This study investigates how financial disclosure (SBFd), governance implementation (GGIsb), and social responsibility disclosure (SBSRd) affect profitability (SBP) and stakeholder satisfaction (SS), which are also mediating factors. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data in financial reports. The sample study involved 65 data of financial statements and reports annually collected during 2019-2022 from 13 Islamic Banks in Indonesia. The results show that SBFd and GGIsb positively impact SS and SBP. In contrast, SBSRd does not affect SBP and SS. Meanwhile, SS positively impacts SBP and has a good mediator effect on all correlations. This study confirms the stakeholder theory of the importance of transparency and good governance in improving the performance of finance and the mediating role of stakeholder satisfaction. Practical implications include recommendations to raise financial disclosure quality and strengthen governance mechanisms initiatives more effectively. The findings provide new insights for academics and practitioners in understanding the dynamics between operational factors and financially optimized banking sharia in the Indonesian context.

In the present global environment, projects in the business and industries are becoming complex and highly competitive which requires organizational restructuring and improvising business models. Implementation of the Project Management Office (PMO) has appeared as a strategic response to critical business challenges. The project management office (PMO) is a centralized management structure that standardizes project-related governance processes and facilitates the sharing of resources, tools, methodologies, and techniques. However, this fast-growing concept of PMO in the world of project management has its own challenges and several factors need to be considered while implementing a successful PMO. This case study explores the challenges of implementing PMO in the Health care construction project. A qualitative research methodology is adopted through semi-structured interviews with four PMO Managers who were part of the transition from External PMO to In-house PMO and played a pivotal role in its implementation. The case study highlights the challenges of implementing In-house PMO such as opposition from key stakeholders, Inadequate planning in a transition from external to in-house PMO, lack of PMO expertise within the organization, Communication gap among team members, non-cooperative behavior from external PMO members and conflicting priorities. In a nutshell, the primary reason for the devastating consequences was the improper planning of change management in a transition phase. Stakeholder satisfaction is an important factor in determining the success of urban heritage conservation projects. This research attempts to propose a model for assessing stakeholder satisfaction and project significant factors that need to be considered when determining the performance of a conservation project, taking the Thiruvananthapuram Fort Area, India as a case example. The study employed a mixed-method approach of using expert consultations, physical surveys, and statistical analysis in the development of the model. Factors influencing the outcome of an urban heritage conservation project were listed from the literature and further refined through expert discussions to be utilized for the stakeholder survey. A questionnaire survey is administered within a heritage-sensitive urban area to identify the present state of heritage buildings and the living conditions of the stakeholders pertaining to the six aspects that determine the outcome of an urban heritage conservation project. The overall satisfaction of the stakeholder group was modelled using ordinal logistic regression against the various factors to arrive at factors that positively and negatively influenced them. The model assessed that the satisfaction of the stakeholders who were a part of the historic site was highly influenced by their economic needs and the project's economic sustainability over other factors in the model. Urban economy consolidation, a known mechanism of improving an area's economic sustainability negatively affected the stakeholders' satisfaction. The results indicate that the factors under the social aspect were not significant determinants for the stakeholders of this urban heritage conservation project. The methodology developed in this study can aid researchers and planners in identifying factors determining the outcome of an urban heritage conservation project while planning for development within a heritage-sensitive urban area.

