstrated divergent associations. Sugar-/artificially-sweetened drinks and processed meats were associated with higher CVD risk, whereas inverse associations were observed for bread/cold cereals, yoghurt/dairy desserts, and savoury snacks. Meta-analysing 22 prospective studies showed that total UPF intake at the highest category (vs. lowest) was associated with 17% (11%–24%), 23% (12%–34%), and 9% (3%–15%) higher CVD, CHD, and stroke risk. Meta-evidence quality was high for CHD, moderate for CVD, and low for stroke. Interpretation: Total UPF intake was adversely associated with CVD and CHD risk in US adults, corroborated by prospective studies from multiple countries, also suggesting a small excess stroke risk. Nutritional advice for cardiovascular health should consider differential consequences of group-specific UPF. Replication is needed in racially/ethnically-diverse populations. Research in business education is crucial to address the challenges faced by universities. This research provides evidence to educators and policy makers for curriculum design and identifies best learning practices and helps to develop innovative teaching methods. The European Academy of Management and Business Economics (AEDEM), aware of the importance of contributing to the development of universities, created the Journal of Management and Business Education (JMBE). The aim of this research is to respond to the challenges that researchers are responding to and what are the future challenges in this field. To this end, a systematic analysis of 143 manuscripts published by the journal from its birth in 2018 to 2023 has been conducted. The results suggest important implications for researchers and how the main research themes in this field relate to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Critical thinking plays an important role in decision-making and implementing daily tasks which includes searching, obtaining, evaluating, analysing, synthesising and conceptualising information. The aim of this study was to identify and compare the level of critical thinking among nursing students in Faculty of Medicine UKM based on systematic analysis, thinking in and out of the box domains. This was a cross-sectional study that utilised a self-administered Google Form online questionnaire on the level of critical thinking levels and domains. There were 115 nursing students in the Faculty of Medicine, UKM comprising of Year 1 (34.9%), Year 2 (26.1%), Year 3 (16.5%) and Year 4 (23.5%). The result showed that overall level of critical thinking was at intermediate level (mean=3.815, s.d=0.431) with systematic analysis domain was at intermediate level (mean=4.027, s.d=0.522), thinking in the box domain at low level (mean=2.547, s.d=0.688) and thinking out of the box domain was at intermediate level (mean=4.181, s.d=0.600). Further analysis showed that there was significant difference between students Year 2 with Year 3 and Year 3 with Year 4 in thinking out of the box domain (p=0.006). The B-box (BBX) proteins are a class of zinc finger transcription factors and play critical roles in plant development and growth. However, they have not been systematically characterized in Chinese chestnut (Castanea mollissima), an important nut with rich nutrition and high economic value. Here, 18 BBX genes were identified in Chinese chestnut genome and divided into five groups through phylogenetic analysis, with members in the same group containing the same conserved domain organization. The collinearity analysis showed that dispersed duplication played a major role in the expansion of CmBBX gene family inferred to have evolved through purifying selection. Transcriptome analysis and qRT-PCR experiments suggested that CmBBX genes showed different expression patterns in different Chinese chestnut tissues, and revealed some CmBBXs may have potential functions in the development of Chinese chestnut buds, nuts, fertile/abortive ovules. Combined with the analysis of conserved domain, motif, cis-elements, expression level and protein three-dimensional structure, the lack of cis-acting elements related to meristem expression and gibberellin-responsiveness may lead to the no-expression of CmBBX9 in Chinese chestnut. Aims: Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a global disease. We aim to summarize the latest epidemiological patterns of IBD at the national, regional and global levels to give well-deserved attention and outline facilitating measures to reduce the disease burden. Methods: We collected the incidence, prevalence, mortality and disability-adjusted life years (DALYs) of IBD in 204 countries and territories from 1990 to 2019 using data from the Global Burden of Disease Study 2019. We further calculated the estimated annual percentage change (EAPC) to qualify the temporal trends of IBD burden by sex, age and region over the past 30 years. Results: Globally, a total of 404.55 thousand incident cases, 4898.56 thousand prevalent cases, 41.00 thousand deaths and 1622.50 thousand DALYs of IBD were estimated in 2019. The age-standardized DALYs decreased from 27.2 in 1990 to 20.15 per 100,000 people in 2019, with an EAPC of −1.04. The high socio-demographic index regions presented pronounced age-standardized rates (ASRs) consistently over the last 30 years. The high-income North America had the highest ASRs in 2019, followed by Western Europe and Australasia. No gender difference was observed after being stratified by sex. Conclusions: The accumulated IBD patients are expected to increase in the future due to the increased rate of IBD in developing countries, and social aging in developed countries. This study was conducted to determine the variables that play a role in the efficiency