The Bachelor thesis deals with the problematic of nursing care for the covid positive pacient. Covid-19 is a highly infectious respiratory disease transferred from human-to-human by airborne droplets with SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus. The first symptoms may appear as a common cold in the form of coughs and runny nose. In case of dyspnea and difficulty with breathing, hospitalization is necessary. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to map the problems in the care of a covid-19 positive patient. The practical part was processed using qualitative research. The research group consisted of seven nurses who care for the covid-19 positive patients. Data were collected using a semi-structured interview. Questions were created for the nurses with focus on the chalanges that the nurses perceived in the area of biological, psychological and social needs of covid positive patients. Based on the conducted interviews and the collected data, the results were processed by open coding into seven categories. The results of the research survey found that the biggest obstacle in the care of a Covid positive patient is the lack of communication between staff and patients in the area of psychological needs. In the area of social needs, the need for social contact between positive patients and their loved ones and the complete lack of it is the biggest problem. Nursing care itself is very specific. Strict principles of barrier nursing care must be followed in covid-positive patient environment. According to the research results, in the area of biological needs, the respiratory care and the patient's airway care are the most crucial. According to the informants, it is possible to use positioning, where the patient changes his position at regular intervals and consequently relieves himself from shortness of breath. Based on these results is created seminar material for medical staff caring for patients with covid-19. The seminar is focused on caring for the needs of covid positive patinents.

Specifika práce zahraničního zpravodaje Českého rozhlasu - komparativní případová studie Tomáš Linhart Abstract The thesis examines aspects of the job of foreign correspondents for Czech Radio. Apart from identification, description and analysis of those aspects, the thesis also includes secondary research aims: how is gatekeeping used in correspondents' practice, what influence social networks have on the transformation of their job and what are their views on the coverage of Austria in the Czech media landscape, which is the only neighbouring country without a permanent Czech foreign correspondent. The theoretical chapter describes the methodological approach, reviews related literature and summarizes information about gatekeeping, the influence of social networks, specific aspects of radio broadcasting with an emphasis on foreign correspondents, and the position of Austria in the world news by Czech media. The theory is followed by an analysis of eleven interviews (six current Czech Radio foreign correspondents, three past correspondents and two reporters with a personal experience from Austria) divided into nine sections. The article presents an integrated consideration of listening skills assessment issues with particular emphasis on listening and comprehension analysis (individual phases of listening comprehension: reception, interpretation, evaluation and response), taking into account the specifics of listening comprehension in Slavic languages, listening comprehension test criteria and also the possibilities in testing listening comprehension in the context of listening comprehension strategies and tactics, which seem to be the basic field of linguo-didactic research of these language skills. Příspěvek prezentuje komplexní pohled na problematiku řečové dovednosti poslech s porozuměním, klade důraz na analýzu průběhu poslechu s porozuměním (jednotlivé fáze poslechu s porozuměním: akustickou, identifikační, fázi porozumění a interpretace) se zřetelem ke specifikům poslechu s porozuměním ve slovanských jazycích, na kritéria zohledňovaná při tvorbě poslechového testu a také na možnosti testování této řečové dovednosti v souvislosti s poslechovými strategiemi a taktikami, které jsou v současnosti základní oblastí lingvodidaktického výzkumu této řečové dovednosti.

This thesis focuses on the concept of multi-grade schools. The aim is to describe the social networks in multi-grade schools and to discover some differences from traditional single-grade schools. The theoretical part of this thesis characterizes multi-grade schools and their specifics. The history of multi-grade schools and their current state in the Czech Republic and abroad is also briefly outlined in this part. The attention is mainly paid to the social network of multi-grade schools. The practical part describes the qualitative research carried out, the aim of which was to analyze the social networks of multi-grade schools, to describe the specific climate of these schools and the existence of the multi-grade schools as an institution, and also to focus on describing possible differences between multi-grade and single-grade schools. The research sample consisted of 9 teachers and headteachers from three multi-grade schools in the South Bohemian Region, with whom semi-structured interviews were conducted. Data were analyzed using the clustering. Research has shown that the main advantages of multi-grade schools include the development of pupils' social skills, the possibility to work with pupils individually and a better school and class climate which prevents bullying and other socio-pathological phenomena. These schools also offer suitable educational conditions for pupils with special educational needs. The disadvantages include especially the difficulty of the work of the school headteachers and also of the teachers, who have high demands on the organization of teaching.

Tento článek se zabývá specifiky marketingové komunikace neziskových organizací v České republice. Pro sekci věnovanou doporučením jsou rozhodující výsledky výzkumné studie marketingové komunikace neziskových organizací v České republice provedené v roce 2015 a následné výzkumné studie provedené v letech 2019-2020. Na základě výsledků posledního kvantitativního průzkumu, který zahrnoval účast 313 neziskových organizací, výsledků následného kvalitativního výzkumu managementu 50 neziskových organizací a srovnávacích studií z výzkumných studií provedených po celém světě, neziskové organizace vnímají význam public relations jako nástroj dlouhodobé udržitelnosti. Problémem však často je skutečnost, že se kvůli nedostatečným lidským a finančním zdrojům nemohou intenzivně a systematicky věnovat public relations. To, co v neziskových organizacích funguje nejlépe, jsou levné formy propagace, zejména PR, nejčastěji používané jsou „veřejné akce“, „články v médiích“ a „tiskové zprávy“ spolu s „zpravodaji“. Popularita veřejných akcí je způsobena skutečností, že zprostředkovávají emoce, společné zkušenosti a osobní kontakt mezi organizací a veřejností. This article deals with the specifics of marketing communication of non-profit organizations in the Czech Republic. For the section dedicated to recommendations, the results of a research study of the marketing communication of non-profit organizations in the Czech Republic conducted in 2015 and follow-up research study conducted 2019-2020 are crucial. Based on the results of the latest quantitative survey, which involved the participation of 313 non-profit organizations, the results of the follow-up qualitative research of the management of 50 non-profit organizations and comparison studies from research studies conducted around the world, non-profit organizations perceive the significance of public relations as a tool of long-term sustainability. However, the problem is often the fact that they cannot devote themselves to public relations intensively and systematically because of insufficient human and financial resources. What works best in non-profit organizations are low-cost forms of promotion, particularly PR, the most frequently used ones being “public events”, “articles in the media” and “press releases” along with “newsletters”. The popularity of public events is caused by the fact that they mediate emotions, joint experiences and personal contact between an organization and the public.

