Enterprises are the most important core organizations of the country and modern society, and their growth has always been a focal point in the theoretical field. This paper aims to focus on the sustainable development of platform enterprises by exploring the mechanism of platform growth. Thus, this paper reviews the literature and analyzes the challenges faced by platform enterprises during the four stages of birth, expansion, leadership, and self-renewal, as well as the strategies they have adopted. The main aims of this paper are to help understand the growth process of platform enterprises and identify three key points that need to be addressed for sustainable growth, including the disadvantages of resource externalities, the importance of the restructuration of business models, and the urgency of fulfilling social responsibility. To address the exogenous nature of resources, platform enterprises should pay attention to the initiative of complementors, the distribution of benefits, and ecological orchestration. The impact of technology, especially artificial intelligence, on business models and the application of technology to restructure business models should be given attention. It is also necessary to pay attention to how platform enterprises undertake their social responsibilities. A synthesis framework with seven propositions for future research has been proposed. The article provides an analysis of the way in which one mid-sized national governing body of sport, Table Tennis England, manages it relationship with Sport England. Utilising stakeholder theory the article provides a longitudinal analysis from the early 1960s to 2020, of the relationship in connection with five overlapping themes: TTE's response to the pressure to modernise; the sport's funding strategy; the strategy for capacity development; strategies to increase participation; and the development of partnerships. The main findings of the analysis are that: 1) TTE faced considerable challenges in balancing the expectations and demands of external and internal stakeholders; 2) TTE was primarily a policy-taker than a policy-maker and became increasingly vulnerable to policy shifts by more powerful stakeholders in sport, health and youth welfare; 3) TTE's status shifted over time and across policy networks between that of a stakeowner, stakewatcher and stakeseeker; 4) TTE has generally, over a period of almost 50 years, managed to maintain its SE funding while pursuing a strategy that, at least partially, satisfied its members. The strategy of a business organization or company involves directing the organization's efforts in utilizing the environment and managing the company's internal capabilities to achieve the desired goals and objectives. This research aims to evaluate and develop management strategies implemented by the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of Lampung Province in conducting Voluntary Local Review (VLR) to report the achievement of SDGs in Lampung province. The type of research used is qualitative with informants in this study, namely the head of government planning and human development (1 person), young expert planning staff (2 people), and Lampung Province SDGs secretariat staff (2 people). This research seeks to provide an in-depth understanding of the factors that influence the success of the VLR, as well as the opportunities and challenges faced in achieving SDGs targets at the regional level. The originality of the research lies in the application of Soft System Methodology (SSM) as a systemic approach in the context of SDGs reporting at the provincial level and contributes to the understanding of strategic management in supporting sustainable development. Research using Soft System Methodology (SSM) on Lampung Province Bappeda's strategy in implementing Voluntary Local Review (VLR) of SDGs achievements resulted in recommendations, including increased coordination, management capacity, data quality, actor empowerment, and transparency and accountability. The purpose of this study is to analyse the implementation of business ethics and strategic management in companies in Indonesia. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use documentation techniques. Data analysis is inductive. Thank you for reaching out. Qualitative research and its results emphasise meaning rather than generalisation, namely triangulation (combined) techniques. The results of the study found that the analysis of the implementation of business ethics and strategic management in companies in Indonesia confirms that business ethics is an essential aspect of the survival of the company. Companies that apply business ethics well can build trust from colleagues, the community, and customers, essential to maintaining business continuity. Therefore, companies must maintain and improve business ethics standards for sustainable growth. On the strategic management side, its role is also vital in achieving the company's long-term goals, adapting to changes in the business environment, and directing human resources. By implementing good business ethics and effective strategic management, companies in Indonesia can better face business challenges and contribute to sustainable economic growth. Objectives Adaptations to digitalization and climate change of all aspects of society are important issues of innovation management at the local and regional levels. The paper demonstrates: 1) the components of smart specialization in order to achieve municipalities and regions strategy goals; 2) the use of the mechanism of smart specialization to realize the entrepreneurial potential of the regional economy; 3) the introduction of smart specialization for the innovative development of the Ukrainian municipalities based on the European experience; 4) the indicators of building resilience of municipalities and regions innovative management to smart specialization. Material and methods Combination of dialectical approach to the knowledge of the components of smart specialisation and the methods of induction, deduction for the realisation of the entrepreneurial potential of the regional economy based on cross-industry clustering became the basis for the development of recommendations for municipalities Results Extending the sustainability of innovative municipal and regional governance to smart specialisation is to take into account the importance of using the main postulates of the smart specialisation mechanism to realise the innovation potential of the regional economy. Conclusions The priority directions of the agro-energy cluster model should be the establishment of a cluster model of "Government-Business-Science-Education" interaction. In order to achieve this goal, scientists from the Western Ukrainian National University justified and developed the Programme for Supporting Innovation in Areas of Smart Specialisation in the Ternopil Region for 2020-2023, which aims to implement innovative approaches to capacity building of the regional economy within the framework of smart, sustainable and comprehensive development.