This paper introduces a semi-automated approach for the prioritization of software features in medium- to large-sized software projects, considering stakeholders' satisfaction and dissatisfaction as key criteria for the incorporation of candidate features. Our research acknowledges an inherent asymmetry in stakeholders' evaluations, between the satisfaction from offering certain features and the dissatisfaction from not offering the same features. Even with systematic, ordinal scale-based prioritization techniques, involved stakeholders may exhibit hesitation and uncertainty in their assessments. Our approach aims to address these challenges by employing the Binary Search Tree prioritization method and leveraging the mathematical framework of Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets to quantify the uncertainty of stakeholders when expressing assessments on the value of software features. Stakeholders' rankings, considering satisfaction and dissatisfaction as features prioritization criteria, are mapped into Intuitionistic Fuzzy Numbers, and objective weights are automatically computed. Rankings associated with less hesitation are considered more valuable to determine the final features' priorities than those rankings with more hesitation, reflecting lower indeterminacy or lack of knowledge from stakeholders. We validate our proposed approach with a case study, illustrating its application, and conduct a comparative analysis with existing software requirements prioritization methods. Research work on the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility and financial performance has been going on for seven decades. Even when the prevailing studies are those that found a positive influence of social responsibility on financial performance, strong conclusive results are still unavailable. Some explanations for this situation are based, among other reasons, on the fact that the variables have a relation mediated by multiple factors. Additionally, it is still unknown whether the results obtained can be extrapolated to all types of companies since the majority of studies have focused on large companies listed on the stock exchange. This research studied how one of those factors (stakeholder satisfaction) mediated in companies of different sizes (including SMEs) and different types of companies (publicly listed companies or private ownership companies). A questionnaire was used, including indices relative to (1) the degree of development of the company's social responsibility policies, (2) the changes in the satisfaction of four key stakeholders (employees, customers, suppliers, and shareholders) and financial performance (sales and profitability). Findings show the existence of a correlation between social responsibility and financial performance and also that such a relationship is mediated by the satisfaction of stakeholders. Even though urban renewal has attracted much attention in recent years, relatively few studies focus on the sustainability of urban renewal projects, which is surprising given the associated economic benefits. To fill this gap, we review 31 typical cases of urban renewal in China that have existed for over 10 years and utilize fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) to identify causal configurations that lead to a high level of stakeholder satisfaction. Our findings show that: (1) there are four antecedent configurations that lead to the sustainability of urban renewal of urban renewal (these are: ~ preservation of history and culture * differentiation * project reformation * ~ incremental innovation; ~ preservation of history and culture * differentiation * commercial publicity * incremental innovation; preservation of history and culture * commercial publicity * ~ project reformation * incremental innovation; and preservation of history and culture * differentiation * ~ commercial publicity * project reformation * incremental innovation); (2) compared with other conditions, differentiation and incremental innovation play more important roles in the sustainability of urban renewal; and (3) not only the improvement of the environment but also the operation and management of projects should be considered carefully. Purpose – The research areas of humanitarian supply chain (HSC) and disaster and humanitarian operations (DHO) have evolved through the use of managerial models. Recent studies, however, point to the need for the empirical validation of such managerial models in real-life scenarios. Therefore, the present study aims to investigate the validation of recent managerial models based on empirical data of two disasters in Haiti: the earthquake in 2010 and Hurricane Matthew in 2016. Design/methodology/approach – This research developed two case studies from the perspective of the Brazilian Navy (BN), a part of the Brazilian Armed Forces that led the United Nations Mission for Stabilization in Haiti (MINUSTAH) in both disasters. The case studies focused on empirically validating managerial models for stakeholder identification, stakeholder satisfaction, response processes, strategies for collaboration and the integration of these models. Findings – The results revealed that compared to the response to the earthquake in 2010, the response to Hurricane Matthew in 2016 was superior. The collaborative strategies of the BN and other stakeholders used after the earthquake were more reactive, while the strategies after Hurricane Matthew aimed more at planning and anticipating adverse situations. Originality/value – This research reinforces the investigated managerial models and indicates their suitability as planning tools for practitioners of HSC and DHO, which is essential for the further development of academic contributions related to integrating the models into more robust solutions.