The bachelor's thesis focuses on project activity and its contribution to selected organization in the social sphere. The selected facility is Ledax o.p.s, which ranks among the social services companies with the highest subsidies in the South Bohemian Region and is also a company with a high number of projects implemented. The aim of the thesis was to find out what is the specification of the contribution of the project activity in the implementation of social services for selected facilities in the social field. In the context of the research objective, one research question was identified: What is the contribution of the project to Ledax o.p.s.? The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is focused on social services namely, the financing of social services and within this, the project management. The practical part was processed in the form of qualitative research using the method of secondary data analysis, triangulation and interviewing using the technique of semi-structured conversation. In order to achieve the objective of the work, an analysis of the social services provided by the selected company was first carried out. Furthermore, an in-depth analysis of the project activity for the period 2008 to 2018 was prepared, which dealt with the evaluation of data related to the use of subsidies in that period. The company's freely available data and annual reports were used to process this analysis, from which information was drawn for the analysis of the social services provided. Subsequently, semi-structured interviews were conducted with communication partners from the company examined, and from the Regional Office of the South Bohemian Region. These workers are engaged in project activities as part of their work. Research has found that the highest income from subsidy titles for the period 2008 to 2018 were distributed to Ledax o.p.s. from the state budget - the budget of the South Bohemian Region. On the contrary, the least comes from foundations and foundation funds. The funds mainly support the improvement of social care services and personal assistance. The research also found that the main contribution and use of project activity mainly lies in improving the social services provided, which could not be implemented from normal financing. The bachelor thesis identified the specifics, which is the dependency of the company on projects and subsidies, the application for subsidies for projects is actually feasible in both the practical and operational. As additional specifics, I would indicate the cooperation of Ledax o.p.s. with the project office, which is a sister company. This bachelor thesis can be a source of information for social service organisations and their employees engaged in project activities and the use of subsidies. Or it can be an asset and help Ledax o.p.s. to further project activities.

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir analizēt teorētisko literatūru par saskarsmes būtību un izpētīt rotaļnodarbības nozīmi saskarsmes prasmju veidošanā 5-6 gadīgiem bērniem. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tika apskatīta saskarsmes būtība, saskarsmes prasmju noteikšanas kritēriji un rādītāji bērna sociālo prasmju un personības attīstības izvērtēšanai, 5-6 gadīgu bērnu kognitīvā, sociālā, emocionālā un fiziskā attīstības specifika, rotaļnodarbība kā saskarsmes prasmju veicinātāja, bērnu pedagoģiskā – psiholoģiskā izpēte. Empīriskajā daļā tika noskaidrots Pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes personāla viedoklis, ka 5-6 gadīgu bērnu saskarsmes prasmes veidošanās norit sekmīgāk, ja rotaļnodarbība tiek organizēta, lai apmierinātu bērnu vajadzības pēc saskarsmes un sadarbības ar vienaudžiem, rotaļnodarbībā piedāvāta rotaļu daudzveidība. Pētījuma rezultātā tika izstrādātas rekomendācijas pedagogu saskarsmes prasmju pilnveidošanā. Veiktais pētījums par rotaļnodarbības nozīmi saskarsmes prasmju uzlabošanā palīdzēs audzinātājām rast individuālāku pieeju darba organizēšanā un vadīšanā ar rotaļnodarbības palīdzību, tādejādi uzlabojot savstarpējās saskarsmes prasmes, papildinot esošās zināšanas par 5-6 gadīgu bērnu specifiku darbā, individuālo pieeju katram bērnam, veicinot savstarpējo (gan bērniem ar personālu, gan savstarpēji) uzticību un adaptēšanos jaunā vidē. Galvenie rezultāti tika sasniegti, izmantojot personāla anketēšanas metodi, kura pierāda, ka rotaļnodarbība ir nepieciešama saskarsmes prasmju uzlabošanā, ar attieksmes, zināšanu, prasmju pielietošanu darbā ar mērķgrupu un teorija sakrīt ar praksi. Darba gaitā izveidotas 4 tabulas un 16 attēli., The goal of the Bachelor's work is to analyse the theoretical literature about the essence of communication and the significance of play lessons for the development of communication skills for children aged from 5 to 6. The theoretical part of the work deals with the essence of communication, the criteria for the determination of communication skills and indicators for the assessment of children's social skills and personality development, as well as the specifics of the cognitive, social, emotional and physical development of children aged 5 to 6. It views play lessons as the promoters of communication skills alongside with pedagogic and psychologic research of children. The empirical part finds out the opinion of the pre-school educational institution staff that the development of communication skills of children aged 5 to 6 is more succesful if play lessons are organized to satisfy the children's needs for communication and cooperation with their peers and if a variety of plays is offered. The research resulted in the elaboration of recommendations for raising the communication skills of the educators. The given research on the importance of play lessons for the improvement of communication skills will help the teachers to find a more individual approach for organizing and managing the work by the use of play lessons. Thus, the mutual communication skills will be improved, the knowledge on the specifics of the work with children aged 5 to 6 will be widened, as well as individual approaches will be found promoting mutual trust (both between children and teachers and among children themselves) and adaptation to a new environment. The main results have been reached by the use of personnel questionnaire method. It proved the necessity of play lessons for the development of communication skills. Theory and practice are matching and attitude, knowledge and skills must be applied when working with the target group. 16 charts and 4 tables have been created for the work.

Currently, there are more and more people who become ill with some form of dementia. Clinical course of the disease is so destructive that patients gradually become dependent on the care of someone else, and therefore it is necessary to find for them a residential care home, where their safety, continuous supervision and day care is provided. This bachelor thesis deals with various types of dementia and possibilities of the care for elderly people with dementia according to the Act No. 108/2006 Coll. Its aim was to find out specifics of the care for elderly people with dementia as seen by social services workers from one of the special regime homes and to indentify which ones they consider to be the most important. The research focuses on the communication with clients, their nutrition, everyday activities, activation and security of clients. As very interesting aspect was revealed the effort to find a balance between maintaining client´s dignity and the necessary reduction of their wishes in order to ensure the necessary safety. The findings of this research could help residential care home managers to select an appropriate further education for caregivers to deepen their communication skills and self-reflection.

The thesis is focused on the specifics of work of pedagogical worker with socially disadvantaged children during the process of their integration into the out of school care environment. The thesis is trying to find out how the pedagogical workers detect such disadvantage and furthermore how are they handling this problem. The research part is based on qualitative research strategy using the methods of observation, casuistry and open interviews.