The modalities of articulation between strategy and skills management have been the subject of numerous studies, since 1959. The synthesis work which identifies three models of relationship between skills management (deduced, emergent and mixed) is very enlightening in this respect and will constitute one of the bases of our theoretical framework. This is a vertical alignment process in which we will first formulate a competitive strategy and then determine the individual skills necessary to implement this strategy. The main challenge for the HR function is to identify, develop and mobilize at the right time the skills required to support the strategic options chosen. Marine pollution has emerged as one of the most significant threats to the health and survival of marine organisms. With increasing human activities and industrialization, various pollutants find their way into the world's oceans, causing detrimental effects on marine ecosystems. This paper aims to provide an overview of the impacts of marine pollution on marine organisms. The paper highlights the sources and types of pollutants that contribute to marine pollution, including chemical contaminants, plastics, oil spills, heavy metals, and excess nutrients. These pollutants enter the marine environment through various pathways such as industrial discharges, agricultural runoff, sewage systems, and improper waste management practices. Understanding these impacts is crucial for developing effective strategies aimed at preventing further degradation of our oceans' ecosystems. The Human Development Index (HDI) is a value that reflects the level of poverty, literacy, education, life expectancy, and other factors in each region. The management strategy for increasing the Human Development Index (HDI) in North Kalimantan Province follows the concept proposed by Stahl and Grigsby (1992). Among the three aspects effectively implemented in the province of North Kalimantan, this can be seen from the formulation strategy dimension, which includes a long-term strategy as an integral part of short-term and medium-term strategies. The second dimension is the implementation strategy, which indicates that the North Kalimantan Province's economic growth in the 3rd quarter of 2022 reached 5.39%. The third dimension involves evaluation and control, which focuses on simulating the Human Development Index targets for North Kalimantan Province in 2023-2026 by observing and realizing the growth of the Human Development Index (IPM). This paper provides a deeper understanding to the development and implementation of a Sustainability Balanced Scorecard in the Port Authority of Cartagena, under exploratory research. Open‐access documents available on different websites were used as data sources combined with semi‐structured personal interviews, which took place at the highest level of the organisation from September 2021 to December 2022. The strategy developed by this government unit has changed over the years, until 2018 when a new review, led by the Planning and Management manager, established a turning point in its sustainable strategy with the introduction of the Balanced Scorecard, resulting in a major internal change for the organisation. The creation of the Strategy Planning Office, external advice from strategy‐expertise consultants, IT solutions acquisition adapted to the new scenario, and several internal organisational changes, have been vital in this successful process. The Balanced Scorecard has been shown to be helpful in disseminating the sustainable strategy at all levels of the company: environmental and social actions were confined for years to the Sustainability Department, functioning as isolated actions, but now, they have reached the strategic level involving the whole organisation as part of the company's strategy. This successful process has put this organisation at the forefront of other Spanish ports, providing other port authority managers with a useful framework that can help them in their attempt to implement sustainable strategies by using the Balanced Scorecard—a framework not only valid for ports but which can also be extended to other government units. The research aims to determine the feasibility or validity of teaching materials in the form of teaching materials in the form of E-Books as a medium for student learning in strategic management courses and to determine the practicality of teaching materials developed by researchers. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) or research and development using the 4D development model consisting of define, design, develop, disseminate. The results of research and development of teaching materials in the form of E-Books are based on the assessment of material experts, media experts and linguists, namely the score obtained on the material expert aspect based on validator 1 is 87.50% and validator 2 is 85%, on the media expert aspect based on the Validator 1 is 90% and validator 2 is 80% and on the linguist aspect based on validator 1 is 85% and validator 2 is 80%. Then for the practicality of teaching materials in the form of E-Books get a score of 84.6%. From the results of this study it can be concluded that this research produces teaching materials in the form of e-books that are valid and practical. The results of the material validation reached the "Very High" category, the media expert validation achieved the "Very High" category, and the language validation achieved the "Very High" category. The practicality category is included in the "Very Practical" category. So it can be concluded that the resulting product is said to be valid and practical.

