4. Głęboki rdzeń świata: Ostatnie powieści Cormaca McCarthy'ego.

- Abstract
A text devoted to Cormac McCarthy's two most recent novels, The Passenger (Pasażer) and Stella Maris, which are analysed in the context of his earlier works. The author draws attention to the evolution of the writing idiom developed by the American novelist. He sees the reasons for this change in McCarthy's interest in scientific issues, which he explored in the last years of his life, following the activities of the Santa Fe Institute as a resident and addressing this subject in his essayistic texts. In The Passenger and Stella Maris, his scientific interests were transferred to prose fiction, which influenced the stylistics and narrative conventions of both novels. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The present research dissertation has been developed with the intention to provide practical strategies and discover new intellectual operations which can be used to generate Transdisciplinary insight. For this reason, this thesis creates access to new knowledge at different scales. Firstly, as it pertains to the scale of new knowledge generated by those who attend Becomebecome events. The open-source nature of the Becomebecome methodology makes it possible for participants in Becomebecome workshops, training programmes and residencies to generate new insight about the specific project they are working on, which then reinforce and expand the foundational principles of the theoretical background. Secondly, as it pertains to the scale of the Becomebecome framework, which remains independent of location and moment in time. The method proposed to access Transdisciplinary knowledge constitutes new knowledge in itself because the sequence of activities, described as physical and mental procedures and listed as essential criteria, have never been found organised 6 in such a specific order before. It is indeed the order in time, i.e. the sequence of the ideas and activities proposed, which allows one to transform Disciplinary knowledge via a new Transdisciplinary frame of reference. Lastly, new knowledge about Transdisciplinarity as a field of study is created as a consequence of the heretofore listed two processes. The first part of the thesis is designated 'Becomebecome Theory' and focuses on the theoretical background and the intellectual operations necessary to support the creation of new Transdisciplinary knowledge. The second part of the thesis is designated 'Becomebecome Practice' and provides practical examples of the application of such operations. Crucially, the theoretical model described as the foundation for the Becomebecome methodology (Becomebecome Theory) is process-based and constantly checked against the insight generated through Becomebecome Practice. To this effect, 'information about the observer' is proposed as a key notion which binds together Transdisciplinary resources from several studies in the hard sciences and humanities. It is a concept that enables understanding about why and how information that is generated through Becomebecome Practice is considered of paramount importance for establishing the reference parameters necessary to access Transdisciplinary insight which is meaningful to a specific project, a specific person, or a specific moment in time.

A theoretical-review approach to visually mediated communication is offered, and the emphasis is on how visual stimuli affect the subconscious mind and how they can influence an individual's reactions. The environment is constantly changing, and one of the factors for this is the constant exchange of visual information. That is why the assumption is made that visual intelligence is of particular importance in selection in the sea of information. In this context, the effectiveness of communication is largely measured by the emotional effect it evokes. Of particular importance is the filtering of the useful from the unnecessary, and it is important to assess the need for visual communication. The other assumption is that the essence of visual intelligence, in turn, is rooted in the awareness and management of a critical evaluation of perception (1).

The opening scenes of any film are produced first in the sound plane, then in the visual one and set the horizon of expectation to the future audience, offering it through a methaphor specific to the language of this art, the deep meaning of the film. We can also say that this visual discourse graphically coded in the form of credit titles, communicates to the audience’s subconscious all the necessary elements for the cinematic narrative to acquire the force of truth, to be truthful.. Thus, „a pattern” or „a key” is established that the audience will unconsciously resort to in order to understand the meanings of the cinematic discourse when the dramatic moments of the film define the destiny of the narrrated universe. We could say that these moments constitute the foundation on which the film narrative is built, the universe in which the characters will evolve, but also the sighn of their destiny.

The present paper aims at giving a brief insight into the concepts of neurological levels and analyzes the fact that, as the levels contain more congruent information - and through exercise we can realize and become aware of this - the more our relationship with ourselves and with others acquires a richer consistency in meanings. The Pyramid of Neurological Levels stands out for its universality, usefulness, and all these levels work simultaneously and are characteristic of everyone. Congruence is presented in this paper as the expression of the manifestation of the objective at each separate neurological level. The paper will also discuss learning models of the subconscious and the fact that we have the possibility and the power to use our conscious mind to change, shape, direct the path of the subconscious towards the path we want.