The bachelor thesis deals with Vietnamese community, especially Vietnamese women. It contains of brief information about Vietnam and its culture. The thesis also describes the specific needs of Vietnamese woman during pregnancy, childbirth and puerperium. The thesis i salso involved in obstetrics in Vietnam which is different from czech obstetrics. Therefore, my aim was to find out whether Vietnamese women are satisfied with care during pregnancy and childbirth in the Czech Republic. What traditions and rituals are used in conection with prenatal, childbirth and postpartum periods, whether they are still adhered to even though they have been born in the czech republic or living here for a short time. Another aim was to find out whether the language barrier is the main problem during hospitalization between the vietnamese woman and the medical staff and how this barrier is solved. In the practical part quantitative research was carried out using a questionaire survey. I divided the respondents into two groups on vietnamese woman 1. and 2. generation. After that the data analysis was carried out and research showed that vietnamese woman rated prenatal care and the care in czech matertiny hospitals positively. The diploma thesis deals with project activities in the social sphere. The aim was to find out the specifics of project activities in the social sphere. There was one research question in relation to the objective of the research determined: What are the common features and what is the difference between project activities in social services in the South Bohemian Region? The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is focused on project management, non-profit sphere and especially on social services. The practical part of the thesis was done by qualitative approach. Data of drawing subsidies in social services in 2007 to 2013 in South Bohemian region program of support A were first evaluated in order to achieve the objective of the work. Semi-structured interviews with communication partners from non-profit organizations were done after. They were workers who are taking care of project activities in their work. Criteria for the selection of communication partners were anomalies in the allocated subsidies for social services from the support program A for the organizations in which the communication partners were employed at the time of the interviews. The interview was also conducted with a grant specialist from the South Bohemian Region. The research found that in Support Program A was supported most of these social services: nursing service, professional social counseling and homes for the elderly. On the other side, the following social services were the least supported: therapeutic communities, interpreting services, support for independent housing. Furthermore, the average subsidy from project activities to one social service, the minimum subsidy and the maximum subsidy were determined. Interviews with communication partners showed that everyone is working on projects in a team and have rich experiences. The diploma thesis identified several specifics, such as budget, financial uncertainty, variability of social services, insufficient allocation of funds, financial dependency of organizations on projects, and that projects are for the basic needs of services, such as salaries of employees. This diploma thesis may be an incentive for further research in this area, or a source of information for organizations providing social services and their staff involved in project activities and drawing subsidies.

Theme of the bachelor thesis is a utilization of quantification of nursing care in psychiatric hospitals. Psychiatry provides a treatment to persons with mental disorder. In most cases there is nobody to help the patient with his problems. So he searches some specialiste, in this case a psychologist or a psychiatrist. The doctor determines hospitalization of the sick man if the patient is not able to visit an ambulant treatment. For these patients there is performed a basic and a special nursing care. The basic nursing care is composed of feeding, hygiene, etc. The special nursing care provides diagnostic, terapeutic and monitoring operations. The thesis has theoretical and scientific parts. The theoretical part deals with discipline of psychiatry, with form and methodes of care, with legislative definition and with education and competences of nurses. The scientific research was realized by methode of quantification of nursing care by Pochylá and Pochylý (2008), it is a qualitative and quantitative methode. The first part deals with collecting of datas and subsequent recording datas to a record sheet. Next step was to determine activities of special nursing care. There were determined averages and standard deviations for operations thereby we gained average periods of all operations. The purpose of the thesis was to determine average time difficulty of all operations and to determine time values of nursing care of selected groups of patients. The research finds that the nursing care is the most used operation for sick men. Nursing care changes in patients according to the current state of health. Other specifics of nursing care include monitoring patients who may endanger themselves or their surroundings. The most often performed operation in psychiatric hospital in medication is per os. We chose 3 goals for the job. The first objective was to inventory special nursing care in psychiatric hospitals. Another objective is to determine the average time values for individual nursing activities of special nursing care in a psychiatric hospital. The final goal was to determine the time values of special nursing care in selected patient groups. Based on the first goal, a research question has been identified: What is the most common performance in a psychiatric hospital? Based on the second objective, the research question was determined: What are the average time values for individual nursing activities of special nursing care in a psychiatric hospital? Based on the third objective, the hypothesis was chosen: The time values of special nursing care are different for selected patient groups.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the accounting basics and discloses the accounting form of domestic recording studios. The theoretical knowledge about principles, methods, evaluation of assets and liabilities, users of accounting, the categories of enterprises, journalizing and posting, the entries of balance sheet and statement of profit and loss is described and applied to the recording studio. The objective of the work is to define the accounting basics and to show the recording studio in from the point of accounting and economical view. Therefore, the work describes the main items of long-term tangible and non-tangible assets and describe how the domestic recording studios looks like, what services do they offer and what is their economic activity. Already in theoretical part of the work are some of the specifics described, for example in the conflict of accounting principles, evaluating of non-tangible assets, in depreciation while some of those specifics are unfold in the end of the work. Hypothesis is, that accounting of recording studio is specific and different compared to the accounting routine. This thesis was disproved. Accounting of recording studio is mainly not different from accounting routine. The methods of bachelor's thesis were investigation via internet sites, own experience visiting recording studio and author's creating and verifying of hypothesis through the annual reports of some recording studios.