of Health Management departments in Turkey and the ranking of them in order of importance. These variables were determined by systematic analysis. The Prisma method was used in the systematic analysis approach. Input and output variables used in studies assessing the efficiency of higher education institutions in the literature were listed. The ranking of these variables was determined by Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The questionnaire used for the AHP analysis and the judgments of 127 academicians working in Health Management Departments in universities in Turkey were assessed. The first three input variables found as a result of the AHP were "the number of registered undergraduate students per faculty member", "the number of faculty members", and "the number of other academic staff". The most important three output variables included "the number of articles searched on SCI, SSCI, SCI-E", "the number of papers presented in international congresses", and "the count of publications published in international peer-reviewed journals". The healthcare sector produces 2 gigatons of CO2. To address this impactful trend and contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the adoption of circular economy (CE) practices could represent a strategic target. In this context, the present article provides a systematic and bibliometric literature review of CE practices applied in the healthcare sector by considering the collected case studies. This study aims to analyze the state of the art in CEs in the healthcare sector in order to identify CE practices in healthcare, examining how they contribute to sustainability goals and the critical issues in their implementation. A final selection of 36 articles from reputable databases, Web of Science and Scopus, was obtained and analyzed using VOSviewer. By systematically examining these papers, the study investigates the key CE practices implemented within the healthcare sector and their respective areas of application, which help the broader mission of achieving SDG 12, and also, to a lesser extent, SDG 9. Although the research criteria impose some limitations, this study offers a comprehensive review of successful circular practices adopted in the healthcare sector while shedding light on existing gaps and providing valuable insights for relevant stakeholders. Digital transformation encompasses all the principles of people, working methods, and technology that support organizations in achieving their goals with the possibilities provided by the constantly developing information technologies that are in almost every aspect of our lives. Today, the impact of digital transformation is visible in every field with constantly developing technologies, and there is a rapid transition to digital innovations in almost all sectors. Web 3.0 and Metaverse, which are two innovations that support each other, are technological developments that can be used in many areas, and it is curious what role they will play in daily life. This study aims to present research on how the education and human-computer interaction fields can be synchronized with Metaverse technology with the impact of the digital age. In this study, the articles accessed by using the systematic analysis method were examined under the headings of subject, journal, year, research method, study group and sample, data analysis method, data collection method, field, country, conclusion, and suggestions for future studies. As a result of the research, 61 articles were found in the Web of Science database. Thus, it is aimed to obtain and discuss the results of how Metaverse technologies are reflected in the fields of education and humancomputer interaction, in which direction they evolve, and how they will be reflected in future studies. ObjectiveThe objective of this study was to assess the global burden of disease for developmental and intellectual disabilities caused by iodine deficiency from 1990 to 2019.MethodsUsing data from the global burden of disease (GBD) 2019, we conducted a cross-country inequity analysis to examine the worldwide burden of developmental and intellectual disabilities caused by the issue of iodine deficiency from 1990 to 2019. Absolute and relative inequality were assessed by the slope index of inequality and the concentration index, respectively. After summarising the latest evidence, we also projected the age-standardized prevalence and years lived with disability (YLD) rates up to 2030 using the BAPC and INLA packages in R statistical software.ResultsIn 2019, the global age-standardized prevalence and YLD rates for developmental and intellectual disabilities due to iodine deficiency were 22.54 per 100,000 population (95% UI 14.47 to 29.23) and 4.12 per 100,000 population (95% UI 2.25 to 6.4), respectively. From 1990 to 2019, the age-standardized prevalence and YLD rates of developmental and intellectual disabilities due to iodine deficiency decreased significantly. Geographic distribution showed that areas with lower socio-demographic indices (SDI) were the most affected. The correlation between higher SDI and lower prevalence highlights the role of economic and social factors in the prevalence of the disease. Cross-national inequity analysis shows that disparities persist despite improvements in health inequalities. In addition, projections suggest that the disease burden may decline until 2030.ConclusionThis research underscores the necessity for targeted interventions, such as enhancing iodine supplementation and nutritional education, especially in areas with lower SDI. We aim to provide a foundation for policymakers further to research effective preventative and potential alternative treatment strategies.

