Introduction Security systems and security units of potentially dangerous objects of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (especially the storage of combat stocks) should be able to effectively and timely detect and counter sabotage and reconnaissance groups, reconnaissance and strike UAVs, missile strikes, natural disasters, terrorists, saboteurs, etc., and fire and the technical equipment of the facilities must ensure reliable protection, security and defense. The relevance of the chosen research topic is also due to Ukraine's desire to meet international standards of NATO and the modern military sphere, which is impossible without developing new approaches to personnel management. Given the above, the problem of effective personnel management in the Armed Forces of Ukraine is very relevant. The urgency is exacerbated by the fact that at present the formation of Ukraine's military personnel policy, in particular on training, retraining and advanced training of specialists in the protection of potentially dangerous objects of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, occurs during the military conflict in Ukraine, using new methods of combat , the predominance of information warfare, the complications of geopolitical relations between the superpowers. The experience of the 1.5-month war against Ukraine shows that one of the main targets of attacks on the Armed Forces of Ukraine are arsenals, bases and depots of missiles and ammunition. Рurpose of the article is to analyze the system of training, retraining and advanced training of specialists in the protection of potentially dangerous objects (arsenals, bases and depots of missiles and ammunition, enterprises of the military-industrial complex) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and recommendations for their implementation. . Methods The basic general methods and approaches of research were used for research of the raised question: comparison, analysis, synthesis, abstraction, generalization and analogy. Results.The article presents an analysis of the existing system of training, retraining and advanced training of personnel for the protection of arsenals, bases and warehouses of missiles and ammunition of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Factors influencing the state of protection and survival of arsenals, bases and warehouses of missiles and ammunition are also identified. Particular attention is paid to the priority tasks in the field of development of the system of comprehensive resource security (survivability, protection and protection) of potentially dangerous objects of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the main directions of development of security systems (survival, protection and protection). Originality A typical three-dimensional model of the complex security system of the facility allowed to determine the principles, functions and priorities of the state personnel policy in the field of protection of potentially dangerous objects of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Methodological bases of use of modern systems of safety of objects on the basis of conceptual designing and platform approach taking into account modern achievements in the field of technologies of safety of objects are developed. This approach makes it possible to anticipate possible violations and actions of violators and takes full account of the requirements of customers (owners of facilities); uses advanced security technologies and means to respond to events; realizes all possibilities for protection and protection of the object. Conclusion Ensuring the comprehensive security of facilities is one of the most important ways to increase the state's defense capabilities, solving the problem of ensuring a high level of defense, economic and other potentials of the state. The essence of the protection of objects is to counteract the criminal intentions of violators. Conceptual design and a platform approach to security will ensure a guaranteed level of survivability, reliable protection and defense of objects. Educational work on the training of security specialists in the learning process should be saturated with increasing their information and analytical competence, the ability to predict and model the military-political situation; use methods of expert assessments; counter terrorism, especially information terrorism; know the technical means to combat sabotage and terrorism. Further research should focus on the development and improvement of regulatory, regulatory and methodological documents for training, retraining and advanced training of personnel for the protection of arsenals, bases and depots of missiles and ammunition of the Armed Forces of Ukraine., Системы безопасности и подразделения охраны потенциально опасных объектов Вооруженных Сил Украины (особенно хранения боевого запаса) должны быть способны эффективно своевременно выявлять и противодействовать диверсионно-разведывательным группам, разведывательным и ударным БПЛА, ракетным ударам, стихийным бедствиям, террористам, диверсантам и др., а огневое и техническое оборудование объектов должно обеспечить надежную защиту, охрану и оборону. В статье представлен анализ существующей системы подготовки, переподготовки и повышения квалификации личного состава по охране арсеналов, баз и складов ракет и боеприпасов Вооруженных Сил Украины. Исследованы Государственные стандарты профессионально-технического образования для подготовки рабочих по профессии 5169 «Охранник», факторы, влияющие на состояние охраны и обеспечения живучести арсеналов, баз и складов ракет и боеприпасов, предоставлены рекомендации по основным направлениям, особенностям и дальнейшему развитию подготовки личного состава по охране арсеналов, баз и складов с ракетами и боеприпасами Вооруженных Сил Украины., Системи безпеки та підрозділи охорони потенційно небезпечних об’єктів Збройних Сил України (особливо зберігання бойового запасу) повинні бути спроможні ефективно своєчасно виявляти та протидіяти диверсійно-розвідувальним групам, розвідувальним та ударним БпЛА, ракетним ударам, стихійним лихам тощо, терористам, диверсантам, кримінальним елементам та ін., а вогневе та технічне обладнання військових об’єктів повинно забезпечити їх надійній захист, охорону та оборону. У статі наведено аналіз існуючої системи підготовки, перепідготовки та підвищення кваліфікації особового складу з охорони арсеналів, баз та складів ракет і боєприпасів Збройних Сил України. Досліджено Державні стандарти професійно-технічної освіти щодо підготовки робітників за професією 5169 “Охоронник”; чинники, які впливають на стан охорони та забезпечення живучості арсеналів, баз та складів ракет і боєприпасів; надано рекомендації щодо основних напрямків, особливостей та подальшого розвитку системи підготовки особового складу з охорони арсеналів, баз та складів ракет і боєприпасів Збройних Сил України.