This study aims to find the influence of contractor performance factors in the form of Quality Management, Environmental Management and Safety & Health Management on Stakeholder Satisfaction in the Malang City Rehabilitation Construction Expenditure Project. This research is a quantitative research with data collection methods in the form of interviews and questionnaires. The population of this research is Stakeholders in the Malang City Rehabilitation Construction Expenditure Project with a total sample of 45 people. The research data analysis technique uses the PLS SEM method. Research proves that Quality Management has no significant effect on Stakeholder satisfaction, while Environmental and Safety & Health management has a significant effect on Stakeholder satisfaction. This paper develops a framework for a generic retail stakeholder charter that addresses expectations of relevant retail business stakeholders to achieve success and sustainability. Hevner's design science research model was used for the development of this framework. Relevant literature on retail business management, stakeholder theory, and existing charters was reviewed and used for the design of a draft generic retail charter framework. The draft framework was submitted to expert practitioners and academics for verification in terms of correctness, completeness, and relevance to develop the final retail charter framework. The framework addresses stakeholder expectations regarding relevant categories, and the structure of the retail charter addresses the identity, elements, and the management of the retail charter. The elements in the generic retail charter are structured to achieve stakeholder support by ensuring compliance, satisfaction, and excitement. This generic retail charter framework creates research opportunities for the development of detailed retail charters for every stakeholder category, and customized retail charters for individual retail businesses. Understanding the quality of perceived services is one of the key steps in analyzing rural household satisfaction and developing service quality improvement programs. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of perceived services and satisfaction of rural households after joining the city of Hamedan based on the SERVQUAL model. The study follows the quantitative paradigm and empirical research method in terms of purpose. Also, in terms of data collection, it is a survey-based research. The statistical population of the study was all residents of eight villages (Moradbeig Dareh, Faghireh, Khezr, Dizaj, Dizaj Hesar, Mazdaqineh, Aghashams Ali Hesar and Imam Hesar) joined the Hamedan city in which 200 households were selected as a sample population by calculating the Cochran formula and were surveyed through stratified random sampling. The data collection tool was a two-part questionnaire including demographic information and 26 questions to evaluate the quality of services based on the SERVQUAL model. Data were analyzed through t-test by SPSS20 Software. The results showed that there is a significant difference between residents' perceptions of the current services’ quality and their expectations of acceptable services’ quality in all dimensions. Therefore, a negative and significant gap was observed between the expectations and perceptions of rural residents about the services received, which indicates the dissatisfaction of rural residents with the quality of services perceived after joining the city of Hamedan.

The purpose of this study is to find out the application of the going concern concept combined with financial performance to be able to encourage companies to carry out their social responsibility to remain a sustainable (future) point. In addition, this study also aims to determine the perceptions and level of satisfaction felt by stakeholders on the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs carried out by the company to stakeholders in order to guarantee the company's business continuity in the future. This research is qualitative research with a critical approach based on pseudo sustainability through interviews with a total of 6 informants. The results showed that analyzing the company's finances in combination with the going concern concept was able to encourage companies to carry out their social responsibility to remain a concern for the future. The results of the study also show that the CSR programs carried out by the company are considered good and very beneficial for employees and the community around the company. This research also shows that the evaluation of the implementation of CSR programs is realized quite well, stakeholders both internal (employees) and external (local communities) are quite satisfied with the implementation of CSR programs carried out by the company to stakeholders.