Purpose: The intricate link between personality traits and academic burnout was explored through a comprehensive search across multiple databases like ScienceDirect, Scopus, PubMed, and PsycINFO. This review primarily delves into the Five-Factor Model of personality to illuminate the complexities of academic burnout. Method: At the outset, an exhaustive search strategy yielded a remarkable 2,230 papers. Subsequently, following meticulous selection criteria, 40 studies underwent systematic analysis. The culmination of this process affirmed the association between specific personality traits and academic burnout. Findings: Review articles indicated that elevated neuroticism levels correlated with heightened academic burnout, while decreased levels of Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, and Openness were also linked to increased burnout levels. These findings underscore the intricate nature of academic burnout, suggesting that specific combinations of personality traits can significantly influence its occurrence. Implications for Research and Practice: These findings carry substantial implications for the academic domain, emphasizing the imperative for educational institutions and policymakers to recognize the influence of personality in formulating strategies to mitigate burnout among academics. Abstract Aims Caused by multiple risk factors, heavy burden of major depressive disorder (MDD) poses serious challenges to public health worldwide over the past 30 years. Yet the burden and attributable risk factors of MDD were not systematically known. We aimed to reveal the long-term spatio-temporal trends in the burden and attributable risk factors of MDD at global, regional and national levels during 1990–2019. Methods We obtained MDD and attributable risk factors data from Global Burden of Disease Study 2019. We used joinpoint regression model to assess the temporal trend in MDD burden, and age–period–cohort model to measure the effects of age, period and birth cohort on MDD incidence rate. We utilized population attributable fractions (PAFs) to estimate the specific proportions of MDD burden attributed to given risk factors. Results During 1990–2019, the global number of MDD incident cases, prevalent cases and disability-adjusted life years (DALYs) increased by 59.10%, 59.57% and 58.57%, respectively. Whereas the global age-standardized incidence rate (ASIR), age-standardized prevalence rate (ASPR) and age-standardized DALYs rate (ASDR) of MDD decreased during 1990–2019. The ASIR, ASPR and ASDR in women were 1.62, 1.62 and 1.60 times as that in men in 2019, respectively. The highest age-specific incidence, prevalence and DALYs rate occurred at the age of 60–64 in women, and at the age of 75–84 in men, but the maximum increasing trends in these age-specific rates occurred at the age of 5–9. Population living during 2000–2004 had higher risk of MDD. MDD burden varied by socio-demographic index (SDI), regions and nations. In 2019, low-SDI region, Central sub-Saharan Africa and Uganda had the highest ASIR, ASPR and ASDR. The global PAFs of intimate partner violence (IPV), childhood sexual abuse (CSA) and bullying victimization (BV) were 8.43%, 5.46% and 4.86% in 2019, respectively. Conclusions Over the past 30 years, the global ASIR, ASPR and ASDR of MDD had decreased trends, while the burden of MDD was still serious, and multiple disparities in MDD burden remarkably existed. Women, elderly and populations living during 2000–2004 and in low-SDI regions, had more severe burden of MDD. Children were more susceptible to MDD. Up to 18.75% of global MDD burden would be eliminated through early preventing against IPV, CSA and BV. Tailored strategies-and-measures in different regions and demographic groups based on findings in this studywould be urgently needed to eliminate the impacts of modifiable risk factors on MDD, and then mitigate the burden of MDD.