The purpose of this study was to study the methods used by pesantren to promote organizational sustainability after Covid-19. The research method used is qualitative, using a descriptive survey methodology. The presentation of data is carried out by comparative analysis. The results showed that theimplementation of strategic management is oriented towards sustainability; pesantren that have successfully survived are trying to revitalize with the objectives of academic programs; the transformation of the learning system from a traditional model to technology-based learning; and the functionalization of pesantren as a facilitator of disease prevention. The social consequences of this study include an objective and reasonable evaluation from the community that pesantren have a stable and durable organizational structure. Thus, in the face of similar obstacles, pesantren can guarantee the quality of their teaching to the local community.

In connection with the current trends in the agro-industrial conjuncture, it is becoming increasingly urgent to solve the problem of ensuring the economic security of the state, the financial and economic recovery of industry-forming enterprises and the welfare of the population. Taking into account the high interest in the transformation of food markets, the object of this study was the internal management strategies of large agro-industrial companies. The subject of the study is the mechanism of food pricing by regulating the value chain in agricultural holdings of the full production cycle (having a vertically integrated organization of the operational and production process). The article provides an analysis of changes in the price index for socially significant food products for the period 2020–2021 and its impact on the cost of a minimum set of food products, which is considered an important indicator of the standard of living of the population and in the current situation accounts for an excessively high proportion of the average income of citizens. To solve the identified problems and ensure a high level of food security, a mechanism for managing the development strategy of vertically integrated agro-industrial companies is proposed as a way to achieve the minimum cost of finished products and rational management of its creation chain. Due to the closed production cycle, agro-industrial companies offset the negative impact of external factors on pricing, and are also more independent of suppliers of raw materials and in matters of the organization of operational activities. The practical significance of the research is to develop and substantiate ways to reduce social tension and provide the population with socially significant, high-quality and affordable food by reducing the cost of producing agro-industrial products while creating and developing a vertically integrated organization of the production process.

This research is motivated by strategic management in improving the quality of Islamic religious education in elementary schools which is still low. Schools in order to provide quality education, educational management strategies must be formulated thoroughly. To realize the implementation of strategic management in improving the quality of Islamic religious education in Izzatul Islam, a leader and manager of educational institutions is needed. The principal as a leader in educational institutions has a very dominant role in improving the quality of education so that it is of high quality. The focus of this study is to analyze how the implementation of strategic management in improving the quality of Islamic religious education at SDIT Izzatul Islam. This study aims to determine the implementation of strategic management in improving the quality of Islamic religious education at SDIT Izzatul Islam. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The location of the research was carried out at SDIT Izzatul Islam, Cibarusah District, Bekasi Regency. Based on the results of research at SDIT Izzatul Islam, it shows that strategic management in improving the quality of Islamic religious education goes through three processes, namely (1) formulation, by formulating the school's vision and mission, (2) implementation, by implementing school policies and motivating educators and educators. education, (3) evaluation and control by covering activities such as planning, implementation process, supervision to the results of activities.

Financial Starting from general position that the sale of one of the key functions in the organizational structure of enterprises, the increasing demands that are placed before the management of sales, contributed to the professionalisation of the strong business and marketing functions. In accordance with the method of business marketing, sales coordinates the efforts of vendors to the needs of customers and shows customers that vendors are ready and willing to meet their demands. Sales is a profession that is not easily overcome. At its most complex level, it involves learning skills that involve concepts and principles' psychology sociology communication, management, economics and marketing, which means the behaviorist approach to sales activities of companies.