The theoreti-cal part defines basic legal definition, accounting and tax issues of homeowner´s association based on the scientific literature. The empirical part deals with select-ed accounting and tax problems that often occur in the association. It also deals with adaption of the statues to the new Civil Code. Peripheral venous catheter is used to access the venous system. It is one of the most commonly used invasive procedures in health care facilities. This procedure falls within the competence and daily tasks of nurses. Therefore this type of nursing care is susceptible to risk of proceeding routinely which might result in conscious or unconscious errors. Peripheral venous catheter needs to be introduced into the patient's vein in the following cases: planned parenteral nutrition, infusion or transfusion therapy, application of intravascular medication or contrast media, rehydration, blood sampling (which can be performed immediately after introducing the peripheral venous catheter and before administrating medication) and also during an emergency care for critically ill (such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation). Nurses should be as knowledgeable as possible about this issue so that the peripheral venous catheter can be introduced well and fulfil its purpose. It is important to ensure that nurses obtain all the necessary information about their patients before inserting the catheter and that they are able to properly inform the patients about the procedure and to communicate with them. Next, nurses should be familiar with the correct procedure for inserting catheters, they should be informed about possible contraindications and know how to choose the correct type of catheter as well as where to place it. Furthermore, nurses should care for this vascular access correctly and provide the patient with enough information about taking care of the catheter after the procedure. Finally, nurses should be aware of their own potential errors and also of possible complications. Therefore they should employ aseptic technique so that they can eliminate nosocomial infections. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part focuses on the history of peripheral venous catheters and their types, indications and contraindications, necessary equipment, nursing care, complications, etc. The empirical part consists of a research. The aim of the thesis was to map the use of peripheral venous catheters in hospitals as well as to identify factors that may lead to problems among the patients with peripheral venous catheters. Four research questions were assigned to these aims. 1. What is the procedure prior to inserting a peripheral venous catheter? 2. What are the standards of caring for patients with an inserted peripheral venous catheter? 3. In which steps of caring for peripheral venous catheters do the nurses lack knowledge? What equipment do the nurses prepare in order to insert a peripheral venous catheter? The Bachelor's thesis was conducted using a qualitative research survey. The methods of collecting data included semi-structured interviews and participant observations. The research was carried out only in one hospital ward and it was anonymous. First, the data were collected by means of a semi-structured interview. The nurses were asked 14 questions (see Appendix 8). During this interview, several more subquestions were added. The results of the interviews were then grouped into several categories for the sake of clarity. The second method of collecting data was participant observation. The observed facts were recorded into an observation sheet (see Appendix 9). The same nurses who were interviewed were also observed. This Bachelor's thesis has been written in order to provide a basic overview of the peripheral venous catheters. It could be used as an information source for more experienced as well as novice nurses. The practical output of this Bachelor's thesis is a nursing care standard concerning peripheral venous catheters. This standard was missing in the hospital ward and could help the nurses to take care of these vascular accesses, to proceed correctly and eliminate possible errors (see Appendix10).

Transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) is a new and an attractive method in cardiology and as well as in cardiac surgery. It is constantly evolving method which has been developed as an alternative to standard open surgery, especially in patients with severe symptomatic aortic stenosis with unacceptably high perioperative risk or patients who are not suitable for conventional open heart surgery because of age and comorbidities.A teamwork is very importantfor this new method and approach. The choice for TAVI is discussed by the institutional multidisciplinary heart team, typically consisting of interventional cardiologists, imaging-specialists, cardiac surgeons and anaesthesiologists. The first implant in a human being was performed by Cribierin 2002. In Czech Republic this method was first used in 2008. Transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) was accepted as a minimally invasive alternative to open surgery. This method does not require the use of cardiopulmonary bypass, and cardiac arrest. Other several benefits includinglower risks of bleeding and stroke events, better wound healing, less pain, as well as more rapid early recovery due to preservation of continuity of the sternumthat result in shorter durations of stay in the hospital, earlier rehabilitation and faster returns to normal life. In the presented work was used a combination of qualitative-quantitative methods of investigation. The data was obtained by using the quantitative research. The main technique was using the questionnaires designed for nurses working at the Department of Cardiac Surgery, Hospital Czech Budejovice, a. s. These results were backed up by the implementation of qualitative research, which investigated the patients and physicians view on monitored issues. Questioning method using a semi structured interview technique was used for qualitative research. The results of the survey were processed using descriptive statistics charts in LibreOffice Calc and using diagrams created in LibreOffice Writer. Qualitative results of the research were transcribed from audio recordings and coded, and the base code was created nine categories of interviews with clients/patients and three categories of interviews with doctors. The aim of this work was to explore the specific problem of nursing care about the clients / patients after transapical aortic valve implantation. On the base of our obtained data it is evident, that the client/patient after TAVI may be positioned sideways, the use of surgical drains are less frequently, so the care about the surgical wounds is simpler, patients report less pain in the surgical wound and postoperative rehabilitation and recovery is shorter. H1 - The nurses take care about the clients/patients after transapical aortic valve implantation in the same way as about the clients/patients after open aortic valve replacement, without realizing the differences between the patients treated with different approaches, was not confirmed. The nurses'sees/reported major differences in invasiveness and extent of providing care, rehabilitation, convalescent, in the duration of the hospitalization and better cosmetic effect. The results of the research can serve as a basis for creating the standards of nursing care or educational material for clients/patients. It is also possible to present the results of this work at a specialized seminar for non medical healthcare workers and results can also increase the quality of nursing care about the clients/patients after transapical aortic valve implantation.

This bachelor thesis focuses on a medical treatment of small children who are cured of cancer and how to cure by the radiotherapy. It also deals with differences between small kids and adults how to cure them properly and what are the causes of their illnesses. I wanted to show the differences among children's tumors and their treatments by radiotherapy. I have been to the radiotherapy center at Motol Hospital and I described some concrete cases of small children and I wanted to emphasize how important is to be individually as much as possible in every piece of this job. There are also graphical projections of the illness according to child's age and child's diagnosis. And there are also researching questions: Are there more children who are ill and need radiotherapy in the Czech Republic? The answer is done by graphical projection and it deals in period of 18 years since 1993 to 2013. . In the final part of my bachelor thesis you can find the results of the children medical treatment and also information from the written sources. It is interesting that the diagnosis of a concrete small child is different from a diagnosis from his or her adulthood. It is clear that a small child´s tumor is more often caused by a genetically bottom not by a bad lifestyle which is typical of an adult´s tumors. My bachelor thesis contains a basic overview of child´s tumors and it is meant especially for students of some medical branches.

This bachelors thesis theme deals with a comparison of two different nations. Japan and Czech republic. A communication between different nations is essential in todays world and for that reason it is necessary to learn the difference between each nation to be able to prevent possible misunderstanding. In this thesis I first describe cultural differences of these two nations and their impact on peoples behaviour. A base for my research is Hofstedes analysis. Whether this analysis is still valid I verify in the practical part of this thesis. At the end of this thesis I describe a possible negotiation between those two nations. Then I outline possible problems and I suggest a way to avoid it.

Pavlová, K. The Customer-Supplier Processes in Agriculture/Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2015. The aim of this thesis is to identify specifics of the customer-supplier processes in agriculture and reveal possible risks. The secondary aim of this thesis is to analyse the inventory management in the customer-supplier chain in agriculture. The practical part of this thesis describes the agricultural sector of the Czech Republic in current time and describes the customer-supplier process and potential specifics. The survey and its results are used to determine the specifics and potential risks of businesses in the sector. The Thesis identifies the main criteria for selecting suppliers and customers and by using a risk map are revealed key risks. By using dynamic model for inventory management are determined optimal parameters for the specific businesses.