In this study, seven DNA-deMTases were identified in S. italica. These DNA-deMTase genes were divided into four subfamilies (DML5, DML4, DML3, and ROS1) by phylogenetic and gene structure analysis. Further analysis shows that the physical and chemical properties of these DNA-deMTases proteins are similar, contain the typical conserved domains of ENCO3c and are located in the nucleus. Furthermore, multiple cis-acting elements were observed in DNA-deMTases, including light responsiveness, phytohormone responsiveness, stress responsiveness, and elements related to plant growth and development. The DNA-deMTase genes are expressed in all tissues detected with certain tissue specificity. Then, we investigated the abundance of DNA-deMTase transcripts under abiotic stresses (cold, drought, salt, ABA, and MeJA). The results showed that different genes of DNA-deMTases were involved in the regulation of different abiotic stresses. In total, our findings will provide a basis for the roles of DNA-deMTase in response to abiotic stress.

Melatonin’s cytoprotective properties may have therapeutic implications in treating ocular diseases like glaucoma and age-related macular degeneration. Literature data suggest that melatonin could potentially protect ocular tissues by decreasing the production of free radicals and pro-inflammatory mediators. This study aims to summarize the screened articles on melatonin’s clinical, pharmacological, and formulation evaluation in treating ocular disorders. The identification of relevant studies on the topic in focus was performed according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA 2020) guidelines. The studies were searched in the following databases and web search engines: Pubmed, Scopus, Science Direct, Web of Science, Reaxys, Google Scholar, Google Patents, Espacenet, and Patentscope. The search time interval was 2013–2023, with the following keywords: melatonin AND ocular OR ophthalmic AND formulation OR insert AND disease. Our key conclusion was that using melatonin-loaded nano-delivery systems enabled the improved permeation of the molecule into intraocular tissues and assured controlled release profiles. Although preclinical studies have demonstrated the efficacy of developed formulations, a considerable gap has been observed in the clinical translation of the results. To overcome this failure, revising the preclinical experimental phase might be useful by selecting endpoints close to clinical ones.

Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is a dreadful, chronic, and irreversibly progressive disease leading to death with a few effective treatments. Our previous study suggested that repetitive hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) treatment alleviates bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in mice. Here, we investigated the protective mechanism of HBO treatment against pulmonary fibrosis using an integrated approach. Analyzing publicly available expression data from the mouse model of bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis as well as IPF patients, several potential mechanisms of relevance to IPF pathology were identified, including increased epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and glycolysis. High EMT or glycolysis scores in bronchoalveolar lavage were strong independent predictors of mortality in multivariate analysis. These processes were potentially driven by hypoxia and blocked by HBO treatment. Together, these data support HBO treatment as a viable strategy against pulmonary fibrosis.