Abstract Batik industries have some positive impact on economic growth and socio-cultural development. However, they also produce wastewater in large quantities with high pH, containing biochemical oxygen demand, containing chemical oxygen demand and also have a substance of total suspended solid that do not meet quality standards and also could have negative impacts on the environment. Paoman village, Indramayu regency, is one of the batik small industries supporting economic and socio-cultural development in local communities, although there is an installations system of wastewater treatment plant (WWTP). The study aimed to identify priorities in wastewater management on batik industrial center based on environmental studies, economic studies and social factors in the local community and institutional aspects using analytical hierarchy process. The priorities were identified as follows: (1) application of WWTP systems and technologies for environmental aspect, (2) understanding the perceptions of batik small and medium enterprises (SMEs) for the social aspect, and (3) the cost of installation, operation and maintenance of WWTP for economic aspect.

Objective - This study intends to understand the perceived roles undertaken by the Office of Strategy Management (OSM) and the meanings of its existence in the strategy implementation process in the public sector environment. Methodology/Technique - This research is guided by an interpretive methodology and is done through a case study on the OSM of a selected government ministry in Brunei. The primary instrument used in face-to-face interviews with departmental officers across the ministry including those from the OSM. Documentation analysis was also deployed that complemented the main research instrument. Finding - This research indicated that the perceived roles of OSM, and its actual ability to influence the strategy implementation process, are rather limited and merely act as a secretariat body. The causal conditions found which include top management commitment, legitimacy issues, full-fledged obligation, and lack of coaching and mentoring role have led to the current state of the OSM. In consequence, the ministerial-level strategy map has become an open-ended document and the departmental scorecard is merely used as a reporting mechanism to record the core routine repetitively performed over the years. Novelty - This study is arguably the first of its kind explored in academia in the context of the public sector domain. Nowadays, Islamic boarding schools have experienced a very significant change considering the current of globalization which is increasingly expanding to all sides of human life. To be able to compete in this era, Islamic boarding schools – in one hand - must work together with other institutions and make changes by applying management as a foundation in developing boarding schools on the other, in order to be able to compete and become a modern boarding school in all fields such as entrepreneurship boarding school. This study aims to determine entrepreneurship planning, management strategies used and marketing management of Darul Yatama Wal-Masakin Islamic boarding school. This study used qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques carried out by unstructured interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed with an interactive model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion. Checking the data validation was done by increasing the perseverance of observation and triangulation. Based on the results of this study, it was found that; a) Entrepreneurship planning started from the results of the fundamental thinking of its founder, namely TGH. Muhammad Mutawalli Yahya Al-Kalimi with the concept of independence. The concept of independence that he initiated was to prepare facilities that can be used as a source of funds to finance the management of the Islamic boarding schools; b) Management strategies in developing entrepreneurship can be seen from the business units developed such as: gas stations, animal husbandry, agriculture, fisheries and cooperatives. c) Marketing management used was involving and making all society as partners in every business that was developed.

This study aims to analyze the learning strategies management in forming the 9 Pillars of character in the MILAS Playgroup Yogyakarta. The subjects of this study were the principal and educators. Data collection has done by observation and interview methods. After that, the data validity test was carrying out by means of triangulation. Then the data analysis technique has done by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions or verification. The results showed that the 9 pillars of character through the learning strategies management learning strategies departing from vision and mission to evaluation. The learning strategies applied to create the 9 pillars of character in the MILAS playgroup are: (1) Love of God and the universe and its contents, (2) Responsibility, Discipline, and Independence, (3) Honesty, (4) Respect and Courtesy, (5) ) Compassion, Concern, and Cooperation, (6) Confidence, Creative, Hard Work, and Never Give Up, (7) Justice and Leadership, (8) Good and Humility, and (9) Tolerance, Peace Love, and Unity.