Central preoccupations of Stanislavsky's theatre practice and thought involve continuous laboratory explorations, revisions and developments. What emerges as new at one time is constantly renewed, indicating that his work of perpetual change raises the question as to what actually were the defining achievements of the Opera-Dramatic Studio. This was the last of the seven studios that Stanislavsky founded and led, or encouraged and protected under the flagship of the Moscow Art Theatre as he taught to varying degrees in each. The discussion here rejects the commonplace idea that Stanislavsky discovered the "method of physical action" in the closing years of his life, showing earlier avatars of "physical action" while unfolding its different but interconnected aspects, including "word action." Stanislavsky's comprehensive approach to acting together with his intensive research on the actor-singer, music, movement, vocalization and other components that bind opera and dramatic theatre gave the Opera-Dramatic Studio its unique identity. Algirdas Landsbergis ,short story ,woman ,fantasy ,experience ,subconscious ,Language and Literature - Abstract
The woman as the embodiment of desire in the writings of Algirdas Jeronimas Landsbergis (1924–2004) – a Lithuanian expatriate playwright, novelist, editor, and literary and theatre critic – is not an ordinary literary character but symbolises the unique relationship between the rational world of consciousness and the instinctive, primal needs expressed in creative fantasies. The image of the woman-fantasy appears in the author’s short stories. It allows us to explore the inherent egocentricity of desire, the experience of lust that constrains subjectivity. C. G. Jung’s philosophy is used to classify fantasy images and identify their characteristic features, while E. Husserl’s phenomenology of consciousness is applied to the description of the protagonists’ experiences in the process of unique emotional occurrences. Short stories “Duet for Female Voice and Violin in Venice”, “A Long Night”, and “The Second Mountain Range” are analysed as expressions of the experiencing consciousness and the creating unconscious. The desires and fantasies of the protagonists materialise into a woman who is seen as a creation of lust; her body is reified by demonstrating power. However, a phantasmatic metamorphosis of characters is powerless to solve their dilemmas and inner confusion, as lust is based on one-sided, searching, and striving relations with the world in the absence of any answer.

ISLAMIC law ,RELIGIOUS life ,SEXUAL excitement ,TABOO - Abstract
Freud is one of the most important and controversial psychologists of the twentieth century. His ideas have influenced moral, social and religious life in modern Western society. Freud's theories include theory of consciousness, subconscious, and sex theory. He sets three different stages of sexual life. Earlier, it was thought that sexual arousal manifested itself during adolescence, while he proposed that sexual arousal begins to manifest itself immediately after the birth of a child. He takes sex in a broader sense, and does not limit it to mere sexual acts, and applies it to the emotional, social and religious level, to the confusions that arise on the basis of social taboos, and link them to world classical literature. He explains with examples of different characters and uses the names of these characters as a term to give the impression that when sexual emotions are not directly evoked then either perversion occurs in personality or height. In the case of perversion, the individual suffers from many problems, while in the case of elevation, he creates fine arts. He associates the desire for life and death in the individual with the same instinct. He also suggests solutions to sexual dilemmas through dissolution. Freud considers dreams to be the epitome of sex life. Freud's theory of sex is filled with sexual desire, while according to Islam, sexual desire begins to appear naturally in a child from the beginning of puberty. Instead of making man a material animal or a priest of desires, Islam provides the best rules and regulations for the fulfillment of natural desires. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background: This article begins with two unconscionable end-of-life prognosis-related quotes from best-selling physician-author, Atul Gawande, and an unnamed doctor, asking: “Why did he say that?” The article then proceeds to answer this question by showing how physicians’ most common end-of-life communication blunders are rooted in their unexplored emotions. Healthcare’s only widespread communication training focused on examining the role of hidden emotions in influencing the flow of conversation is found in Spiritual Care’s “Verbatim” education modules. While the need for physicians’ emotional self-awareness for improved end-of-life communication has been identified in the literature, no one has explored how this need might be met by custom-tailoring Spiritual Care’s “Verbatim” education modules for physicians-in-training. Methods: This article utilizes the qualitative research method of autoethnography to grant physicians access to the content and power of Spiritual Care’s “Verbatim” education modules for identifying hidden emotions in clinical communication. Results: Using a profound personal example from the author’s firsthand experience of the suggested training tool, the “Verbatim” module is shown to grant revelatory self-knowledge and invaluable emotional intelligence. The same model then illuminates the physician cases. Conclusion: Spiritual Care’s “Verbatim” education modules address universal issues of clinical communication and emotional self-awareness that are applicable to physician-patient/family conversations surrounding end-of-life decision-making. Customizing these communication modules for physicians-in-training may help to address physicians’ emotionally-triggered conversational miscues in end-of-life prognosis communication. Existing programs for complementary end-of-life communication training are noted, and it is claimed that a combination of each of these models, together with the proposed module, may be ideal. It is also admitted that no form of education or training can ensure ethical communication. Therefore the ultimate solution is to supplement communication training with real-time, third-party support and accountability. This can be achieved by the "Doctor Body Cam" intervention protocol, introduced here: https://aquila.usm.edu/ojhe/vol17/iss1/7/.