Conservation agriculture (CA) has the potential to sustain soil productivity and benefit agroecosystems, yet it is not fully understood how yield responses of different cropping systems are affected by inherent soil characteristics, for example, texture and dynamic soil properties, such as aggregation, nutrients and erosion. In this study, we conducted a systematic review to compare crop yield from cropland with conventional management versus different CA practices, specifically reduced‐ or no‐tillage, agroforestry, organic farming and cover crops. The data were first analysed for different climatic regions, soil textures and cash crop types. We then quantified how yield responses correlated with soil properties change under different CA practices. The results showed that CA practices were associated with an overall mean crop yield increase of 12%. This response was primarily driven by corn, which had a mean yield increase of almost 41% after CA implementation, whereas other cash crops did not have significant yield responses or showed slight decreases, as rotation with mixtures of multiple cash crops had a mean decrease of 6% when using CA. The increase in corn yield after CA may be related to the enhanced ability of that crop to absorb nutrient elements (e.g. nitrogen) and reduce nutrient leaching. Agroforestry increased crop yield by 66% and cover cropping increased yield by 11%, likely due to increases in soil water content and nutrient availability and decreases in erosion and surface runoff. However, other agricultural systems showed no significant increase after CA compared with conventional row cropping practices. Using CA practices had the greatest yield benefit in tropical climates and when farming in coarse‐textured soils. In addition, legumes and grass‐legume mixtures resulted in significant cash crop yield increases, possibly because legumes promoted the increase of soil nitrogen and depleted soil moisture less compared with other cover crops. The results provide new insight into how interactions between soil properties and CA practices affect crop yield and at the same time can help guide the development of practical, evidence‐based guidelines for using conservation practices to improve yield in corn and other cash crops. Furthermore, we found evidence of mitochondrial disturbance, an increase in ribosomal protein transcription, and heightened apoptosis in fetal DS cells. This investigation also unearthed a regulatory network driven by an HSA21 gene, which leads to genome‐wide expression changes. Conclusion: The findings from this study offer significant insights into the molecular alterations that occur in DS, shedding light on the pathological processes underlying this disorder. Background: Considering the strong correlation made between Alzheimer's disease (AD) and the pathology of glucose metabolism disorder, we sought to analyze the effects of fasting blood glucose (FBG) level, fasting plasma insulin (FINS) level, and insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) on the risk and severity of AD.Objective: Reveal the pathological relationship between AD and insulin resistance.Methods: We searched 5 databases from inception through April 4, 2022. Meta-regression was conducted to identify if there were significant differences between groups. Shapiro-Wilk test and the Q-Q diagram were applied to evaluate the normality of variables. A multiple logistic regression model was employed to explore the association between FBG, FINS, HOMA-IR, and Mini-Mental State Examination scale score (MMSE).Results: 47 qualified articles including 2,981 patients were enrolled in our study. FBG (p < 0.001), FINS (p < 0.001), and HOMA-IR (p < 0.001) were higher in AD patients than in controls. HOMA-IR was negatively correlated with MMSE (p = 0.001) and positively related to the sex ratio (male versus female) (p < 0.05). HOMA-IR obeyed lognormal distribution (p > 0.05), and the 95% bilateral boundary values were 0.73 and 10.67. FBG (p = 0.479) was positively correlated to MMSE, while FINS (p = 0.1657) was negatively correlated with MMSE.Conclusion: The increase in the levels of FBG, FINS, and HOMA-IR served as precise indicators of the risk of AD. Changing life conditions, which require different skills related to more life, have also brought new technological developments. This situation has increased the need for individuals, especially online applications. One of the areas where this need is felt is the field of psychological counseling and guidance (PCG), which is one of the areas of specialization where structured group practices called group guidance/group psychoeducation are carried out the most. The ease with which technology is offered to users, such as accessibility and accessibility, has allowed the work carried out by psychological counselors to be transferred to online environments. In this context, it seems important to have detailed information about online psychoeducation programs and to provide resources to experts who will work in the relevant field. The aim of the research is to evaluate the scientific reports on "online psychoeducational programs" between 2010-2022. In order to systematically examine the scientific reports made within the scope of the relevant years, the document review method was preferred. As a result of the systematic review carried out, it is seen that the number of studies conducted in Turkish and English is equal, with 65% of the scientific reports being made by female researchers. It was concluded that all of the scientific reports were made by the advisors with the title of professor, the most among the advisor titles of the scientific reports within the Institute of Educational Sciences and the Department of Guidance and