The enhancement of local safety management capabilities through digital technology represents a pivotal strategy for implementing Peaceful China Initiative. However, limited research exists on whether these capabilities can establish a coordinated development relationship with digital technologies and the factors influencing this relationship. This paper employs the concept of coordinated development to establish an analytical framework termed 'Feasibility-Suitability-Sustainability,' which is utilized to identify indicators for measuring the relationship between the two variables. Using panel data from China mainland, this study evaluates the relationship. The findings indicate that the overall level of coordinated development between digital technologies and local safety management capabilities in China mainland has been increasing during the period from 2018 to 2022. Nonetheless, certain provinces, particularly in the western regions, such as Tibet Autonomous Region, Qinghai province, and Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, encounter significant challenges in achieving high coordination between digital technologies and local safety management capabilities. Key factors contributing to these challenges include a lack of innovative potential in local safety management and insufficient trust in digital technologies among citizens. The research results contribute a novel explanatory framework to coordinated development theory and offer practical guidance for local government digitalization and public safety enhancement. Background/Objectives: The rational use of medicines, in accordance with the World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines, is crucial for optimizing healthcare outcomes. This cross-sectional study aimed to evaluate drug prescribing patterns and assess prescription completeness based on the WHO core drug use criteria. A comprehensive analysis was conducted at the University Clinic in the Northern region, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Methods: The study assessed drug prescribing patterns and examined prescription completeness by analyzing various parameters recommended by the WHO core drug use criteria. Results: Upon analyzing the 615 prescriptions, it was observed that each prescription had a mean of 2.56 prescribed drugs. Multiple medicines per prescription were prevalent in 71.4%, whereas polypharmacy was evident in 2.9%. Analgesics were the most frequently prescribed medication, accounting for 50.4% of the prescriptions, followed by supplements (31.7%), decongestants (16.1%), cough syrup (12%), and antihypertensive and diabetes treatments at 17%. Furthermore, antimicrobials were prescribed in 21.5% of the prescriptions. During the evaluation, it was found that 19.8% of the prescriptions were incomplete, lacking important information on dosing, duration, and drugs not suited to the diagnosis. Conclusions: Most of the parameters evaluated in this study were determined to fall outside the range of recommended guidelines criticized by the WHO. As a result, the implementation of efficient intervention programs, such as education initiatives, is recommended to enhance the practice of rational drug use. The metaverse platform, a parallel digital virtual world to our physical reality, transcends its status as a constructed digital space. It holds the potential to become a future living environment for humanity. Chinese philosophy's existential dimension, with its focus on human life experiences and the realm of existence, offers insightful perspectives on harmonizing technology with human life. This paper adopts this existential lens to explore the potential risks associated with the metaverse under the influence of capital and power. Drawing upon the Chinese traditional view of craftmanship, the paper examines the transcendent dimension and technological potential of the metaverse's"technical domain."It then investigates the possibility of transforming the metaverse from a high-tech platform into a"suitable for life"technology. An innovative way to combat water scarcity brought on by population increase and climate change is rainwater harvesting (RWH), particularly in arid and semiarid areas. Currently, Pakistan is facing major water issues due to underprivileged water resource management, climate change, land use changes, and the sustainability of local water resources. This research aims to find out the suitable sites and options for RWH structures in the Quetta district of Pakistan by integrating the depression depth technique, Boolean analysis, and weighted linear combination (WLC) with hydrological modeling (HM), multicriteria analysis (MCA), a geographic information system (GIS), and remote sensing (RS). To find suitable sites for RWH, a collection of twelve (12) thematic layers were used, including the slope (SL), land use land cover (LULC), subarea (SA), runoff depth (RD), drainage density (DD), lineament density (LD), infiltration number (IFN), distance from built-up area (DB), distance from roads (DR), distance from lakes (DL), maximum flow distance (MFD), and topographic wetness index (TWI). The Boolean analysis and WLC approach were integrated in the GIS environment. The consistency ratio (CR) was calculated to make sure the assigned weights to thematic layers were consistent. Overall, results show that 6.36% (167.418 km2), 14.34% (377.284 km2), 16.36% (430.444 km2), 18.92% (497.663 km2), and 18.64% (490.224 km2) of the area are in the categories of very high, high, moderate, low, and very low suitability, respectively, for RWH. RWH potential is restricted to 25.35% (666.86 km2) of the area. This research also identifies the five (5) best locations for checking dams and the ten (10) best locations for percolation tanks on the streams. The conducted suitability analysis will assist stakeholders in selecting the optimal locations for RWH structures, facilitating the storage of water, and addressing the severe water scarcity prevalent in the area. This study proposes a novel approach to handle the problems of water shortage in conjunction with environmental and socioeconomic pressures in order to achieve the sustainable development goals (SDGs). Enhancing the production of energy from renewable energy sources (RES) has been a consistently important issue for many years, both in Poland and other countries around the world. Selecting sites for devices that convert renewable energy into electricity requires various spatial data, especially during the initial design stage when optimal investment locations are identified. The article presents a new method for assessing the usefulness of publicly accessible Polish geodetic databases—the Topographic Objects Database (Polish name: BDOT10k) and the Digital Elevation Model (DEM, Polish name: NMT)–in the process of renewable energy infrastructure siting. This study is the first to jointly assess these two databases from the user's perspective rather than the creator's or administrator's viewpoint. User requirements for spatial data were defined through research factors identified in a literature review. The methodology developed includes checking the availability of Polish geodetic databases and evaluating the quality of spatial data. Analyses were performed in a GIS environment for eighteen research areas in Poland. A suitability coefficient was developed to determine the usefulness of the databases studied. The obtained value of the suitability coefficient in each area was above 50% of its maximum value, which was taken as a threshold value proving the suitability of the analyzed databases for the purpose specified in the study. The databases are fully useful for a group of province and poviat capital cities—there the suitability coefficient value exceeds 80% of its maximum value. The studies confirmed the validity of using publicly accessible BDOT10k and DEM geodetic databases in GIS analyses for the search for sites for solar, wind, and small hydroelectric power plants. Simulating growth processes of greenhouse crops under different environmental factors is one of the important means for planning cultivation and predicting yield in greenhouse production. Tomatoes are main greenhouse plants in northern China, characterized by high nutritional value and strong adaptability to cultivation. Clarifying the quantitative relationship between the growth indicators of greenhouse tomatoes and microclimate environmental factors is of great significance for improving the economic benefits. Utilizing environmental factors and various growth indicators of tomatoes, Logistic growth models are constructed by taking accumulated radiation, effective accumulated temperature, and suitability index as independent variables, and different growth indicators of tomatoes as dependent variables. Subsequently, models are validated using independent data. By comparing the precision of three models in simulating different tomato growth indicators, advantages and disadvantages of each model are analyzed to select the optimal model for different stages of tomato development. It provides a more precise theoretical basis for meteorological services and tomato yield prediction. Results show that greenhouse tomatoes are not sensitive to light during the flowering period. Therefore, choosing the accumulated temperature method to establish a logistic model yields the best simulation of the number of flowers. In the second inflorescence of tomatoes, the limit value of the number of flowers is 5.4; The accumulated radiation required to reach this limit is 146.6 mol·m-2, the effective accumulated temperature is 73.3 ℃, and the suitability index is 15.1. Main meteorological factors affecting the number of fruit sets in tomatoes are light, temperature, and humidity. Therefore, using the suitability method to establish a logistic model achieves the highest accuracy in simulating this. The maximum number of fruit sets in the second inflorescence of tomatoes is 5.0; the accumulated radiation required to reach this limit is 146.9 mol·m-2, the effective accumulated temperature is 47.1 ℃ and the suitability index is 14.6. Tomato fruit growth is mainly related to photosynthetically active radiation and temperature; therefore, choosing the accumulated radiation method provides the highest precision in simulating tomato fruit growth. The maximum transverse diameter of the tomato fruit is 51.6 mm, requiring accumulated radiation, effective accumulated temperature, and suitability index of 230.0 mol·m-2, 69.6 ℃, and 18.8. The maximum longitudinal diameter of the tomato fruit is 74.9 mm, requiring accumulated radiation, effective accumulated temperature, and suitability index of 252.0 mol·m-2, 69.6 ℃, and 18.8, respectively. Overall, the effective accumulated temperature model has fewer parameters and is simple and convenient to calculate, showing significant effectiveness in simulating the non-light-sensitive developmental stages of crops. The accumulated radiation method has higher accuracy, but involves a complex calculation process and greater difficulty in data acquisition. On the contrary, selecting the suitability method, which involves relatively simple data acquisition and incorporates more environmental factors, for simulation can also achieve relatively accurate results, making it more cost-effective in practical applications.