NEUROETHICS , *NEUROMARKETING , *STRUCTURAL models , *BRAIN anatomy , *NEUROSCIENCES , *INFORMATION measurement - Abstract
Experts in neuromarketing, conduct research to find new solutions to marketing problems using various techniques from the field of neuroscience. Experts, also known as neuro marketers, make marketing decisions based on information obtained by measuring the reactions of the human brain with neuroimaging techniques. As a result of neuromarketing research, the human mind is analyzed by categorizing it into various structural categories, and it is stated that the path to success in this field is directly related to understanding the brain's structures. The neuroscience literature contains basic studies that will aid in understanding of the brain's structures, but there are not enough studies on this subject in the field of neuromarketing. The purpose of this research is to examine at neuroscience studies on how the brain works from a neuromarketing standpoint and to look for elements that will contribute to the neuroscience literature. According to the findings of this experimental research study, Sigmund Freud's topographic mind model, which includes the conscious and subconscious, and the structural model of the mind, which includes the id, ego, and superego, are critical in terms of neuromarketing approaches. Based on the findings, it is revealed that Freud's structural model of the mind is a fundamental idea in understanding neuromarketing research, and some recommendations are given on the assessed issue. Consciousness lies at the heart of our existence and experience. To probe how perceptual consciousness emerges in the brain, we recorded brain-wide intracranial electroencephalography signals from human patients while their perceptual consciousness was effectively manipulated using the continuous flash suppression paradigm. We observed substantial differences in brain activities when visual information gradually enters consciousness. Specifically, the functional connectivity first increases and then decreases, oscillations in the low-frequency band reduce in power, and those in the high-frequency band remain unchanged. We employed random forest-based classification to characterize the transitions from no perception to subconsciousness and then to consciousness, which showed an increase in signal variance at the second transition rather than the first. Further, the frontal-parietal junction dominates the first transition, whereas the temporal-frontal lobes dominate the second transition. Finally, we identified the most relevant neuronal features associated with consciousness. Altogether, these findings shed fresh light on the emergence of visual consciousness.

This work determines the current state of research and its results in the field of neuromarketing and artificial intelligence, the attitude and awareness of society to the concepts, results, advantages and disadvantages. It also proposes to form a system of principles for the security of society and opportunities to anticipate and prevent various catastrophic situations. The subject of research is the theoretical, methodological, and practical features of the use of neuromarketing tools during a pandemic. Methodology. Methods such as observation (to collect primary data), questionnaires (to determine the impact of various neuromarketing tools during a pandemic), analysis and synthesis (to substantiate practical recommendations), and graphics (for visual display) were used to solve the tasks set in the paper. Results. The article describes the basic concepts that formed the basis of neuromarketing research. In the paper the main stages of neuromarketing time-tracking are highlighted and described. The article is about the issues related to the special neuromarketing tools that marketers use to obtain relevant results in the course of research. Also, the main reasons for the use of specialized tools were revealed and the indicators, which the researchers will analyze in the formation of conclusions and recommendations for the customers, were determined. An example of the practical application of neuromarketing for the business is proposed. It is established that a well-developed brand, which is effectively used in the activities of a enterprise, can become its special intangible asset. Moreover, it can be the basis for expanding a loyal target audience and a tool to help the company survive the crisis. People want to experience emotions together with the company, to feel unity with its idea. Practical implications. Neuromarketing technologies in the pandemic are gaining popularity and are increasingly being used as a powerful tool to influence the behavior of the target audience. The result neuromarketing reflects the highest stage of development of research and development, the right choice, which makes invisible and gives a sense of interrelation of all parts of the investigated system. Value/originality. It has been proved that neuromarketing is an effective tool for carrying out activities during the pandemic. Practical aspects of the introduction of neuromarketing techniques into the work of enterprises during the pandemic have been proposed.