Using a questionnaire among players and coaches, I examined the knowledge of specific gender needs and their placement in the training units, knowledge of competition systems and game plans, differences in rules and men's and women's ice hockey. Furthermore, player and coaching history and hockey coaching education. Using a questionnaire among public, I examined opinions on female players and women's ice hockey, differences in attendance and viewership of men's and women's matches, knowledge of male and female players, teams and international successes of national hockey teams. I compared average age, weight and height of male players in Tipsport Extraliga and female players in women's league. I also compared the amount of training units of men's team HC Verva Litvínov and women's team HC Litvínov in the season 2014/2015. The thesis is devoted to identifying of the specifics of the sales and stock management of the sales department of the companies CARTec motor Ltd., an authorized dealer of Jaguar, Land Rover and Range Rover and the company Carent Inc., an authorized dealer and official representative of Ford in the Czech market. The aim is to analyze the processes associated with the sale of the new cars and stock management of the sales department for both companies, to identify the specifics and differences of a sector in which the companies operate. Subsequently find problematic activities and the bottlenecks in the new car sales and management of the sales stocks and propose solutions to these specific problems The proposals for solutions of the identified problems and optimization of the individual processes associated with the sale of new cars can not be put into practice and realize due to the reasons of the stringent conditions and requirements from the importers and manufacturers of these brands when operating in an official authorized dealer network. Companies CARTec motor Ltd. and Carent Inc. should therefore continue to keep the same direction and to practice their trade policy as usual, the sales and service departments operate under the environment and conditions which currently rule the official authorized dealer network and Ford brands JLR almost optimally.

The title of my thesis is Nursing care after spinal surgery. The number of patients with problems of different parts of the spine is growing as well as indications to operational solutions. This is due to society trends and a greater load on the body. Therefore operational procedures requiring specific nursing procedures for treatment in the early post-operative period increase. The thesis highlights the issue of specific nursing care for patients with various diseases and parts of spine. It points out that there is no universal measurement of nursing care for different types of operations on the same section of the spine and it is necessary to choose the right procedure in specific nursing care along with subsequent rehabilitation care. The number of people with diseases of the spine indicated for surgery continues to increase. Research mentions modern days numbers compared with the time 20 years ago and I dare say the numbers are disastrous. There is nothing to wonder about. Disproportionate load does not decrease, a sedentary way of life either at work or at home also adds to the risk of developing these diseases. These have resulted in discomfort mainly in personal life of a human, but also threaten their working and social role and disrupt the economic security, which we cannot do without nowadays. In our thesis we deal with already incurred pathological manifestations indicated for a surgery. In other words, what happens to the patient, if they are recommended by our outpatient physician - neurosurgeon for a surgery. The lack of nursing literature on this specific issue was the reason for us to choose this theme. In the theoretical part we will discuss the general structure - spine anatomy and physiology, basic terms related to the basic movements, and curvature of the spine. Since our thesis is focused on nursing care after a surgical treatment of diseases of various sections of the spine at the department of Neurosurgery, Traumatology and the Infectious department in České Budějovice, the theoretical part includes basic theoretical outlines of the most important surgical procedures performed at these departments in the hospital of České Budějovice a.s.. Furthermore, we will get to the specifics of nursing care after these surgeries related to early rehabilitation care and close cooperation with physiotherapists. It should be emphasized that teamwork is the cornerstone in the care of patients after spinal surgery, whose subsequent rehabilitation and education in self-care after being discharged from the hospital care is one of the basic prerequisites for a successful recovery and return to their working and social role. The research part focuses on the following objectives: Aim 1: To determine whether nurses know the correct procedures for early rehabilitation of patients after spinal surgery Aim 2: Find out what is the level of collaboration between nurses and physiotherapists in the specifics of patients after spinal surgery Aim 3: To determine whether the nurse´s education and length of practice has an impact on the provision of specific nursing care for patients after spinal surgery Furthermore, using the research questions related to this issue: Research 1: How do nurses and physiotherapists cooperate in a patient´s care after spinal surgery? Research 2: Is a nurse´s length of practise connected with higher expertise in providing specific nursing care to the patient after a spinal surgery? Research 3: Does the education of nurses affect the knowledge of the specifics of the nursing care to the pacients after a spinal surgery? Research 4: How do nurses extend their knowledge in specifics nursing care for pacients after spinal surgery?

The aim of my diploma thesis is to explain the basic financial indexes in the Czech banking sector, to analyze Czech banks with the model of financial health RSW, which was modified according to the specifics of Czech enterprises, and to contribute to the conclusion, if it is possible to apply the model RSW in its modified form for testing financial health of Czech banks. The RSW model results will be compared with achieved results in the model, which I named alternative comparative model (S-model). S-model works with indexes from banks annual reports. The theoretical part will be defined by definition of bank and a brief description of Czech banking, by financial description of the specifics in bank statements and fundamental indexes. Then I will describe the way of using the model RSW in its modified form. In the practical part of my diploma thesis I will test eighteen Czech banks by RSW model and compare achieved banks ratings with the alternative comparative model. I choose the techniques of S-model based on my individually attained knowledge and read literature.

Dvořáková, S. Impacts of the economic depression in the tourism sector in the Czech Republic. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2014. Tourism is among important sectors of the national economy of the Czech Repub-lic, while belonging to the service sector. It is significant because of its impact on the labor market, businesses, transport, environment, etc. The performance of this sector is dependent on external factors -- the situation abroad, natural disasters, political situation. This work deals with the impact of the economic crisis in the tourism sector in the country. This thesis aims to verify and quantify the impact of the economic depression on tourism in the Czech Republic and predict possible future developments in this area. First the definition of tourism. It is then observed the development of tourism at a time in the Czech Republic and describes signifi-cant factors affecting tourism. The following is an estimate of the individual mo-dels, which are studied classical regression model assumptions. On select models, predictions are made for future development and compiled confidence intervals.

This bachelor thesis is aimed to the activation activities as a part of social work in the nursing home. The goal of the theoretical part of bachelor work is to describe social work, roles and job description of social worker and describe each activation activities used in the Nursing home Benešov. In the Theoretical part there are named personality assumptions, roles and job description of social worker in nursing homes. This part deals with descriptions of activities in the Nursing home Benešov. Theoretical part was created by using of analysis and synthesis of data from scientific literature and the other sources of dealing with the problems of the elderly and with activation activities. The goal of practical part is to find what are the possibilities and limits of social work focusing on activation activities in Nursing home Benešov. Depending on the goals have been established two research questions. The main research question is: What are the specifics of social work in a nursing home? Partial research question asks what is the role and activities of social workers in activation activities in the nursing home. For the goal of bachelor thesis was chosen the qualitative research. I have used the questioning method and the technique of the semi-structured interview and the secondary analysis of data and the method of SWOT analysis. The research has shown that social work in a Nursing home Benešov is limited by many factors. There is a lack of financial sources, which greatly affects the activation programs, there is a bad client motivation. Roles and activities of social workers in Nursing home Benešov are similar for the two respondents and one respondent operates mostly as a coordinator of social work and activation activities. The gained knowledge of this bachelor thesis can be used as a source of activation activities and social work in a Nursing home Benešov and also as a basis for improving services in this facility. The work will be used as feedback for the device, where the research was conducted.