In todays' world, utilising technology and adopting sustainability in small and medium business may benefit stakeholders while reducing adverse environmental effects. For SMEs to succeed, economic and environmental sustainability are crucial, particularly when using big data analytics to increase stakeholder satisfaction. This study intends to investigate the how the critical technological success factors of big data analytics help in achieving stakeholder satisfaction using environmental and economical sustainability. To analyse the data gathered from 324 SMEs, the study uses a quantitative research tool called structural equation modelling (SEM). A survey questionnaire created to examine the relevant factors was used to gather the sample data. According to the study's findings, stakeholder satisfaction is significantly impacted favourably by both environmental and economic sustainability. The results show that in order to increase stakeholder satisfaction, SMEs must implement sustainable practises and make use of technical advancements like big data analytics. For policymakers, business professionals, and academic researchers interested in how sustainability and big data analytics are used in SMEs, the study's findings are extremely insightful. Stakeholder satisfaction with the supply chain management system is an important factor in improving the performance of the undergraduate program in management in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University in Indonesia. Complaints submitted by stakeholders including students, alumni, and users of graduates / professional fields are an improvement for the Bachelor of Management Program to continue to improve in order to improve service performance with a planned design and system that implements the SCM strategy. This study aims to explain stakeholder satisfaction with the services of the S1 Management Study Program FEB Udayana University. The research was conducted at the Bachelor of Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. The sample consisted of 289 students, 116 alumni, 53 people and 17 users of graduates / professional fields in the world of work. The data technique uses a questionnaire and the sample is taken using non-probability sampling, namely the ease of sampling using the sample taken to obtain data. The data analysis technique used a Cartesian Diagram (Interest-Performance Matrix). The results of this study indicate that stakeholders are satisfied with the service quality of the undergraduate program in the management of FEB Udayana University, where the level of conformity (comparison between performance and interest) of students is 83.19%, alumni 87.74%, lecturers 87.67% and users. 99.05% graduates. The Cartesian Diagram shows the four stakeholders, most of the research variables show satisfaction in the dimensions of service quality, but there are several variables that are not satisfied, especially for the physical facilities and facilities and infrastructure on the Bukit Campus. The implication of this research result is important for the Faculty to implement the SCM strategy system and pay attention to the physical facilities and infrastructure at the Bukit Jimbaran Campus. It is possible to obtain better, qualified and error-free structures by evaluating the multidimensional criteria reflects all manner of opinions in the building production process. Stakeholders' integration plays a major role in achieving this evaluation expecting the targeted quality in building production, and different priorities could be defined by various type of stakeholders. Therefore, applicable approaches should be used where the stakeholders of the building production process will be included to determine priority levels of criteria. All the criteria considered should provide that all dimensions of demands and expectations are met in the creation of the new building and the built environment. In this study, which is a widely used multi-criteria decision-making method, is applied to ensure mutual satisfaction of decision-makers and beneficiaries in construction process. Four main criteria and sub-criteria related to these main criteria were determined by adding "green and sustainability issues" to the "functionality", "build quality" and "impact" trilogy determined by Vitruvius for the development of architectural quality. The method used here is based on an evaluation system takes into account all of the stakeholders' expressions. Necessary data is gathered from three type of stakeholders; a technical team of five individuals consists of architects and engineers, a focus group of twelve individuals consist of occupiers as mass housing clients and the last one is the focus group of three individuals from building production firms as facilities manager. It was observed that distinct type of stakeholder ranked the weight of each main and sub-criterion differently. Therefore, it has been concluded that definition of criteria and determination of the weights of them shall not be determined by only one stakeholder in a project, but also all particular stakeholder are also shall be included during planning and application process. Sports event research has displayed gaps in the analysis of different stakeholders' perspectives and satisfaction levels. Consequently, this study aims at laying bare real-time experiences of event stakeholders via a unique mixed method research approach for explaining stakeholder satisfaction. Data were gathered on occasion of the 2016 International Children's Games in Innsbruck, Austria via mobile ethnography using an app (n = 103), semi-structured interviews (n = 24), and participatory observations. Stakeholders' experiences were analyzed with the confirmation/disconfirmation paradigm, revealing that catering, transport, and organization can be classified as essential factors, whereas performance factors comprise competitions, daily work, and atmosphere. The findings contribute to the sports event and tourism literature (1) by analyzing the main stakeholders' perceptions along the entire event journey during the 2016 ICG and (2) by aiming to gather a deeper comprehension of processes among sports event stakeholders with a mixed methodological approach (mobile ethnographical app, interviews and participatory oberservations). This article explores the link between value co-creation, a project's success and satisfaction of the project's stakeholders. It also looks at how a project's success mediates the relationship between value co-creation and the stakeholder's satisfaction. A quantitative approach with an online questionnaire was used to collect data from a sample of 140 respondents in Ghana. Data were analysed using partial least square structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). The results show that value co-creation positively