The thesis deals with the quality of support of family carers who take care of the sick elderly. In doing so, it examines both the situation of carers, the issue of family care and its pitfalls, and the state's approach to supporting family carers. It examines the development of this support and its targeting, while examining the development of support in the last five years, when the concept of family care support was included in the social policy outlook until 2025. It also addresses family carers as a separate group to which social work should be targeted.

This thesis deals with the prevention of youth delinquency in the Czech Republic. The theoretical basis is characteristic of individual in adolescence and system description prevention of youth delinquency. The section devoted to adolescence describes individuals aged 15-18years, describes the psychological and developmental characteristics. An Attention is paid to the causes of youth delinquency. The prevention part explains the theoretical foundations on which is a system of prevention in the Czech Republic. This thesis describes the system and highlights the continuity and consistency between the elements of the system. Special attention is given to prevention at the school and local community. The empirical part is devoted to identifying the opinions and attitudes of the respondents in the area of prevention. The survey used two methods of qualitative research - questionnaires and brainstorming. The aim of this thesis is to determine conditions in which are private kindergartens in the Czech Republic founded and kept. What sorts of problem can meet founders of those institutions and how is nowadays situation judged by experts from different areas connected with the topic. A private kindergarten is an alternative to state one and in these days, where is high demand for place in kindergartens, this alternative is widely used. Information obtained from interviews revealed several problem situations. Founders of private kindergartens find the major problem in illogical legislation, mostly in area of hygiene demands. During questioning the author came across some differences in answers, which were connected with interpreting of laws and disunited attitude from state institutions. Interviews with experts revealed reasons for the different attitude when speaking about private kindergartens, which is caused by two factors. Firstly it is a mistake in Czech legislation, when current laws partly obstruct hygiene administration from controlling existing or newly established institutions for collective childcare. The aim of my bachelor thesis was to compare the support of export in the Czech Republic and Russian Federation from the institutional and legislative point of view and to assess effort of the both countries in this field. My thesis descibes the support of export itself and defines the legislative framework of the support of export in the Czech Republic and Russian Federation. After that the individual institutions which focus on the support of export are characterized. The complex comparation of the national system of the support of export and state institutions is placed in conclusion of my bachelor thesis.

This master thesis investigates the subject of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Kazakhstan and selected states of European Union (EU). Successful implementation of CSR depends on a number of factors influencing it. Firstly, CSR is regarded as a part of market strategic decision making. Thus, there should be certain level of awareness about CSR on this particular market. Secondly, CSR is highly dependent on the states' public policies and activities of civic sector organizations (CSOs). In this thesis I examine the interaction of the state, the market and civic sector in influencing and creating conditions for the development of CSR in Kazakhstan. One chapter is dedicated to CSR in Kazakhstan's oil and gas sector. This thesis also investigates and compares major differences regarding CSR in Kazakhstan and selected EU states. The aim of this thesis is to present current situation of CSR development in Kazakhstan and formulate recommendations for the successful development of CSR in this country.

Final thesis Analysis of CzechTrade export agency is describing development of first Czech export agency. It analyses chronological development of provided services from year of establishment to nowadays. Financial and other data have been analyzed as well. International offices of CzechTrade are generally described and description of four of them is more detailed. Those countries are France, Netherlands, Belgium and Austria.

The goal of my Bachelor thesis is the pro-export policy of the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into two basic parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the field of the state export promotion. In this part I am analysing the document Export Strategy of the Czech Republic for 2006 - 2010. I am describing the institutions in charge of the execution of the pro-export policy. In the practical part I am attending to company Škoda Auto a.s., it's history, production, export strategy, state export promotion and cooperation with the state-owned institutions.

The topic of my bachelor thesis brings about the issue of promotion of foreign trade in Germany. At the beginning I do describe the national institution which create the framework of the promotion of foreign trade. Later on I mention a few of the economic institutions which are involved as well. A very big part of my thesis is focused on the tools of promotion presented by credits and the ways of insuring the foreign business. At the end I recommend the two websites which are worth visiting by enterpreneurs active in foreign markets.