Theoretical groundwork Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP from now on) is nowadays referred to as the golden standard in diagnostics and treatment of bile duct and pancreas diseases. At the same time it is regarded as the most reliable method of modern medicine in diagnostics of most common oncogenic diseases of pancreas. This examination combines endoscopic diagnostics with X-ray screening and it is unique thanks to the direct display of bile and pancreas ducts. Final picture is made by probing of Vater papillae filled by a contrastive liquid. Other merit consists of completing eventual therapy that follows the diagnostic ERCP. Disadvantages of this examination are complications that may arise already when probing or after a certain period of time. Therefore it is essential to consider each ERCP procedure carefully. Nursering ERCP at the endoscopy section as well as at the ward block of the gastrointestinal department bears its particularities. The priority at the endoscopic section is to employ manually and technically competent nurses skilled in ERCP so they can assist the gastrointestinalist properly. The nurses must be also able to establish contact with the patient to guide him through the examination, using professional skills. Exactly the nurses moderate possible concerns of the examined person. Communication at the ward block is crucial as well ? the nurses explain particularities of the treatment and instruct the patient in basic rules of hospitalisation. They also must be professionally skilled to care for patients after ERCP. Goals of the thesis The aim of this thesis is to monitor particularities of nursing ERCP at the endoscopic section of the gastrointestinal department and to learn how the general treatment of ERCP patients is carried out at the ward block.Qualitative methodology was used for the empirical part of the thesis. Data were collected by interviewing and hidden observations.Results The research survey indicated that ERCP examination nursing treatment bears its particularities that are well known and reflected by nurses at the endoscopy section. Patients confirm that the skills of nurses minimize their stress when undergoing the treatment. The survey indicated that an ERCP examination should be assisted by a nurse with not only technical and manual skills but also empathic and anticipating qualities in order to react appropriately without confusion. Nurses should be able to explain the treatment to the patient properly and to create a comfortable ambience. The survey also indicates that nurses actively seek for courses to keep their knowledge up to date. Particular complications are managed very well by the nurses, they are familiar with specific complications and are always prepared and able to provide the patients adequate nursing. Nursing at the ward block is also at high level in the field of knowledgeableness when informing patients or preparing arrangements and regimes. The patients themselves are satisfied with the overall care after the ERCP examination. The hidden observations show that the nursing after ERCP examination follows the literature properly. Pleasant surprise was that nurses at the ward block of the gastrointestinal department fully implement the five parts of nursing process ? from reviewing the health status of the patient in the beginning to their final evaluation, and that they concurrently create up-to-date nursing diagnoses.

Jiří Trunda ABSTRACT: The Churches and religious denominations can become school and school facility founders according to the law no. 561/2004 of the Statute book, Education law. What are the specifics of the Church schools from the management of education point of view, which this work deals with? And do these specifics actually exist? Do the tangible differences that clearly specify the Church school against the school founded by the municipality, region or the union of municipalities exist? We will focus on the Church grammar schools. There are 18 such grammar schools in the Czech Republic and all of them, were founded by the Roman Catholic Church. These institutions create a specific, not large group of schools that provide high-quality education and also pass religious values on with emphasis on respecting the uniqueness and value of each human being. In the beginning, this work shortly looks into the historical development of the Church schools and their actual legal status. Rašytojus ir menininkus paveikė filosofų, kurie piešė kultūros ateitį su niūriu pesimizmu, idėjos. Prieškario Vilniuje jų apokaliptinės išraiškos sukūrė bendrą intelektualinę aplinką, kurioje svarbų vaidmenį vaidino menininkai bei mąstytojai ir mokslininkai. Witkacis (Stanisław Ignacy Witkiewicz), vienas žymiausių lenkų groteskos kūrėjų, dažnai vaizduodavo įvairius absurdiškus įvykius su iškreiptais pojūčiais ir pasąmonės jausmais, o prieš antrąjį pasaulinį karą buvo apimtas katastrofinių vaizdinių, apie kuriuos rašė ir analizavo meditacinėse filosofinėse studijose. Groteskos išraiška priklauso nuo tokių faktorių, kaip autoriaus talentas, psichologinis polinkis, ketinimas, estetinis užmanymas, literatūrinė scena, taip pat nuo neliteratūrinių faktorių, kaip socialinė aplinka ir politinis klimatas. Straipsnyje analizuojamos 20-ojo amžiaus lietuvių ir lenkų dramos, groteskos išraiškos, funkcinis ir istorinis kontekstas. Lenkų dramose šiuolaikinės groteskos kilmė susijusi su tradiciškai racionalios pasaulėžiūros krize pirmojoje 20-ojo amžiaus pusėje. Po antrojo pasaulinio karo, groteska lenkų, kaip ir lietuvių, dramoje tapo svarbia dvasinio savarankiškumo išlaikymo ir opozicijos socialistiniam režimui išraiškos priemone. Teoriniu lygmeniu paralelės tarp lietuvių ir lenkų dramos yra įdomi medžiaga interpretuojant groteskos išraiškas ir nusakant meninį žanro repertuarą.