and significantly relates to a project's success and stakeholder satisfaction. The findings also support that a project's success mediates the impact of value co-creation on the stakeholders' satisfaction. Based on these findings, we suggest that project managers be critical about the type of value co-creation strategy they will use to engage project stakeholders. This would apply when adopting the value co-creation approach to manage their projects while not sacrificing success. This study focused on the impact of value co-creation on a project's success and its stakeholder's satisfaction. The survey data were collected only to evaluate the overall effect of value-co-creation on the success and stakeholder's satisfaction of projects. The adoption and implementation of value co-creation in project management may enhance the definition of the project's scope, performance specifications and other criteria used to measure the success of a project, to meet the needs of stakeholders. By empirically presenting a project's success as a key mediator in shaping the effect of adopting value co-creation in project management on the stakeholder's satisfaction, this study laid a foundation for further theoretical explorations involving value co-creation in project management. SMEs need to provide machines to work on behalf of workers. In the past, SMEs have only considered the factors that benefit customers, but not what employees and society receive from doing so. Therefore, this research intended to: (1) increase the efficiency in execution and (2). increase the reliance on satisfied stakeholders. This research is an applied research that was conducted concerning the topic of determining the replacement of machinery for workers. The problem selection was information obtained from a Thai restaurant that replaced their machinery with the prototype machine. Evaluation of operations resulted to objective of the research as: (1) the cost of investment was low and the payback period was short, which is appropriate in the uncertainty of the Covid-19 outbreak. As the adoption of distributed and renewable energy resources helps consumers evolve into prosumers who generate and trade their own energy, optimizing distributed renewable energy resources, electric vehicles, and energy storage in smart residential complexes is crucial to enhance satisfaction and capitalize on their potential for environmental and economic benefits. Nonetheless, limited progress has been made to quantify the impact of prosumer and energy manager preferences and the integrated socio-economic-environmental dynamics on energy scheduling and stakeholder satisfaction within smart communities. This study aims to overcome this challenge by proposing a socio-economic-environmental optimization model based on a preference-oriented management approach, which quantifies the impact of energy scheduling on stakeholder satisfaction in smart communities. The model inputs include infrastructure configurations, energy consumption patterns, and weather data. The simulation method includes the application of deep learning and System Advisor Model software in predicting weather conditions and photovoltaic and wind turbine systems energy generation. The simulation results are then imported as parameters in GAMS software to optimize the stakeholder satisfaction using CPLEX solver. Quantitative results show that with the simultaneous use of electric vehicles and energy exchange between energy communities, the highest level of satisfaction of the stakeholders in the smart grid including energy communities has been achieved at hour 24 and at the rate of 0.99 per-unit. The model reveals notable enhancements in stakeholder satisfaction, particularly through the integration of electric vehicles and energy trading in smart grids. It underscores the critical impact of aligning renewable energy strategies with prosumer socio-economic-environmental preferences, offering valuable insights for energy managers, policymakers, and community planners in fostering efficient, community-oriented smart grid systems. Urbanization increases urban flood. This urges hydrologically and economically planned land development decisions. When decision making, incorporation of hydrology model with GIS is a common practice due to the requirements of accuracy and efficiency. Nevertheless, GIS and hydrology incorporated tools (HydroGIS) should facilitate stakeholder concerns for practical implementation. But there were no single tool and developing such becomes a hard undertaking due to the absence of proper guidelines. Therefore, the present work is to identify the stakeholder concerns and incorporate those in a HydroGIS tool (Land Information System) for Urban Flood Management. For the purpose, it identified and verified the stakeholder concerns through a literature survey and stakeholder discussions. Then, incorporated those into the tool and evaluated the achievement. Present work identified and incorporated the stakeholder requirements; such as the requirement of an automated tool, User friendliness using novel GIS-GUI development guidelines, development of the software using a novel approach of development, security through novel security mechanism and, integrating the hydrology-GIS model using a suitable base software. The systematic incorporation of such requirements into the tool shows the growth in user satisfaction from 48% to 92%. The accurate recognition and incorporation of stakeholder requirements lead to the successful HydroGIS tool in urban flood management.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of UIN Alauddin Makassar graduate quality to stakeholder satisfaction, stakeholder trust and image of UIN Alauddin Makassar either directly or indirectly. This study categorized in exploratory research. This research included in the descriptive research. The population of this research is all stakeholders in Makassar City. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The sample criterion used is a private banking company that employs UIN Alauddin Makassar graduates. The sample size uses maximum likelihood (ML). The number of samples in this study is 100 respondents. In this study, the techniques used include (1) questionnaire; (2) observation; (3) interviews and (4) documentation. The method of analysis used in this research is structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis. The conclusion of this research are: (1) the quality of UIN Alauddin Makassar graduates has a positive and significant impact on stakeholder satisfaction, stakeholder trust and image of UIN Alauddin Makassar; (2) stakeholder satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on stakeholder trust and image of UIN Alauddin Makassar and (3) stakeholder trust have positive and significant impact on UIN Alauddin Makassar image.