The article deals with aesthetic and stylistic particularities of the works by A. Robbe-Grillet and N. Sarraute, two famous writers and theorists of the “Nouveau Roman”. This literary movement continues to provoke debates about its interpretation and definitive assessment among foreign and national scientists, indicating the timeliness of the work. The research is based on their criticism and fiction published in the late 1950s – early 1960s. Analysing the literary context and the aesthetic views of the writers allows us to explain causes of their disagreements, to discover similarities and differences between their creative methods. Interpreting the works in the light of the image of labyrinth gives the opportunity to outline the main features of the poetics of Robbe-Grillet and Sarraute from a new angle. The use of metaphor is one of the characteristics that unites the literary practice of these authors. The concept of labyrinth has a number of philosophical and cultural senses, and its consideration is fruitful in order to study the individuality of the “nouveaux romanciers” literary world. The meaning of the image of labyrinth in the texts of “Dans le labyrinthe” and “Le Planétarium” is treated with comparative and hermeneutic methods, definitive and contextual analysis. The labyrinth defines the logic of creating the whole novel of Robbe-Grillet; it is involved in the description of interior and the image-bearing structure of Sarraute’s work. In addition, the metaphor is the basis of the stylistic manner of both authors, in spite of its different functioning in the considered works. As opposed to rudimentary and stereotypical story and characters, the metaphor in their texts serves to represent psychic activities of any person. Interpreting subconscious processes becomes the central content of the French writers’ works. The “nouveaux romanciers” assign to a reader a significant role in expounding their texts, that triggers self-knowledge, as well as philosophical reflections. The study may be of interest for experts in philology, science of culture and philosophy.

Communication is a process of exchange and interaction between a group of individuals in which the individual is exposed to various processes of communication, leading the individual to change some of his behaviors and even his attitudes, or support his beliefs, which inquires about the factors behind the success of some communication and make the desired impact or failure? Rhetoric, rhetoric and even communication are all words that signify the way words are spoken or express ideas in symbols. These words reflect a human desire to control persuasion since he exchanged ideas with others and tried to influence them and subjugate them to his thought. In the early 20th century, psychologists realized that ads that provoke an emotional response to the viewer are likely to lead to sales. Since then, branding and advertising agencies have always aspired to create attractive ads that trigger positive reactions in the viewer. Therefore, recent studies have resorted to the study of subconscious persuasion to convince the recipient of the advertisement, where it offers many of the illustrated and written symbols in the content of the advertising message, which affect the feelings and feelings of the recipient and the subconscious interpreted to reach persuasion to buy products and request services advertised advertising and may also change its attitudes and behavior.Research Objective:The research aims to shed light on the importance of studying the foundations and skills of persuasion as well as the study of the concept of unconscious and how to employ them to achieve the goals of advertising and influence the recipients unconsciously.Research problem:The research problem is summarized in the study of how to benefit from the methods and theories of persuasion in the field of advertising, and the study of the concept of unconscious and how to achieve in advertising by answering the following questions:1. Can the attitudes and behavior of recipients be changed and influenced by the ad designer unconsciously? Methodology:The research follows the descriptive approach supported by an analytical study by describing and analyzing a selection of advertisements where persuasion is used to influence the recipient's feeling of persuading him / her about the advertised product or service.Key words:Persuasion - subconscious

This article makes an explorative journey into the concepts of mind as explained in the Indian philosophical traditions and Western psychology. The article explains about knowledge domains in the traditions and their distinctive features, different connotations and denotations of mind, and the different methods being used in explaining mind. Yet, they may not appear to be opposed or conflicting in nature. The article elaborates on the concepts such as mind (manas) and mind apparatus (citta) in Indian philosophical traditions and compares with the traditional Western psychology where the primary emphasis is given to the mind. The article indicates that in the Indian philosophical tradition, mind helps in knowing consciousness, whereas in the Western paradigm, mind becomes the subject as well as the object of knowing. Knowing gives an understanding of the truth and could lead to realization. In the Eastern tradition, knowing becomes a being and becoming. This knowledge of the self (ātman) helps the individual in attaining happiness (sukha) and welfare (abhyudaya) in this world and realization of the supreme reality (Brahman) leading to liberation (mokṣa). Thus, knowing and understanding about consciousness become complementary in both the traditions.