Infectious complications belong to the most serious problems after endoprosthesis implantation. Their solution is very demanding for its surgical and psychological aspects with regard to its devastating effects and uncertain prognosis. The percentage of infections complications fluctuates between 0.5 and 2 % nowadays. From nurse?s point of view the care about these patients is very demanding and has its exactly defined specifics. The aim of the thesis was 1: To map the knowledge of the causes of occurrence of infectious complications after TEP of hip or knee joint among nurses. 2: To map the knowledge on nursing care of patients with infectious complications after TEP of hip or knee joint among nurses. 3: To examine adherence to aseptic procedures in caring about patients with infectious complications after TEP of hip or knee joint. Three research questions were set to reach the goals: 1. What is the extent of knowledge of the causes of occurrence of infectious complications after TEP of hip or knee joint among nurses? 2. What is the knowledge of specific care of patients with infectious complications after TEP of hip or knee joint among nurses? 3. What is the extent of knowledge of specific needs of patients with infectious complications after TEP of hip or knee joint among nurses? 4. To what extent nurses adhere to aseptic procedures in caring about patients with infectious complications after TEP of hip or knee joint? Qualitative research was applied to elaboration of the thesis. Semi-structured interviews and involved observation were the data collection methods and techniques. The research was performed at the infectious disease department of the České Budějovice Hospital. The survey was anonymous, the interviews and observation were conducted from 1 to 25 February 2013 . The research has shown that nurses know the causes of infectious complications occurrence after TEP. It is also obvious that nurses are aware of the specifics of nursing care about these patients and they also have theoretical knowledge of the needs. However the analysis of the replies has revealed that nurses have problems with applying some nursing procedures, namely becauseof partial ignorance, uncertainty and impossibility to try some procedures. The results have also shown that all the nurses try to saturate physical needs of patients but not all of them are able to saturate patients? physical needs as they mentioned in their replies and as we could observe. These are particularly drawbacks in communication in the field of motivation, mental support and self care support. We have also found that most of the nurses adhere to aseptic procedures in nursing care of patients with infectious complications after TEP, but the results have also revealed weak points. More than a half of the nurses of the monitored sample fail to perform hygienic disinfection in compliance with the standardized technique and a third of them do not disinfect their hands even before the act. We have found further drawbacks particularly in handling sterile and biological material. The research results have shown that despite lack of information and experience the nurses proved their general knowledge of care about these patients in their replies. However there is still a lot to learn, both theoretically and practically. This thesis was written to bring basic outline of the issue of infectious complications after total endoprosthetic replacement so as it can be used as information material for both, experienced or starting nurses that are in contact with patients with infectious complications after TEP. A multidisciplinary seminar aimed at the issues of infectious complications after total hip or knee endoprosthetic replacement (see Annex 12) is the practical output of the bachelor thesis

Theoretical background Psychiatry belongs to fundamental branches of medicine. Its task consists of diagnostics, treatment and prevention of mental diseases. Psychiatry includes adult psychiatry, child psychiatry and adolescent psychiatry, gerontopsychiatry, psychiatric addictology, psychiatric sexulogy with psychiatric rehabilitation. Nowadays, importance of the psychiatric branch is increasing; according to epidemiologists, we can see a slightly upward trend in the number of psychiatric patients. Work of a nurse in the department of psychiatry differs considerably from work in other standard departments. Such work is demanding both physically and mentally. In the department of psychiatry, it is extremely necessary that the nurse builds up a close relationship with the patient and acquires their confidence. Goals of the thesis The goal of the thesis was to map differences relating to work of a nurse working in the department of psychiatry, to find out what communication skills a nurse working in the department of psychiatry must have and in addition, to find out what the possibilities of further education within the framework of life-long education for nurses working in the branch of psychiatry are available. Methodology The qualitative methodology was applied to the research. The data were obtained by the interview method. Prior to execution of the research as such, the staff nurse was asked for permission and she agreed with execution of the research concerned. In cooperation with the charge nurse and the head nurse of the department of psychiatry, seven interviews with the nurses were made. The interview consisted of twelve questions and was absolutely anonymous. The written records of the interviews were analysed and the results were divided into categories and sub-categories subsequently. Results Based on the research, it was discovered that work of nurses in the department of psychiatry is much different from work thereof in other departments. The nurse working here should be interested in the field and should have good knowledge of the psychiatry-related issues. The nurse working in the department of psychiatry should be competent, resourceful and should be well informed of the patients to be able to perceive early possible changes in their behaviour. In the psychiatric nursing care it is important in particular to communicate correctly with various types of patients. Therefore, it is vital for the nurse to be well versed in mental diseases and symptoms thereof. Behaviour, perception and communication of the psychiatric patient are often affected by the disease as such. There are various communication barriers which the nurse has to cope with. Therefore, the nurse should be able to use all components of verbal as well as non-verbal communication correctly. Preparation for incidents consists of in particular regular training in the area of occupational safety and protection of health at work, fire protection and study of methodological guidelines and standards of the department of psychiatry. Certain preparation for incidents is included as well. There are sufficient possibilities of further education in psychiatric nursing care available. As it followed from the research, the nurses show active interest in education and search therefor independently. The nurses are sufficiently supported by their superiors in the search for suitable educational projects. Conclusion Considering the overall view of the thesis results, it is possible to say that the research questions were answered and the set goals of this thesis were achieved. The results of this bachelor's thesis may serve as supporting source material for lectures on nursing care in departments of psychiatry. In addition, the thesis may serve students as study and source material for their own studies and work.

The aim of this work was to investigate specific aspects of care at a nursing unit when treating Hindu worshippers. To achieve this objective four research questions were selected. This thesis was divided into theoretical and practical part. In the first half of the theoretical part the basic elements of Hinduism, its history, directions and expansion to the Czech Republic, but also the customs, rituals and lifestyle of its worshippers were described. The second half of the theoretical part was focused on multicultural and transcultural approaches that are very important in nursing care for patients/clients of different beliefs. In the empirical part of the work the very investigation using qualitative research method was performed. This took the form of semi-standardized interview. The interview contained 40 questions which were further extended with additional questions to get the most detailed information. In the last part of the empirical part we summarized the results in a discussion. With our research survey we answered all the research questions. It was found that the respondents are not satisfied with the Czech health care system, especially with the availability of health care. The respondents said that they did not like long order times for medical procedures and tests. They were bothered with full waiting rooms at the doctors. From the results related to the second question it was found that, despite some negative experience, the respondents are rather positive about the hospitalization in the Czech Republic. Mainly, the respondents did not like the hospital environment. The answer to the third research question was given to us by another group of questions focused on nursing care. The experience with nursing care was both positive and negative. Although respondents often expected different behavior from nurses than was really encountered, the results of our survey showed that the respondents are satisfied with nursing care. None of these outcomes relates to their religious beliefs. The last group of questions gave us the answers to the fourth research question. We investigated the specifics in the treatment of Hindu worshippers in the field of nutrition, hygiene, religious belief and prayers during hospitalization, leisure time spending during hospitalization, dying and death. In the field of nutrition we noticed certain specifics. Hindus are vegetarians and lacto vegetarians who regulate their diet according to strict religious rules. Hospital food does not respond to their rules, therefore they let their food be brought from their friends. Further specifics resulted from the issues relating to religion and prayers. Hindu worshippers perform their prayers each day even during hospitalization. Hindu prayers may be performed by whispering or mutedly, lying in bed, therefore they do not require any special prayer room. Their prayers are quiet and do not disturb anyone. That closely relates to the answers to questions about the specifics of leisure time spending during hospitalization which the Hindu worshippers mostly spend by activities associated with belief. In their free time they mostly listen to spiritual music, read sacred texts and perform prayers. In the field of dying and death we have not discovered any specifics. Only in the understanding of death. For the Hindu worshippers, death is seen as a new beginning, so they are looking forward to it and getting ready for it for all their life. Hindus believe that, after death, they are born again in a new body. With our survey we were able to answer all the research questions and thus achieve the aim of the thesis, which was to find out what the specifics in the treatment of Hindu worshippers at a nursing unit are. Based on the results of the research, information material for nurses was developed, in which the specifics of treatment of Hindu worshippers are described.