Stakeholder satisfaction in megaprojects has always been a critical concern in research and practice because of the dynamism, complexity, and uncertainty of the various relationships between the project and the stakeholder community. The most successful outcome for a megaproject would be achieved when it creates values fairly for stakeholder community to satisfy them. Therefore, because of the resource constraints, megaprojects should create value for stakeholders proportional to the value that they put into it. This article proposes a framework for priority setting in stakeholder engagement based on the balance of mutual value creation between the megaproject and stakeholder community. In this way, we developed an innovative and systematic approach by drawing on stakeholder theory, value creation theory, expectation disconfirmation theory, and fuzzy set theory while adopting from data envelopment analysis (DEA) concepts. This study contributes to the theory and practice of engineering management by examining stakeholder engagement to satisfy stakeholders fairly in megaprojects. Particularly, this study categorizes stakeholders based on the proportion of their salience to expectations to three main types: Modest, Fair, and Demanding. This typology will provide a road map for managers to prioritize the responses to stakeholders' expectations. The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between internal stakeholder engagement and project success with mediating effect of Stakeholder satisfaction. The study also examines the moderating role of empowerment in the relationship of stakeholders' engagement and satisfaction. The data were collected from internal stakeholders i.e., project team and functional team members of three mega projects of oil and gas sector operating in District Attock. The data was analyzed using Smart PLS. Based on the analysis of this cross-sectional data collected from 318 respondents from project teams and functional teams, the study indicates that success of a project significantly depends on project team engagement. The study also highlights that stakeholder satisfaction is an important mediating factor in the relationship between internal stakeholder engagement and project success. Further, the results indicate that empowerment significantly and positively moderates the effect of internal stakeholders' engagement on stakeholder satisfaction and ultimately project success. The results of this study are important to explain the moderated mediation model identifying the relationship among variables affecting a project's success. This is a unique study offering new insights into existing management literature, as there is hardly any available research identifying and analyzing the relationships among variables covered in this study. Peripheral intravenous (PIV) cannulation needed for pediatric procedural sedation (PPS) is a common source of stress for patients and families. The goal of this project is to investigate the perceived effectiveness of nitrous oxide (N 2 O) in reducing anxiety and pain associated with PIV cannulation for PPS by various stakeholders. N 2 O was used as an adjunct to local anesthesia and child life intervention to reduce the anxiety and pain associated with PIV placement before PPS. N 2 O use was at the discretion of physician. Candidates included patients who were anxious or fearful about PIV placement or patients who had a failed prior PIV cannulation attempt without N 2 O. At the completion of the procedure, a survey was administered to determine stakeholder satisfaction with N 2 O for PIV cannulation. A total of 393 N 2 O sedations for PIV cannulation were identified. Overall, procedure success was 96.2%. Most stakeholders reported that they were very satisfied: physicians—341/382 (89.3%), nurses—350/380 (92.1%), parents—347/383 (90.6%), and patients—331/377 (87.8%). Overall patient-parent agreement about N 2 O satisfaction was 94.1%. The most common adverse events (AEs) seen were dysphoria—11/393 (2.8%) and vomiting—5/393 (1.3%). None of the patients required prolonged stay for AE. N 2 O can be successfully used for PIV cannulation for PPS without clinically significant AE and has a high degree of satisfaction among the stakeholders. N 2 O should be considered as a method to reduce anxiety and pain in patients requiring PIV cannulation and those subjected to repeated procedures. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Quality management and project management appear as themes of strategic management today. The adoption of the project management constitutes a new way in organizing the production. It helps to cope with the complexity of the environment, to reduce the product life cycles and to make working arrangements more flexible. It should also adapt to the ICT revolution and restructuring of enterprises due to the dematerialisation of structures and transactions. Quality management, applied to more operations and strongly influenced by the quantitative approach seems compatible with project management. Indeed, the two paradigms emphasize the importance of customer satisfaction, teamwork, the role of leadership and the continuous improvement of processes and products. This paper aims to revisit the principles of relationship between total quality management and project management. Having shown the importance of incorporating fine patterns and project quality in business organization, we will explain how the ability to generate, select and conduct projects in an oriented accountability of management is able to enroll in a total quality.