The authors, a neuroscientist and a Buddhist monastic who met through the Emory Tibet Science Initiative, highlight similarities in the understanding of mental activities found in both traditions. An important principle discovered is the parallel processing of multiple mental activities, which reveals the existence of a unitary self and free will as illusions. These insights provide the rationale in Buddhism to develop a culture of compassion. Meanwhile western psychology and neuroscience have found brain circuits that have evolved to support social and even altruistic behaviors, giving compassion a physical basis in our brains as well. These insights then set the stage for a shared interest in an altruistic compassionate society.

PARAPSYCHOLOGY ,SOUL ,CATHOLICS - Abstract
Specific mystical, religious, psychological views, called by archpriest Gavriil Kostelnyk (1886–1948) as “parapsychology”, are analyzed in this article. It is shown how he conveys the meaning of the following terms: “stigmatism”, “soul”, “prophetic dream”, etc. in his philosophical system. We can see his views on the above mentioned concepts based on the analysis of printed and handwritten works. It is demonstrated how understanding of above mentioned concepts goes beyond the Catholic or Orthodox creed. The conclusion and the result of this research is the original theory concerning specific mystical, religious, psychological views by archpriest Gavriil Kostelnyk. This theory also defines religious identification of archpriest Gavriil. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Turkish Literature has evolved vastly with the declaration of the Republic. Orhan Veli Kanık is an intellectual who played a significant role in this change in Turkish Literature. The poems of Orhan Veli Kanık, who is one of the most powerful representatives of Republican Turkish poetry, are interpreted in most sources or by many people as works that reflect idle and intellectually shallow everyday subjects. However, the poems of the modernist poet Kanık, who left such a deep mark in our history of literature, are consistently filled with metaphors. These poems that can carry different meanings once interpreted from different perspectives and by using different theories, reflect the poet's subconscious and his specific stance. This study, taking Sigmund Freud as reference, examines subject fiction using the analysis of psychoanalytic poetry through the metaphors used by the poet. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

EMOTIONS , *CONSCIOUSNESS , *HEALING , *WRITING processes , *SUBLIMINAL perception - Abstract
The psychoanalytic method that Sigmund Freud introduced in the late 19th and early 20th centuries has an important place in art and literature. The theory tries to examine the text by centering the artist. According to this theory, which argues that the subconscious is the basis of the behavior, the artist's life, childhood, family, education, time, environment and what they do are the factors that directly affect his work of art. The purpose of the theory is to reveal the subconscious feelings of the author, to identify the psychological states of the people in the work and to search how the act of "creating" occurs. It is possible to capture the subconscious feelings of the artists as they give the reader tips about their psychological conditions in their works. According to psychoanalysis, which places emphasis on subliminal memories, the artist is neurotic, and this is closely related to his act of creation and writing. Emotions that are pushed into the subconscious emerge in a sort of confusion. It is possible to understand the artist's writings by solving his subconscious mind. Because it is known that the author reflects the dead-ends, chaos and tragedy with his works. Therefore, poets and writers undertake the task of expressing the suppressed emotions and subconscious of the society in general and of the person in particular. Hasan Ali Toptaş is a writer who stands out with his personal and subliminal issues often reflecting on his works. Loneliness, escape, crisis and chaotic discourse in Toptaş's stories bear the traces of his psychology. Because the tragic situations created by Toptaş's internal conflicts in the chaotic level constitute the basis of his understanding of art. Having a postmodern understanding, Toptaş sees literature as a "shelter tool". Toptaş's works have subconscious feelings rather than consciousness. According to him, the works that are under the command of consciousness are not as successful as those written unconsciously. In the process of writing a work, the author takes care of the functioning of the mind and the plans, and pays attention to the subconscious. The purpose of this study is to reveal the psychological aspect of Toptaş based on the story of "The Identity of a Smile". Psychoanalism, which aims to reveal a character, tries to unravel and analyze the author only through the language he writes and the language he uses. Therefore, based on the story language and expressions used by Toptaş, a healing process will be performed and its psychological and unconscious state will be tried to be revealed.