Psychological Counseling. It is seen that 55% of the scientific reports examined are in the type of articles, the most preferred type of research is quantitative research with 50%, when the research models are examined, it is seen that the experimental research model is used the most with 55%, and 38% of the research populations are universities. In the scientific reports examined, it was concluded that the sampling preference was random sampling with 38%, students were the data sources with 72%, scales were the most preferred data collection tools, and statistical analysis methods were the most preferred among the data analysis methods. Simple Summary: Selenium (Se) is an essential non-metallic nutrient in animals and humans. Its deficiency causes heart disease, infertility, neuronal/neuromuscular diseases, and increased susceptibility to cancer, infections, and heavy metal toxicity. Therefore, a sustainable strategy for bio-based products enriched with Se is microalgae. These are characterized by the ability to bioaccumulate inorganic Se and metabolize it into organic Se for product formulations of industrial interest. This review article attempts to elucidate the bioaccumulation of Selenium (Se) in microalgae from the analysis of genes or groups of genes that trigger biological responses associated with Se-metabolization in microalgae. Se is one of the essential nutrients for human health and animal growth; it participates in various physiological functions, such as antioxidant and immune response and metabolism. Se deficiency is related in the animal industry to poor production performance and the appearance of health problems in humans. Therefore, interest has arisen in producing fortified foods, nutritional supplements, and animal feed products enriched with Se. A sustainable strategy for bio-based products enriched with Se is microalgae. These are characterized by the ability to bioaccumulate inorganic Se and metabolize it into organic Se for product formulations of industrial interest. Although there are some reports on Se bioaccumulation, further exploration is needed to understand the effects of Se bioaccumulation in microalgae. Therefore, this article presents a systematic review of the genes or groups of genes that trigger biological responses associated with the metabolization of Se in microalgae. A total of 54,541 genes related to Se metabolization distributed in 160 different classes were found. Learning analytics (LA) employs educational data to improve the timeliness of support for learners. Apart from technical aspects, there is a need to understand social complexities brought about by different stakeholders, so as to systematise the adoption of LA in Higher Education (HE). We present an analysis of the situation, needs and challenges of LA in the context of Spanish HE, considering managers', teachers' and students' perspectives. Qualitative research is employed using recursive abstraction. Results reveal that the level of institutional adoption is low and none of the analysed institutions had an LA policy. Furthermore, only two of these institutions had an initial LA strategy. While the institutions shared some commonalities in their objectives for LA, chosen tools and adoption challenges, the distinct differences in the political contexts and institutional practices among the institutions reaffirmed that LA solutions and services cannot be implemented in the same manner. Moreover, different needs for LA and concerns are identified about its adoption among managers, students and teachers. These observations lead to our conclusion that the main challenges to implement LA in Spain are not related to technological issues but to the social and cultural issues rooted in institutions and those associated with different stakeholders. Recently, we have witnessed the bloom of neural ranking models in the information retrieval (IR) field. So far, much effort has been devoted to developing effective neural ranking models that can generalize well on new data. There has been less attention paid to the robustness perspective. Unlike the effectiveness, which is about the average performance of a system under normal purpose, robustness cares more about the system performance in the worst case or under malicious operations instead. When a new technique enters into the real-world application, it is critical to know not only how it works in average, but also how would it behave in abnormal situations. So, we raise the question in this work: Are neural ranking models robust? To answer this question, first, we need to clarify what we refer to when we talk about the robustness of ranking models in IR. We show that robustness is actually a multi-dimensional concept and there are three ways to define it in IR: (1) the performance variance under the independent and identically distributed (I.I.D.) setting; (2) the out-of-distribution (OOD) generalizability; and (3) the defensive ability against adversarial operations. The latter two definitions can be further specified into two different perspectives, respectively, leading to five robustness tasks in total. Based on this taxonomy, we build corresponding benchmark datasets, design empirical experiments, and systematically analyze the robustness of several representative neural ranking models against traditional probabilistic ranking models and learning-to-rank (LTR) models. The empirical results show that there is no simple answer to our question. While neural ranking models are less robust against other IR models in most cases, some of them can still win two out of five tasks. This is the first comprehensive study on the robustness of neural ranking models. We believe thewaywe study the robustness as well as our findings would be