The study was conducted to determine the suitability of surface water from Oued El Gourzi for irrigation in the Fesdis area, Algeria, during irrigation season of July 2022. The suitability was assessed by analysing eight water samples collected from various sites along the Oued. A range of physicochemical parameters were examined, including EC, pH, Mg2+, Na+, Ca2+, K+, HCO3– and Cl–, alongside other indices such as sodium absorption ratio (SAR), soluble sodium percentage (SSP), residual sodium carbonate (RSC), permeability index (PI) and magnesium adsorption ratio (MAR) using standard procedures. The Richards classification shows that these waters are characterised by high salinity and low alkalinity hazard (C3–S1). According to the Wilcox classification, the majority of these waters are of doubtful quality, with only 25% exhibiting good quality for irrigation. Based on the RSC and MAR, all water samples are deemed safe and suitable for irrigation. However, PI values suggest that all sampling sites are of marginal quality for irrigation (class II). In terms of sodium and chloride concentration, all water samples were deemed unsuitable for irrigation. Based on these results, the waters pose risks for irrigation, particularly due to salinity, necessitating the implementation of special management practices and the selection of salt-tolerant crops.

Enhancing the resilience of urban agglomerations is crucial for regional sustainable development. By analyzing the regional resilience of Chengdu-Chongqing Twin Cities Economic Circle (CCEC) from 2006 to 2018, this paper explores the development level of regional resilience, and tries to apply the new perspective of niche related method to the research of regional resilience. Based on the urban resilience theory and the ecological niche theory, this paper constructs the regional resilience index (RRI) from the four dimensions of ecology, economy, society and resources, and selects the suitability, robustness and diversity indicators to construct the regional resilience evaluation index system. The results show that the regional suitability of the central urban area shows a positive trend, showing that the suitability of urban development in the core area is better, and the suitability of urban development in the second edge area is weaker. From the perspective of regional robustness characteristics, the differences in the four dimensions of ecology, economy, society and resources are on the rise, and there are certain risks of system robustness. From the characteristics of regional diversity, the interaction between cities at the same level is more frequent, the competition between core cities is fierce, the secondary cities are homogeneous, the system function and structure similarity within the region is high, and the diversity of regional resilience is poor. Finally, the current situation of resilience in the CCEC region is discussed and suggestions for optimization are made.

[Objective] In order to quantitatively evaluate the suitability and quality improvement potential of forest and grass in typical watersheds of complex underlying surface in the middle reaches of the Yellow River. [Methods] The evaluation index system and evaluation method of forest and grass suitability in Sanchuan River Basin were constructed by means of geographical detector, spatial analysis, mathematical statistics and other methods, and the forest and grass suitability and its potential for quality improvement under the current land use conditions in the basin were evaluated. [Results] (1) The dominant factors affecting the suitable distribution of forest land in the Sanchuan River Basin include the fraction of absorbed photosynthetically active radiation (FPAR), elevation, soil erosion intensity and soil type. The dominant factors affecting the suitable distribution of grass land include elevation, FPAR, soil type and soil moisture, etc. (2) The area of forest land with different suitability degrees was from large to small high suitability, unsuitable, mid-height suitability, moderate suitability, and the area above moderate suitable accounted for 81.9% of the total area of forest land. The area of grassland with different suitability degree was in order from large to small: moderate suitability, unsuitable, mid-height suitability, and high suitability, and area above moderate suitability accounts for 55.3% of the total area of grassland, and there was still a large space for optimization layout of grassland in the basin. (3) The area of forest land improvement was 223.2 km2, accounting for 15.4% of the total area of moderate suitability and above areas, and most of the forest land in the area had reached the coverage threshold level. The area of grade I upgrading potential of forest in each suitability area accounted for more than 89.0%, and the difficulty of upgrading was low. The area of grassland improvement was 222.3 km2, accounting for 43.1% of the total area of moderate suitability and above areas, and nearly half of the grassland in the area have not yet reached the coverage threshold; The area proportion of grade I upgrading potential of grassland in each suitability area decreased with the increase of suitability, and the difficulty of upgrading increased with the increase of suitability. (4) The forest land can implement weak intervention measures based on natural restoration by strengthening the control of closure; grassland needs to take appropriate intervention measures according to the potential zoning of different suitability to achieve the overall improvement of grassland coverage. [Conclusion] In the Sanchuan River Basin, the pattern of forest land was better than that of grassland and the potential of grassland improvement is higher than that of forest land. The evaluation method of forest and grass habitat suitability constructed in this study can provide a scientific basis for the rational allocation of plant measures and the improvement of quality and efficiency in the middle reaches of the Yellow River.