Globally, the importance of sustainable development is recognized due to a number of interconnected social, environmental, and economic challenges. One of the key tenets of sustainable development is the introduction of clean energy, and specifically renewable energy technologies (RETs). To accelerate the adoption of RETs, however, requires the rate of commercialization of such technologies to increase; classified as multitechnology renewable energy systems (MTRESs) due to the hierarchical nature of such systems, with differing commercialization-based needs. A strategic management framework was subsequently developed as a means to support the establishment of strategies for increasing the commercialization rate of MTRESs, and applied to the case of concentrating solar power in South Africa. The framework serves as a proof-of-concept, given the current industry constraints due to political uncertainties in the energy sector of the country, as well as the type of validation process followed, with the framework yet to be practically implemented. This article encourages dialogue on how different stakeholders may be mobilized in the interests of a given technology, while continuing a recent trend in literature, which seeks to move the conversation from energy analysis to practical measures, aimed at hastening efforts towards a sustainable energy transition. Purpose: Today's clinical trial partnerships frequently join multi-disciplinary investigators and stakeholders, from different countries and cultures, to conduct research with a broad array of goals. This diversity, while a strength, can also foster divergent views about priorities and what constitutes success, thereby posing challenges for management, operations, and evaluation. As a sponsor and partner in such collaborations, we seek to assist and support their development and implementation of sound research strategies, to optimize their efficiency, sustainability, and public health impact. This report describes our efforts using an adaptation of the well-established Kaplan-Norton strategy management paradigm, in our clinical trials setting. We share findings from our first test of the utility and acceptance of this approach for evaluating and managing research strategies in a collaborative clinical research partnership. Results: Findings from pilot studies and our first implementation in an ongoing clinical research partnership in Liberia, provide initial support for our hypothesis that an adapted version of the Kaplan-Norton strategy management model can have use in this setting. With leadership from within the partnership, analysis artifacts were gathered, and assessments made using standardized tools. Practical feasibility, resonance of the findings with partners, and convergence with other empirical assessments lend initial support for the view that this approach holds promise for obtaining meaningful, useable results for assessing and improving clinical research management. Conclusions and Implications: Engaged leadership, thoughtful timing to align with partnership planning cycles, support for the process, and an eye towards the collaboration's long-term goals appear important for developing model understanding and practice. Skepticism about evaluations, and unease at exposing weaknesses, may hinder the effort. Acceptance of findings and associated opportunities for improvement by group leadership, support a growing sense of validity. Next steps aim to test the approach in other partnerships, streamline the methodology for greater ease of use, and seek possible correlations of strategy management assessments with performance evaluation. There is hardly a better example than the COVID-19 pandemic, to spotlight the need for efficient and effective clinical research partnerships to address global health challenges. While heartened by the collaborative spirit driving the effort so far, we cannot let our enthusiasm lull us into thinking that nobility of purpose or an abundance of good will is sufficient. Careful monitoring and adjustment of clinical research strategy in response to changes (e.g., demographics, pathogen evolution, research acceptance, political and cultural environments) are vital to making the needed adjustments that can guide these programs toward successful outcomes. We hope that our work can raise awareness about the importance, relevance, and feasibility of sound strategy management in clinical research partnerships, especially during this time when there is so much at stake.

Total production of dairy farmers in Indonesia are accounted for less than a quarter of the national dairy consumption. Most of dairy farmers in Indonesia are coordinated by cooperative. Therefore, the right strategy is needed to strengthen the role of cooperatives and their members. Research is conducted in Bogor Dairy Production Cooperative (KPS Bogor), Bogor District. The research is offering Business Development Strategy of dairy cooperative using Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) methods. The results showed the internal and external (IE) indicators in KPS Bogor. IE Matrix showed that KPS Bogor stands in five quadrant. The general strategies are market penetration and product development. Based on matrix of SWOT method, there are six alternative strategies. QSPM results showed the highest priority strategy for KPS Bogor are: (1) Strategy to develop derivative products of milk, (2) Strategy to increase the number of dairy farmers, (3) Strategy to provide credit facilities for members of the cooperative, (4) Strategy to improve milk quality standards, (5) Strategy to expand the distribution network, and (6) Strategy to clarify goals of KPS Bogor.

This research aims to analyse electricity demand, and focus for consumptive sector in PT Perusahaan listrik Negara (Persero) or PT PLN (Persero). While selected by consumptive sector is some region in Jawa Bali and otuside Jawa Bali. Step of research and process result based on SPSS calculation, and use time series data year 1995 - 2009. As for used analysis model follow its data distribution that is the non linear regression model being based on Ln with dependent variable is demand electricity or kWh sales, and independent variable consist of install capacity, average tariff, and rate of capacity using percustomers. Obtain result that install capacity and rate of capacity using percustomers have given positif impact, and average tariff have given negative impact. All of that independent variable have significant influence, and install capacity variable most its influence significant to electricity demand of consumptive sector. PLN’s management has to observe growth of explanatory variable to make policy for demand and supply equilibrium and toward customers satisfaction.