beneficial to the IR community. Adopting Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices is rapidly seen as the modern industrial revolution. The development of strategies for achieving organizational sustainability depends heavily on GHRM. Hence, organizations are continuously adopting such practices to gain a competitive edge and achieve sustainability. This article offers a comprehensive overview of current developments in the field of GHRM and organizational sustainability by using a systematic literature review and bibliometric analysis. As bibliometric study also develops the linkage between various concepts. The data analysis was conducted using a software package developed [1], version 1.6.16. The results demonstrated through a systematic literature review that GHRM considerably affects sustainable performance, with employee behavior serving as the primary mediator. Though the study was the first of its kind, it focused on identifying key GHRM indicators and exposed some imperative relationships between GHRM and organization sustainability that may provide support in developing a strong conceptual foundation. This study shows that by combining the key elements of these two concepts into a single idea, a new research topic can be developed, introducing new research opportunities in both the broad field of GHRM and the relatively emerging and contentious area of sustainability. Agricultural machinery telemetry collects and shares data, which are sent remotely and become precious information. Thus, accurate and instantaneous monitoring can provide an important base of information for adjusting the parameters of the most diverse mechanized agricultural operations, reducing input costs and maintenance expenses. In recent years, this theme has gained more strength and importance for managing rural properties. Therefore, the present study developed a bipartite bibliometric analysis in two lines of research and described the state of the art of this data collection methodology (via telemetry), presenting its technological evolution. The study presents the evolution and connection of telemetry and the processes of robotization of agricultural operations and automation provided by data collection via telemetry in real time. The main countries, keywords, researchers, institutions, and the Dickson quality index indicate a high growth in the last decade. Thus, the present study contributes to decision making regarding research topics, guidance on the state of the art, and contextualization of telemetry’s importance in current research.

Long-term adherence to antiretroviral medication continues to present as a challenge along the continuum of the HIV care cascade. HIV interventions and support programs are significantly threatened in resource-limited settings by challenges in maintaining long-term follow-up for ART adherence. We sought to complete a systematic review to comprehensively examine ART adherence and retention in care interventions in Sub-Saharan Africa and to report on the implementation of interventions in real-world settings to inform future health investments in HIV care. Interventions were grouped according to their impact on individual, community, and health-systems levels. While a vast majority of studies evaluated a combination of interventions, those studies that incorporated the community as a resource were most successful. In addition, providing education and behavior reminders proved effective and should be accompanied by community and peer efforts for best results. Multi-level interventions, such as combining individual and community-level interventions showed promising results for long term ART adherence.

A descriptive analysis of the "Mucormycosis" or "black fungus infection" surge in India is given in this article. Amidst the pool of deadly COVID-19 crises and when India is suffering its second wave, another dangerous but rare fungal infection of mucormycosis is rising. This study analyses the occurrence and prevalence of black fungus infection between India and other countries with a higher or similar COVID-19 infection peak. This study also identifies that mucormycosis is a more significant problem in India than in any other country.

Climate change exacerbates uncertainties in water resource management, water supply, and treatment that are energy intensive and then exert great pressure on climate change mitigation; hence, interrelated and contradictory characteristics within the water-climate change (WC) nexus system are needed to be studied. The nexus thinking and coordination of WC would impact many realistic practices and assist in sustainable socioeconomic development since traditional single-target policies have sometimes been out of function. Hence, the ability to direct water production and use as well as climate change mitigation has become a hotspot recently. Furthermore, we find that there has been no complete research on reviewing the impacts of the WC nexus in different areas on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Hence, this paper builds a core nexus of WC and then analyzes those effects on social and environmental aspects in many areas, including sewage treatment, energy transition, waste treatment, land management, and ocean management. This paper discusses how WC interlinkages are utilized to realize SDGs in those areas. Moreover, uncertainties derived from exogenous hydrology, climate change, and anthropogenic endogenous systems for realistic problems appeal to gradually increasing concern. Finally, implications offer valuable guidelines for integrated management of water and carbon emissions, as well as sustainable socioeconomic development in the future. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