Abstract Objectively and accurately identifying the spatial structure and protection scope of intangible cultural heritage and constructing intangible cultural heritage corridors are crucial for the comprehensive systematic protection of intangible cultural heritage and the synergistic development of the region. However, the current research on intangible cultural heritage is limited to the protection and development of intangible cultural heritage in specific locations or specific areas. Thus, systematic and holistic research perspectives are relatively limited. Therefore, this study employs geographic information system spatial analysis and the minimum cumulative resistance model to construct an intangible cultural heritage corridor in the Yellow River Basin. This study aims to establish a systematic protection method and framework for intangible cultural heritage. The results show the following: (1) The intangible cultural heritage in the Yellow River Basin has a large-scale centralized distribution and small-scale scattered distribution, which provides an important spatial basis for the construction of intangible cultural heritage corridors. (2) Overall, intangible cultural heritage corridors can be more effectively constructed in the eastern region of the Yellow River Basin than in the western region, with 84.6% of the area being suitable and 15.4% being unsuitable. (3) Based on the suitability analysis, the "18 + N" corridor system of intangible cultural heritage in the Yellow River Basin, distributed across the eastern, central and southern regions, is constructed. The major corridor has a suitable width of 60–100 km, a total length of 11,935 km, and an area of 625,976 km2–919,942 km2, and can connect 634–711 intangible cultural heritage sites in series. On this basis, this study proposes a multilevel construction system for intangible cultural heritage corridors in the Yellow River Basin that integrates the "network structure–spatial scope" and "element–axis–region" levels. This approach culminates in a pattern of intangible cultural heritage protection and development in the Yellow River Basin characterized by "connecting points into lines, distributing in groups, and linking regions." This study reveals that combining geographic information system spatial analysis tools with a minimum cumulative resistance model effectively identifies potential heritage corridor networks and clarifies the hierarchical relationships of heritage element protection in the study area. This approach provides a reference model for the comprehensive protection and systematic development of intangible cultural heritage in the Yellow River Basin. Furthermore, the effectiveness and universality of this framework make it applicable to the protection and development of other similar international heritage areas.

Climate conditions have a strong influence on the distribution of many natural communities; thus, the influence of global climate change may alter ecosystems. High-altitude wetlands in the Central Andes of Argentina (CAA) provide relevant ecosystem benefits and promote human activities. However, a degradation of Andean wetlands has been observed and documented in the last decades. Projecting the impacts of climate change on future distribution of wetlands is an essential subject in ecological studies. In this work, the present and future suitability for wetland systems in a pristine section of the CAA using spatial distribution modeling under low and high-emission scenarios are explored. The studied wetlands are strongly driven by bioclimatic variables such as mean annual temperature, precipitation, and its seasonality. Projections show that most of the currently occupied areas will modify under future climate conditions. Changes in temperature and precipitation patterns will decrease the potential suitability in low elevation areas for the next decades for the species inhabiting there, especially south of 29 °S. Additionally, future warmer climatic conditions, greater temperature variability, and reduction in precipitation would probably affect the snow cover and the available water supply which are key limiting factors for the distribution of Andean wetlands. This research is a contribution to understanding possible effects of climate change on high-altitude ecosystems. Mitigation measures for conservation of wetlands in CAA are immediately required to compensate for the impact of climate change under future environmental conditions.

Factors associated with the habitat suitability of northern red muntjac (Muntiacus vaginalis) especially outside protected areas in the human-dominated landscape are still lacking. Fine-scale environmental variables can influence the habitat suitability of the animals. This study aimed to explore the different eco-geographic fine-scale variables for the distribution of the northern red muntjac; and predict suitable habitats using the maximum entropy (Maxent) model in the Chitwan Annapurna landscape (CHAL). The presence points of the northern red muntjac (n = 265) were collected between 2018 to 2021 using 150 transects of various lengths in four blocks. Density-based occurrence points rarify and performance-based variable selection were applied to improve the output of the model. The model was evaluated based on the area under the curve (AUC) value of operator characteristic (ROC) and analyzed on the basis of the response curve, the relative importance of variables, Jackknife test and suitability map. Results indicated the model was statistically satisfactory (mean AUC > 0.75). The distance to the nearest cropland was the most contributed variable followed by Normalized Difference Built-up Index (NDBI), distance to developed/settlement area and distance to grassland that explained suitability of Northern red muntjac. The species distribution model predicted 6.52% highly suitable and 23.77% suitable area for northern red muntjac. Therefore, this area is important for the muntjac and provides a possible alternative habitat for other wild animals outside the protected areas. Our research suggests that human dominated landscape should be prioritized in management plans for the conservation of muntjac.

The study comprised characterisation of Groundwater of Himalayan State Uttarakhand India at 46 locations and its suitability assessment for drinking and irrigation purpose. Samples from each of 13 districts datasets are obtained from web site of Uttarakhand Pollution Control Board and data analysis is performed for physicochemical as well as heavy metals for the year 2022 and 2023 (pre-monsoon and post-monsoon in each year) was compiled and the average of each parameter from each location is analysed. The average of each parameter was compared mainly with the Indian Standards. From the analysis of the data, it is revealed that none of the sample exceeded the permissible limit and hence groundwater is fit for drinking purpose. Out of the eight heavy metals analysed, As, Hg, Cr and Cd were not detectable at all samples and Cu was found only in 63% samples and was observed above the acceptable limits. Pb is detected only at three locations which are mainly the industrial locations, and was found to be above the prescribed limits. Zn and Fe are found in all samples. Zn is always found below the acceptable limit though Fe is always detected above the prescribed limits. Ionic analysis revealed that the water is suitable for irrigation purpose. In all the samples, the amount of ions detected was in the following order: CO3 > HCO3 > Ca > Mg > SO4 > Cl > Na > K. In the water from each of the sample location, alkaline earth metals exceed over alkalis and are mainly calcium and bicarbonate type. Physicochemical parameters are found to have a negative correlation with metals in most of the cases. However, metals show positive correlation with each other. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The debonding and sliding of the bolt–slurry interface is the main failure form of the full-length bonding anchor system (FLBAS) of earthen sites, so it is urgent to carry out a quantitative study of the force transfer process of the anchorage interface. Based on field test results and existing research results, it was found that the bilinear bond–slip model is in line with the description of the constitutive relationship of the bolt–slurry interface. The whole process of debonding slip is discussed accordingly; the expressions for the slip, the axial strain of the bolt, and the load displacement at the bolt–slurry interface corresponding to the different loading stages are deduced; and the calculations of the ultimate load-carrying capacity and the effective anchorage length are given at the same time. On this basis, the bond–slip model parameters were calibrated by identifying the characteristic points of the bond–slip curve; a multi-parameter cross-comparison validation of the reasonableness of the theoretical analytical model was carried out on the basis of in situ pull-out tests; and the law of the influence of anchor bond length and axial stiffness on the anchorage performance was analyzed. The analytical model proposed in this study is widely applicable to the analysis of force transfer processes at the bolt–slurry interface in the presence of complete debonding phenomena and provides a useful reference for optimizing the design of anchors while minimizing interventions. The populations of many species of large mammals occur in small isolated and fragmented habitat patches in the human‐dominated landscape. Maintenance of habitat connectivity in the fragmented landscapes is important for maintaining a healthy population of large mammal. This study evaluated the landscape patches and their linkages on two carnivores (leopard and Himalayan black bear) and seven prey species (northern red muntjac, chital, sambar, wild pig, Himalayan goral, rhesus macaque, and langur) between Chitwan National Park (CNP) and Annapurna Conservation Area (ACA) by using the least‐cost path (LCP) approach and the Linkage Mapper tool in ArcGIS. A total of 15 habitat patches (average area 26.67 ± 12.70 km2) were identified that had more than 50% of the total studied mammals. A weak relation among the habitat patches was found for chital and sambar (Cost‐weighted distance [CWD]: Euclidean distance EucD >100), showed poor connectivity between the habitat patches, while ratio of CWD and EucD was low (i.e., low LCP) between majority of the patches for muntjac, wild pig and leopard hence had potential functional connectivity along the landscape. Similarly, low LCP between the habitat patches located in the mid‐hills was observed for Himalayan goral and Himalayan black bear. Furthermore, the multi‐species connectivity analysis identified the potential structural connectivity between the isolated populations and habitat patches. Therefore, these sites need to be considered connectivity hotspots and be prioritized for the conservation of large mammals in the landscape. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

With the global population projected to reach nine billion by 2050, the search for alternative protein sources has become critical. This study evaluated the digestibility of cricket protein powder compared with that of whey protein powder. Cricket protein powder had a slightly lower protein content but higher fat content than whey protein powder. Although both contained all essential amino acids, their quantities varied. The most abundant essential amino acid was leucine in both samples. The essential amino acid index (EAAI) for cricket protein powder reached 79% when utilising crude protein for calculation. When using the amino acid sum calculation method, it increased by nearly 13%. The EAAI for whey protein was then 94% when calculated based on crude protein, with a slight increase observed when using the amino acid sum calculation method. Cricket protein exhibited a gradual increase in digestibility during intestinal digestion, reaching nearly 80%, whereas whey protein digestibility surpassed 97%. Despite the lower digestibility of cricket protein compared with whey protein, it remains sufficiently high for consideration as a valuable protein source. This study highlights the potential of cricket proteins and underscores the importance of assessing their protein content and digestibility in evaluating their nutritional value. The suitability of underground space development is scientifically and reasonably evaluated, which is a prerequisite for avoiding wastage of underground resources and ensuring their healthy and sustainable development. Based on topography and geomorphology, engineering geology, hydrogeology, adverse geological effects and construction status, the suitability evaluation index system of underground space development was constructed. The influence scope of shield tunnel construction was determined through numerical simulation, and the evaluation index of construction status was quantified. The analytic hierarchy method and the entropy weight method were used to calculate the subjective and objective weight of the evaluation index, and the combination weight was determined by game theory. On this basis, the comprehensive index method was used to evaluate the suitability of the underground space development of Wenyi Road in Hangzhou. Through the comparative analysis of the evaluation results and the examples of underground engineering of College Road, the reliability of the evaluation model was verified. In the quest to explore suitable construction methods for large-scale soft rock tunnels under high ground stress, the Tongzi Tunnel was used as an engineering background. Through on-site monitoring and numerical simulation, the suitability of three construction techniques [three-step method, cross diaphragm (CD) method], double-side wall guiding pit method) under different high ground stresses were explored. The merits and demerits of construction methods were evaluated based on aspects such as surrounding rock deformation, construction cost, and construction progress. The results show for level Ⅴ surrounding rock when the tunnel buried depth is 300 m to 400 m, the three-step method is applicable. When the buried depth is 500 m, the Cross Diaphragm method is suitable. When the buried depth is 600 m, the double-side wall guiding pit method is applicable. For level Ⅳ surrounding rock, when the tunnel buried depth is between 300 m to 600 m, the three-step method is applicable in all cases. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Social relationships have been and are the basis for achieving objectives of all kinds, whether altruistic or lucrative. Among the aspects that make up non-verbal communication are physical appearance in general, clothing, and, in particular, colour combinations. In this article, we analyse whether colour combinations can be established in individuals' clothing that maximise their chances of success for a specifically established social objective. To measure this objective, we use multivalent logics, which are characterised by their great flexibility and adaptability. Within the framework of fuzzy logic, we extract evaluations for various colours based on the judgements of experts, provided by recognised authors in the literature, and compare these with the results obtained in a survey conducted by the authors. For the purposes of contrast, we employ two instruments with accredited validity: Similarity by Direct Computation (SDC) and the Technique for Order Performance by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS multicriteria method). Fraudulent credit card transactions impact both consumers and card issuers. The ability to detect fraudulent credit card transactions can reduce the cost of credit card use. Prior research has shown that machine learning and ensemble models can identify fraudulent transactions with good accuracy. However, no study has been found that compares heterogeneous and homogeneous models. This research study examines and compares machine learning algorithms with multiple ensemble models for detecting fraudulent credit card transactions using data available from a U.S.-based credit card issuer. The results show that heterogeneous ensemble models can better detect fraudulent and non-fraudulent transactions than individual and homogeneous models. The results suggest that underlying individual algorithms are used in the ensemble matter. Specifically, heterogeneous models that use both random forest modeling and neural network modeling tend to outperform individual models and ensemble models that do not utilize both. The coffee industry in Indonesia, particularly in the Sumatran landscape, emerges as a vital contributor to the nation's economy, impacting regional growth. Nevertheless, this landscape faces ecological threats from rapid deforestation, resulting in a substantial loss of primary forest cover. This historical deforestation along with climate crisis presents challenges for coffee plantations. The study employs geospatial analysis to comprehensively outline challenges and opportunities for smallholder coffee farmers in Sumatra, particularly in the Arabica (Central Aceh) and Robusta (Tanggamus) landscapes. The study shows non-shade coffee plantations covered approximately 23,453 ha in Central Aceh and 43,991 ha in Tanggamus. Additionally, mixed agroforestry areas were prevalent, comprising about 132,569 ha in Tanggamus and 19,450 ha in Central Aceh. Tanggamus and Central Aceh have become favorable areas for Robusta coffee and Arabica coffee, respectively. One significant opportunity identified for coffee development in Central Aceh is that 86% of existing coffee farms already adhere to EUDR. Furthermore, 94% of existing coffee farms in Tanggamus meet EUDR standards, opening doors for more farmers to access the European market. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The study was conducted to determine the suitability of surface water from Oued El Gourzi for irrigation in the Fesdis area, Algeria, during irrigation season of July 2022. The suitability was assessed by analysing eight water samples collected from various sites along the Oued. A range of physicochemical parameters were examined, including EC, pH, Mg2+, Na+, Ca2+, K+, HCO3 - and Cl-, alongside other indices such as sodium absorption ratio (SAR), soluble sodium percentage (SSP), residual sodium carbonate (RSC), permeability index (PI) and magnesium adsorption ratio (MAR) using standard procedures. The Richards classification shows that these waters are characterised by high salinity and low alkalinity hazard (C3-S1). According to the Wilcox classification, the majority of these waters are of doubtful quality, with only 25% exhibiting good quality for irrigation. Based on the RSC and MAR, all water samples are deemed safe and suitable for irrigation. However, PI values suggest that all sampling sites are of marginal quality for irrigation (class II). In terms of sodium and chloride concentration, all water samples were deemed unsuitable for irrigation. Based on these results, the waters pose risks for irrigation, particularly due to salinity, necessitating the implementation of special management practices and the selection of salt-tolerant crops. Site selection for nuclear power plants (NPPs) is an important government policy that has received widespread public attention. This situation led researchers to develop several criteria for determining NPP location. Therefore, our study aims to summarize several criteria and methods associated with NPP siting using systematic reviews and meta-analyses (PRISMA). Previous studies published between 2014 and 2021 across three scientific databases (Scopus, EBSCO, and ProQuest) were used. There were 18 articles containing the criteria and methods for NPP siting from screening to inclusion. It was discovered that the siting process involves 7–25 criteria divided into (1) bio-geophysical (BGP), (2) social-economic and policy (SEP), and (3) disaster and extreme event (DEE) aspects. BGP was found to be the main criterion considered to be always present in NPP siting, in particular water coolers. Each SEP and DEE paid more attention to population and seismicity. Furthermore, WLC and AHP were the most widely used (18%), even though our analysis showed 18 other methods to weight each criterion. We found that China (17%, 26%), Turkey (22%, 12%), and Iran (11%, 11%) are very concerned about NPP due to the direct participation of national-affiliated researchers. NPP siting in the future requires a geospatial approach to provide a detailed description. In addition, sensitivity analysis should be used, especially if more than one decision-making method is used.

In any region of the globe, the cultivation of industrial crops, including hemp, imposes certain conditions related to relief, climate, hydrology, or soil. The interrelations between these factors lead to differentiations regarding the establishment of cultivation zones and implicitly in terms of productivity. This study aimed to identify suitable areas for hemp cultivation and generate favorability maps in western Romania, based on GIS and MCDA techniques. Ten factors, significantly important for hemp cultivation, related to relief, climatic conditions, soil, and human intervention were considered. Following spatial analyses using the Weighted Overlay Analysis (WOA) method, the territory was classified into four zones: Zone I, with highly suitable lands (26%), located in the western half, overlapping with plain areas and river valleys; Zone II, with moderately suitable lands (28%), located in regions of high plains and hilly areas; Zone III, with marginal lands (3%), located in some depression areas, hilly areas, or at the contact with pre-mountainous areas; Zone IV, with unsuitable lands for hemp cultivation, in mountainous areas, under restrictive environmental conditions. The obtained results can be used in land management strategies or by farmers for estimating available land resources.

Background: Safety data sheets (SDSs) are hazard communication materials that accompany chemicals/hazardous products in the workplace. Many SDSs contain dense, technical text, which places considerable comprehension demands on workers, especially those with lower literacy skills. The goal of this study was to assess SDSs for readability, comprehensibility, and suitability (i.e., fit to the target audience). Methods: The Suitability Assessment of Materials (SAM) tool assessed SDSs for suitability and readability. We then amended the SAM tool to further assess SDSs for comprehensibility factors. Both the original and amended SAM tool were used to score 45 randomly selected SDSs for content, literacy demand, graphics, and layout/typography. Results: SDSs performed poorly in terms of readability, suitability, and comprehensibility. The mean readability scores were Flesch–Kincaid Grade Level (9.6), Gunning Fog index (11.0), Coleman–Liau index (13.7), and Simple Measure of Gobbledygook index (10.7), all above the recommended reading level. The original SAM graded SDSs as “not suitable” for suitability and readability. When the amended SAM was used, the mean total SAM score increased, but the SDSs were still considered “not suitable” when adding comprehensibility considerations. The amended SAM tool better identified content-related issues specific to SDSs that make it difficult for a reader to understand the material. Conclusions: In terms of readability, comprehensibility, and suitability, SDSs perform poorly in their primary role as a hazard communication tool, therefore, putting workers at risk. The amended SAM tool could be used when writing SDSs to ensure that the information is more easily understandable for all audiences.

This assessment research focuses on the hydrochemical characteristics and groundwater suitability in the Wadi Righ region, in southern Algeria. The statement of the problem revolves around determining water quality using various indices including Permeability Index (PI), Residual Sodium Carbonate (RSC), Water Quality Index (WQI), Sodium Percentage (Na%), Sodium Adsorption Ratio (SAR), Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment's Water Quality Index (CCME WQI), Magnesium Hazard (MH), Irrigation Water Quality Index (IWQI), and Kelly Index (KR). Additionally, statistical methods were utilized to establish correlations between these indices and chemical elements. The working method involved investigating hydrochemical parameters in Wadi Righ's groundwater and analyzing 52 samples. The results indicate that water quality, as assessed by the water quality indices, was categorized as very poor and unsuitable overall, with lower quality observed particularly in the central and southern regions. However, groundwater demonstrated excellence and suitability for irrigation purposes. Qualitatively, the findings suggest that there are significant relationships among irrigation suitability indices, as indicated by Pearson correlation analysis. These relationships stem from shared inputs and hydrogeochemical characteristics of groundwater. This analysis reinforces the quantitative findings and provides insights into the underlying factors influencing groundwater quality and suitability for irrigation in the Wadi Righ region. This research aims to analyze information regarding the suitability of agrotourism development and the potential for agrotourism development in the surrounding dry land area of Lake Satonda Island, Dompu Regency, conducted in 2023 with the research location determined through purposive sampling, namely in the Pekat District as part of the dry land of Lake Satonda Island, the location for agrotourism development. The respondents used were 115 farmers selected from 4 out of 12 villages/sub-districts determined purposively, and each farmer was allocated for an interview to obtain information related to dry land farming. Then, data were collected through interviews, recording, and direct observation with previously prepared questionnaires and in-depth interviews to analyze the potential for agrotourism development. To determine its potential, it is known to have various total values both in Natural Open Space Agrotourism (ARTA) and Artificial Open Space Agrotourism (ARTB). In terms of attraction, ARTA showed 45 farmers, or 39.13% with a mode of 14 categorized as not good, while ARTB showed 29 farmers, or 25.21% with a mode of 14 categorized as not good. Furthermore, in terms of facilities, ARTA showed 78 farmers, or 67.82% with a mode of 10 categorized as not good, while ARTB showed 35 farmers, or 30.43% with a mode of 11 categorized as not good. Additionally, in terms of infrastructure, ARTA showed 21 farmers, or 18.26% with a mode of 16 categorized as good, while ARTB showed 44 farmers, or 38.26% with a mode of 8 categorized as not good. Lastly, in terms of hospitality, ARTA showed 68 farmers, or 28.69% with a mode of 14 categorized as not very good, while ARTB showed 30 farmers, or 26.08% with a mode of 9 categorized as not very good. This resulted in the potential for agrotourism development based on the suitability of agrotourism development with a value of 30 points out of a total of 40 points, with a weight percentage of 73.5% out of 100%, and the obtained TSI value was 64.29. Then, the significance value p-value obtained was 11.985a, and the chi-square value obtained was 1.000. Since the significance value is 1.000 > 0.05, the null hypothesis is rejected (H1 is accepted), which means that there is a significant relationship between the artificial open space agrotourism to be developed and the suitability of agrotourism development at the research location in Dompu Regency.