Purpose: The purpose of this article is to discuss the impact of Supplier orientation and the resulting Supply Chain Management (SCM) approach, on the organizational performance of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems certified organizations. Methodology/Approach: Following a literature review, a full structural conceptual model was proposed. An online survey was administered to managers of Portuguese organizations with certified ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems. Descriptive Statistics and Structural Model Equations were used to validate the proposed conceptual model. Findings: There are positive relationships between Organization Strategy and Supplier Orientation, between Supplier Orientation and Stakeholders Satisfaction, and between Stakeholders Satisfaction and Organizational Performance Orientation, supporting ISO 9001:2015. These findings provide insights that supplier orientation, mediated by stakeholder satisfaction, is an essential tool for organizational competitive sustainable advantage. Research Limitation/implication: The analysis was based on managers of ISO 9001 certified organizations perceptions, so additional studies with actual data and longitudinal studies should be useful for further validation. Originality/Value of paper: The importance of the overall organizational ecosystem is highlighted with potential impact on the more than 1 Million ISO 9001 organizations certified worldwide and in their suppliers. Abstract: In spite of the significant amount of work that has been conducted to investigate the impact of environmental proactivity on firm financial performance, limited research has focused on other firm performance outcomes such as operational performance and stakeholder satisfaction. The roles played by interacting and mediating constructs have not been addressed adequately in the environmental proactivity/firm performance literature. Drawing on stakeholder theory and the resource-based view of the firm, this study on 291 firms in Malaysia has hypothesized that environmental proactivity is positively related to (1) operational performance, (2) organizational learning, (3) environmental performance, (4) stakeholder satisfaction and (5) financial performance. The study has also hypothesized that the types of technologies deployed to address environmental issues moderates the relationship between environmental proactivity and operational performance, whilst environmental performance mediates the relationship between environmental proactivity and stakeholder satisfaction, which in turn mediates the relationship between environmental proactivity and financial performance. Using structural equation modeling (SEM) for the data analysis, findings indicate that environmental proactivity is positively related to operational performance, organizational learning, environmental performance, stakeholder satisfaction and financial performance. Significantly, the mediating role of stakeholder satisfaction is also supported by the data even though the mediating role of environmental performance and the moderating role of types of technologies are not supported by findings. This study validates a model for assessing the relationships among a project manager's leadership style, teamwork, project performance, and stakeholder satisfaction. It determines whether the effect of leadership style on project performance can be mediated by teamwork. An industry-wide survey measured a project manager's leadership style, teamwork, and project outcomes in project performance and stakeholder satisfaction. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach confirmed this research model. Analyses show that a project manager who adopts transactional and transformational leadership can improve teamwork and capital facility project performance. Additionally, stakeholder satisfaction can be achieved with high levels of project success in schedule, cost, and quality performance.
