Abstract: The article describes a unique clinical case of AL amyloidosis mimicking IgG4-related disease. Plasma cell dyscrasias can mimic clinical and laboratory manifestations of rheumatic diseases, which can lead to a delay in diagnosis and inappropriate therapy.