Climate change severely affects urban water systems (UWSs). Infrastructure historically designed for milder conditions cannot manage growing water demands and extreme events. To obtain a resilient water sector, adaptation and mitigation strategies must address rising water challenges while striving for net-zero emissions. Researchers have noted that extreme decentralization is positively associated with closing cycles while reducing transport costs. However, part of the scientific community defends centralized schemes due to economies of scale. The objective of this systematic review is to understand the trade-offs associated with the adoption of different scales at UWSs design and how this impacts system resilience. This process includes identifying different scale trade-offs and unique environmental aspects that influence the optimal scale suitability. A clear distinction was made in terms of scale concept and classification, considering different design levels. That is, considering the UWS at the city level and water management units (WMUs) at the local level. Similarly, a classification of different scales for each level, covering all water streams—supply, wastewater, and stormwater—was introduced. We defined the key environmental aspects that influence the optimal scale and location suitability: ten at the city-catchment level and eleven at the site-neighbourhood level. Based on niche theory, this paper constructs an evaluation index system for regional innovation ecosystem suitability from four aspects: innovation benefits, innovation technology, innovation culture, and innovation policy. The niche evaluation model is used to calculate and compare the suitability and evolutionary momentum of the innovation ecosystems in nine prefecture-level cities in Hubei Province from 2017 to 2022. Using the grey prediction model GM (1,1), the development of niche suitability for the nine prefecture-level cities in Hubei Province over the next five years is predicted. The results showed that, from the perspective of the niche, the overall suitability of the innovation niches in the nine prefecture-level cities of Hubei Province is relatively low, with higher evolutionary momentum, and the two exhibited a reverse development trend. The forecast results indicated that the suitability of the innovation niches in the nine prefecture-level cities of Hubei Province will follow different development trends in the next five years, with central cities showing higher development than non-central cities. Accordingly, this study provides a more scientific method for the evaluation, monitoring, forecasting, and improvement of regional innovation ecosystems at the city level. It supports policy formulation and strategic planning for the nine prefecture-level cities in Hubei Province and other regions from the aspects of innovation benefits, innovation technology, innovation culture, and innovation policy. At the same time, this study also provides new research pathways for the academic community, encouraging scholars to adopt multidisciplinary and multi-faceted approaches to explore the complexity and dynamics of regional innovation ecosystems in depth. The regulations imposing sanctions for violations of provisions regarding the conformity of fishing grounds and areas for catching fish have not been fully complied with by fishing vessels based at the Sibolga Archypelago Fishing Port. The number of violations committed by purse seine vessels, categorized by size, is as follows: 34 violations for vessels sized 30-100 GT and 23 violations for vessels sized 100-200 GT. The purpose of this research is to analyze the status and conformity of purse seine fishing grounds at PPN Sibolga with fisheries management regulations. This research was conducted at the Sibolga Archypelago Fishing Port from January to March 2024. The research is quantitative in nature, using a descriptive method. Respondents are skippers and boat masters of purse seine vessels. Sample determination in the research was done through incidental sampling. Data analysis was conducted using scoring, weighting, and comparison. The results indicate that the potential status and conformity of Fishing Ground are as follows: Fishing grounds within <12 miles for small pelagic purse seine fishermen with vessel sizes of 30-100 GT are classified as potential but not in conformity with Ministerial Regulation No. 58 of 2020. Meanwhile, potential FGAs for small pelagic purse seine fishermen targeting skipjack tuna with vessel sizes of 30-100 GT and for large pelagic purse seine fishermen targeting skipjack tuna with vessel sizes of 100-300 GT are in conformity with Ministerial Regulation No. 58 of 2020. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical comprehensive value of Guanxinning tablets, so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use and basic drug management. METHODS: Based on the current research data and materials, the clinical comprehensive evaluation of Guanxinning tablets in the treatment of coronary angina pectoris was carried out around effectiveness, safety, economy, inheritance and innovation, suitability and accessibility. RESULTS: In terms of effectiveness, Guanxinning tablets can improve the efficacy of angina pectoris and electrocardiogram. In terms of safety, the adverse drug reactions were mild and the prognosis was good. In terms of economy, Guanxinning tablets had cost-effectiveness advantages. In terms of innovation, nine Chinese patents were approved. In terms of suitability, Guanxinning tablets were convenient to take, carry and store. In terms of accessibility, Guanxinning tablets were widely covered and affordable. BACKGROUND: Turmeric cultivation primarily thrives in India, followed by Bangladesh, Cambodia, Thailand, China, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines. India leads globally in both area and production of turmeric. Despite this, there is a recognized gap in research regarding the impact of climate change on site suitability of turmeric. The primary objective of the present study was to evaluate both the present and future suitability of turmeric cultivation within the humid tropical region of Kerala, India, by employing advanced geospatial techniques. The research utilized meteorological data from the Indian Meteorological Department for the period of 1986–2020 as historical data and projected future data from the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 6 (CMIP6). Four climatic scenarios of shared socioeconomic pathway (SSP) from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change AR6 model of MIROC6 for the year 2050 (SSP 1–2.6, SSP 2–4.5, SSP 3–7.0 and SSP 5–8.5) were used. RESULTS: The results showed that suitable area for turmeric cultivation is declining in future scenario and this decline can be primarily attributed to fluctuations in temperature and an anticipated increase in rainfall in the year 2050. Notable changes in the spatial distribution of suitable areas over time were observed through the application of geographic information system (GIS) techniques. Importantly, as per the suitability criteria provided by ICAR‐National Bureau of Soil Survey and Land Use Planning (ICAR‐NBSS & LUP), all the districts in Kerala exhibited moderately suitable conditions for turmeric cultivation. With the GIS tools, the study identified highly suitable, moderately suitable, marginally suitable and not suitable areas of turmeric cultivation in Kerala. Presently 28% of area falls under highly suitable, 41% of area falls under moderately suitable and 11% falls under not suitable for turmeric cultivation. However, considering the projected scenarios for 2050 under the SSP framework, there will be a significant decrease in highly suitable area by 19% under SSP 5–8.5. This reduction in area will have an impact on the productivity of the crop as a result of changes in temperature and rainfall patterns. CONCLUSION: The outcome of the present research suggests that the state of Kerala needs to implement