In this article the general procedure of formation of innovation policy at the enterprise is considered. It was established that in order to implement effective innovation activities, it is necessary to develop an innovation policy in accordance with the order of its formation in the context of the strategy of financial and economic security. The authors proposed the following stages of formation of innovation policy: determining the relevance of the formation of innovation policy for the enterprise; assessment of innovative potential; formation of the strategy of innovative development of the enterprise in the guideline of financial and economic security; development of a program of innovation activity; creation of an innovation program evaluation system. Theoretical points as for definition of “financial-economical security” have been researched and summing up. The present attitude were analyzed as for the financial-economical enterprise security forming in the terms of unconformity and system attitude necessity stipulated for strategy system management by a financial-economical enterprise security.

Information Technology (IT) is used by many organizations to enhance competitive advantage, but many outsource security firms have not used IT in their business processes. In this research, we will design Strategic Management for IT Services for outsourcing security company. We use an outsourcing security company as a case study of IT Strategy Management for IT Services development. The purpose of this study is to create an IT services strategy for security outsourcing companies. The framework used is the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework service strategy in strategy management for IT services process. There are several steps taken in the making of the strategy: (a) Strategic assessment stage to analyzed internal and external factors of the company. (b) Strategy generation by creating the strategic plan. (c) Strategy execution to determine the tactical plan. And (d) strategy measurement and evaluation. This study produced the proposed IT service system that suits the needs of the company in the form of strategic, tactical plans and strategy measurement. This result can be used as the foundations of IT service development in outsourcing security company. In the process of this study, we work closely with stakeholders; every work product has been verified and validated by stakeholders.

This paper investigates the negotiation phase of industrial symbiosis relationships, where companies exchanging wastes for inputs need to develop strategies on how to share the additional costs to operate the industrial symbiosis business. The business behavior is approached as a "coopetition" problem where companies need to cooperate to reduce waste discharge costs and traditional input purchase costs and dive into competition to pay a minimum share of additional costs (i.e., waste treatment, waste transportation, and transaction costs) of operating industrial symbiosis. A noncooperative game‐theoretical model for sharing the additional costs is proposed that highlights the two strategies that companies can adopt aimed at sharing costs: a fair strategy and an opportunistic strategy. Then, an agent‐based model is used to simulate the game iterated over time and investigate how the players can adapt their strategies according to their past experience. Simulation results show that players learn that playing the fair strategy is beneficial in the long period, despite in the short period they can gain more benefit by playing the opportunistic strategy. Findings of the paper are critically important to reduce the business and managerial barriers against the formation of industrial symbiosis networks and to stimulate innovative thinking of company managers to foster the development of the circular economy. With increasing global exposure, organisations have started to witness supply chain risks that they traditionally were not exposed to. This article therefore attempts to answer the research question of how environmental uncertainty within a firm's supply chain, impacts firm financial performance. We further evaluate the role of supply chain risk management practices in mitigating the negative impact of such disruption events. To answer the research question, we conduct a literature review and develop the corresponding hypothesis. We test our hypothesis using both primary and secondary data. The results show that environmental uncertainty has a negative impact on firm financial performance, with entrepreneurial managerial capitalism mediating the impact. However, organisations that adopt macro and network supply chain risk management practices are able to improve managerial decision making frame, and mitigate the negative impact of environmental uncertainty on firm financial performance. The evaluation of the seven basic portfolio management procedures was done according to the international standard ISO 21504 and it was recognized for greater efficiency to do the detailed analysis of two procedures: 1) the verification of the correspondence the portfolio to strategic objectives of the power company; 2) the balancing and the optimizing for portfolio. Also, it is proposed to apply in the portfolio management process the competent person (portfolio manager) for the security of continuous strategic coordination for the portfolio of innovative projects in power company for the balancing and controlling the portfolio. Recommendations for implementation of the strategically oriented portfolio of innovative projects for equipment modernization of the power company are performed too.

This study aims to determine the competitive advantage of SMEs, which are associated with the management process strategy of internal and external sides of SMEs.Conducted on Jambi batik area SMEs which were selected in a sample by purposive sampling. Data collection was done by using observation, interviews and FGD on 6 SMEs selected by purposive sampling.Research analysis is carried out qualitatively, by implementing the results of SWOT analysis. Which aims to develop strategies that must be done by SMEs in making decisions to excel in competition.Identified 24 strategies that need to be done by SMEs in running the business optimally, so that they can face competition with other business sub-sectors and Jambi batik SMEs can continue to have competitive advantages.