suitable climate change adaptation and management strategies for sustaining the turmeric cultivation. Diagnostics are an essential, undervalued part of the health-care system. For many diseases, molecular diagnostics are the gold standard, but are not easy to implement in Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMIC). Sample-to-result (S2R) platforms combining all procedures in a closed system could offer a solution. In this paper, we investigated their suitability for implementation in LMIC. A scorecard was used to evaluate different platforms on a range of parameters. Most platforms scored fairly on the platform itself, ease-of-use and test consumables; however, shortcomings were identified in cost, distribution and test panels tailored to LMIC needs. The diagnostic coverage for common infectious diseases was found to have a wider coverage in high-income countries (HIC) than LMIC. A literature study showed that in LMIC, these platforms are mainly used as diagnostic tools or evaluation of diagnostic performance, with a minority assessing the operational characteristics or the clinical utility. In this narrative review, we identified various points for adaptation of S2R platforms to LMIC conditions. For S2R platforms to be suitable for implementation in LMIC some modifications by the manufacturers could be considered. The ancient Magnoliaceae family is being seriously threatened by climate change, especially for Yulania trees under threat. Little is currently understood regarding the appropriate geographic range of Yulania zenii, as well as how it has reacted to various climate situations from past to present. Here, we chose MaxEnt for final modeling after first using ten Biomod2 models to approximate its possible distribution in China. The findings indicated that the three main environmental parameters impacting its distribution were the monthly mean diurnal range of temperature, the precipitation seasonality of variation coefficient, and elevation. Currently, its appropriate distribution is primarily in southern Anhui, eastern Hunan, central Hubei, southern Jiangsu, and both northern Jiangxi and Zhejiang. The total suitable area of Y. zenii was found to be 14.68 × 104 km2, only taking up 1.53% of China's total territory, which is larger than known. During the Last Interglacial and Middle Holocene, its suitable habitats were larger than they are currently, exhibiting a relatively continuous distribution. Under various future climate scenarios, its suitable habitats may averagely decrease by 20.26% compared with the current case, and these habitats may become more fragmented. Collectively, the centroid of Y. zenii is expected to migrate towards the southeast in the future. Therefore, our findings demonstrate, for the first time, that climate change has had an adverse effect on this species in terms of its distribution from the past to the current and into the future. Our study could contribute to the conservation, management, introduction, and cultivation of Y. zenii in China and provide a reference for other endangered Yulania species in this country under the conditions of climate change. The distribution of species of agro-extractivist interest and their ecological relationship with the physical environment geomorphological and bioclimatic allow supporting strategies aimed at socioeconomic and environmental development. We evaluated the contribution of high spatial resolution topographic variables in ecological niche models and the relationship of the distribution of five tree species with the geomorphological units and bioclimatic variables. The variables related to temperature variation and water availability proved to be important in predicting the areas of occurrence of the target species, with increased suitability of occurrence in regions with higher isothermality, located in the plateau and table geomorphological units. The predictions showed a significant difference when high spatial resolution variables were used, generating a more conservative scenario in the indication of suitable regions for the occurrence of species, important for local scale studies. The geomorphological units of plateau and tableland showed high suitability of occurrence, while the fluvial plains and dissected depressions did not present suitability for the occurrence of the species. The results allow us to strategically define areas with the greatest productive potential and prioritize areas for conservation, management, ecological restoration of forests, and targeting areas for the implementation of community agro-industries, essential for territorial planning within traditional communities. Background: The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the use of telemedicine which is seen as a possibility to reduce the pressure on healthcare systems globally. However, little research has been carried out on video as a consultation medium in medical specialists' practice. This study investigated the use of and opinion on video consultation among specialists in Denmark. Methods: An online survey on use of video consultation, as well as relevance of and opinion on video consultation, was distributed to all 963 medical specialists in private practice in Denmark throughout May and June 2022, resulting in 499 complete answers (response rate: 51.8%). Data were analysed using descriptive and logistic regression analyses, and data from open text fields were analysed using thematic network analysis. Results: Among the respondents, 62.2% had never used video consultation, while 23.4% were currently using video consultation, most particularly among psychiatrists. A total of 47.3% found video consultation medically irrelevant to their specialty, especially radiologists, plastic surgeons, ophthalmologists and otorhinolaryngologists. According to the specialists, video consultation was most suitable for follow-up consultations and simple medical issues, where the patient had an established diagnosis. In these cases, mutual trust remained present in video consultations. Better access for the patients and fewer cancellations, especially for psychiatrists, were highlighted as benefits. IT problems were reported as obstacles hindering optimal use of video consultation. Conclusion: The political aspiration to digitization in healthcare systems should be rooted in professionals' and patients' perceptions and experiences with video consultation which emphasize that it is not a standard tool for all consultations. The object of the study was to evaluate the suitability and trueness of the removable partial denture (RPD) framework fabricated by polyether ether ketone (PEEK) with the CAD-CAM technology in vitro. Four different types of dentition defects were selected. In each type, five PEEK RPD frameworks were fabricated by the CAD-CAM technology, while five Co-Cr RPD frameworks were made by traditional casting. The suitability of the framework was evaluated by silicone rubber film slice measurement and the three-dimensional image overlay method. The trueness of the PEEK framework was detected by the three-dimensional image overlay method. Data were statistically analyzed with the use of an independent samples t-test (α = 0.05). The suitability values by silicone rubber film slice measurement of the PEEK group were lower than those of the Co-Cr group in four types, with the differences indicating statistical significance (p < 0.05) in type one, type two, and type four. The suitability values using the three-dimensional image overlay method showed no statistical differences (p > 0.05) between the two groups in four types. The trueness values of the PEEK group were within the allowable range of clinical error. The suitability and trueness of the PEEK RPD framework fabricated by CAD-CAM technology met the requirements of the clinical prosthesis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In order to more accurately, more scientifically, and more efficiently evaluate the suitability of the construction of large-scale deep-water bottom-sitting cages, this paper investigates and studies the policy compliance, sea state suitability, and operational efficiency of the 321 hm² sea area in the northwest of Wuanda Island, Dalian City, and evaluates the suitability of the construction of large-scale deep-water bottom-sitting cages in this sea area. The results show that area 1 is the most suitable for constructing large deep-water bottomsitting cages, followed by areas 2, 3, 4 and 5. The most suitable construction area is mainly located southeast of the sea. The sea area is about 13 hm², which meets the policy requirements. The seawater exchange condition is good, the seabed terrain is flat, the geological structure is stable, and the foundation bearing capacity condition is good. This area can fully meet the construction and operation requirements of large deep-water bottom-sitting cages and is conducive to the function of large deep-water bottom-sitting cages. In this study, a comprehensive evaluation system for the construction suitability of large deep-water bottom-sitting cages was constructed, and suitable construction areas were selected, which could provide a reference for the construction and development of large deep-water bottom-sitting cages in Wuanda Island sea area of Dalian City. In Ecuador, the main tick species affecting cattle are Rhipicephalus microplus and Amblyomma cajennense sensu lato. Understanding their spatial distribution is crucial. To assess their distribution, data from 2895 farms visited between 2012 and 2017 were utilized. Ticks were collected during animal inspections, with each farm's location georeferenced. Bioclimatic variables and vapor pressure deficit data were obtained from Climatologies at High resolution for the Earth´s Land Surface Areas (CHELSA) dataset. They were overlaid to develop predictive maps for each species using Random Forest (RF) models. The cross-validation results for RF prediction models showed high accuracy for both R. microplus and A. cajennense s.l. presence with values of accuracy = 0.97 and 0.98, sensitivity = 0.96 and 0.99, and specificity = 0.96 and 0.93, respectively. A carefully selected subset of bioclimatic variables was used to describe the presence of each tick species. Higher levels of precipitation had positive effect on the presence of R. microplus but a negative effect on A. cajennense s.l. In contrast, isothermality (BIO3) was more important for the presence of A. cajennense s.l. compared to R. microplus. As a result, R. microplus had a broader distribution across the country, while A. cajennense s.l. was mainly found in coastal areas with evident seasonality. The coexistence of both species in some regions could be attributed to transitional zones, whereas high altitudes limited tick presence. This information can aid in developing appropriate tick management plans, particularly considering A. cajennense s.l.'s broad host range species and R. microplus's specificity for cattle. Moreover, the predictive models can identify areas at risk of associated challenging hemoparasite, requiring special attention and mitigation measures. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The coffee industry in Indonesia, particularly in the Sumatran landscape, emerges as a vital contributor to the nation's economy, impacting regional growth. Nevertheless, this landscape faces ecological threats from rapid deforestation, resulting in a substantial loss of primary forest cover. This historical deforestation along with climate crisis presents challenges for coffee plantations. The study employs geospatial analysis to comprehensively outline challenges and opportunities for smallholder coffee farmers in Sumatra, particularly in the Arabica (Central Aceh) and Robusta (Tanggamus) landscapes. The study shows non-shade coffee plantations covered approximately 23,453 ha in Central Aceh and 43,991 ha in Tanggamus. Additionally, mixed agroforestry areas were prevalent, comprising about 132,569 ha in Tanggamus and 19,450 ha in Central Aceh. Tanggamus and Central Aceh have become favorable areas for Robusta coffee and Arabica coffee, respectively. One significant opportunity identified for coffee development in Central Aceh is that 86% of existing coffee farms already adhere to EUDR. Furthermore, 94% of existing coffee farms in Tanggamus meet EUDR standards, opening doors for more farmers to access the European market.

The limited space on land increases the importance of spatial planning that is transparent, accountable, and effective, which involves multi-stakeholders in its conception. Such planning is intended to create a spatial arrangement that supports security, productivity, and sustainability. In an attempt to secure food supply in the future, the government of Indonesia initiated a Food Estate program in 2020. This study analyzes land use and land utilization in regions planned for a food estate project in Kapuas Regency, Central Kalimantan, and evaluates their suitability with the designated spatial planning. The method used land surveying and spatial analysis to answer the research objective. The result explained that 85,492.58 Ha (49.20%) of land use is suitable for spatial planning. The area of 88,786.43 Ha (51.09%) of land utilization is suitable for its spatial planning. The survey was carried out at the early stage of spatial planning implementation throughout spatial development is ongoing. Development results that are in accordance with the spatial planning have not yet been seen, this happens because the determination of the spatial planning and the spatial suitability analysis are too close together. The food estate program has not been included in the Kapuas Regency spatial planning. The results of the research concluded that there was a large mismatch gap, it was necessary to revise the spatial planning by including the food estate program in the regional spatial planning.

Principal component analysis (PCA) and multiple linear regression analysis (MLRA) were used to analyze and investigate the suitability of green tea for tea tree varieties in different tea cultivars. The fresh leaves of 63 tea cultivars planted in the same garden were processed into roasted green tea by the same method. The sensory and major physicochemical qualities (tea polyphenols, free amino acids, water extracts and chlorophyll) and the color (L*, a* and b*) of green tea were analyzed. To evaluate the suitability of the tested cultivars for green tea processing and its major influential factors, the data obtained were analyzed by PCA and MLRA. The results showed that the coefficient of variation (CV) of chlorophyll content in different cultivars was the highest (26.7%), followed by tea a* value (22.2%), sensory score for tea infusion color (17.1%) and sensory score for tea color (16.2%). A significant correlation was found between the polyphenol content of green tea and its color, tea infusion color and the color of infused tea leaves; between the chlorophyll content, |a*| and b* values of green tea and its color; between the chlorophyll content and |a*| value of green tea and the color of infused tea leaves; and between the |a*| and b* values of green tea and tea infusion color (P < 0.01). The PCA results showed that the contribution rate of the first five principal components (PCs) was 76.895%, and that of the first principal component was 31.918%, mainly pointing to the color quality. According to the evaluation model constructed based on the first five PCs, the top 10 cultivars were Zhongcha 108, Wuniuzao, Pingyangtezao, Mengshan 9, Soubeizhong, Fudingdabai, Jiukeng 16, Fudingdahao, Maolv, and Longjing 43. Using MLRA, the regression function between overall sensory score (Y) and |a*| value (x) was obtained as Y = 68.668 + 5.174x (R2 = 0.313) (P < 0.001). The top 10 varieties determined from this equation were highly consistent with the results of PCA, indicating that a* value is an important indicator for the evaluation of the suitability of tea cultivars for green tea processing.