This Bachelor´s thesis focuses on caring for cataract patients. Cataract is one of the leading causes of blindness in the world and the surgery for its correction is the most common surgery in the developed countries. 80 % of all that people perceive comes to them through their eyes; that´s why deteorating vision may mean limited self-sufficiency or even a complete loss of thereof; patients may then find it difficult to look after themselves. This Bachelor´s thesis consists of both theoretical and practical components. The theoretical part is concerned with cataract as a disease; it establishes the definition of this illness, its kinds, diagnostics and treatment. A substantial part focuses on nursing care for cataracts, defining concepts such as self-sufficiency and its evaluation and assessing the functional degree of self-care. The practical part consists of a choice method of a quantitative and qualitative research. The quantitative research uses the method of a questionnaire for patients; a partly-structured interview with nurses was used as a means to achieve the aim of the qualitative research. The interviews, which took place in the Ophthalmology department in the hospital in České Budějovice and the Lexum European Eye Clinic are included in this thesis. This work had established two aims. The first one was to find out the specifics of nursing care for cataract patients. This aim was aided by 2 research questions. The first of them was: what are the specifics of nursing care for cataract patients? The second one was: do the nurses know what the specifics of nursing care for cataract patients are? The second main aim was to find out the differences in the patients? care for themselves before and after getting surgery for cataract. This aim was supplemented by Hypothesis 1: after having surgery to correct cataract, patients show higher level of self-sufficiency than before the operation. Hypothesis 1 was confirmed on the basis of the acquired results. In the case of a successful defense of this Bachelor´s thesis, the results will be published in a medical journal.

In order to have successful television advertising spot, it is important to define the specifics typical for the product which are acceptable in the country where the spot will air. The purpose of coffee as a product is to appeal to senses and to whet the appetite, preferably in a good company where peace, joy and pleasant atmosphere dominates. The important part of an advertising spot is also demonstration of drinking and preparing coffee so that the consumer can learn how to prepare coffee properly. This product has clearly delimited target audience. In case of instant coffee, the target audience, are men and women from 25 to 35 years. On the other hand, ground coffee is appreciated by men and women in their forties.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the management of church kindergarten (CK). It deals with the specifics of the CK and differences due to the municipal kindergarten. The aim is to compare sub-areas of management of CK and municipal kindergartens. Based on this I would like to find out whether there are differences between church kindergarten and municipal kindergartens management. The work should expand the awareness of professionals and managers and to facilitate the orientation of the church kindergarten, especially for beginners. Legislation looks at religious schools like private schools, but it is a separate category. In the practical part completion of a questionnaire and guided interview was chosen as the research method. The research focuses on the differences in the areas of local church nursery and municipal kindergarten management. Another endpoint is the view of managers on the church kindergarten. Since these differences are mainly legislative this is rather supplement to the theoretical part, where differences and specific have already been revealed.

The main aim of my thesis is to identify specifications of Vietnamese entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic. In the introduction I'm briefly describing the thesis scope and what each particular chapter contains. The thesis itself is divided into two parts - the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to the entrepreneurship, description of entrepreneur's personality and nature of Vietnamese people who live in the Czech Republic. The practical part includes analysis of data which were gathered by questionnaires filled by 46 Vietnamese entrepreneurs and trying to find a way to help them enhance their business.

The subject of this diploma thesis is Analysis of the current state of spas in Carlsbad. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the status of Carlsbad and its specifics on the market of spa services in Czech Republic. The analysis is focused on entities that currently operate in the field of spa services in Carlsbad. The outcome of this work is to assess the current state of spas in Karlovy Vary, analysis of the different types of entities that deal with spa services and evaluation of their common and diferent features. This thesis also deals with evaluation of the impact of changes in the Indication list on the spa services in Karlovy Vary.

Sportinė trauma – viena iš pagrindinių priežasčių, dėl kurios sportininkas negali dalyvauti treniruotėse, varžybose. Plintant aktyviam gyvenimo būdui, sportinių pažeidimų problema tampa vis aktualesnė ir kasdieniniam gyvenime (Barkauskas, 1995). Traumas sukeliančių mechanizmų ir veiksnių žinojimas leidžia veiksmingiau atlikti profilaktinį darbą. Dėl to labai svarbu į jį įtraukti tyrėjus, trenerius, gydytojus, kurie pasinėrę į sporto traumatizmo problemas (Ренстрём, 2003). Tyrimo tikslas – nustatyti ir palyginti Lietuvos vaikų, jaunių ir didelio meistriškumo krepšinio komandų traumų pasireiškimo dažnį, priežastis ir specifiką priklausomai nuo amžiaus. Tikslui pasiekti įgyvendinome uždavinius, t.y. nustatėme dažniausiai krepšininkų tarpe pasitaikančių traumų priežastis ir traumų dažnį priklausomai nuo amžiaus. Nustatėme traumų specifiką priklausomai nuo amžiaus. Nustatėme kokios yra taikomos prevencinės priemonės sumažinti traumingumui. Atlikus tyrimą priėjome prie išvadų jog dažniausiai pasitaikančios traumos vaikų 10-14 m. (45 proc.) ir jaunių 14-18 m. (45 proc.) yra rankų pirštų traumos, o aukšto meistriškumo krepšininkų tarpe dažniausiai pasitaikanti yra čiurnos trauma (28 proc.). Vaikų komandos vidutiniškai per sezoną patyrė 13 ± 2, jauniai – 14 ± 2 ir aukšto meistriškumo komandos 4 ± 2 traumos per sezoną. Sports infringement problem become more acute in daily life (Barkauskas, 1995). Injury causing mechanisms and factors knowledge allows more effectively carry out preventive work. So therefore it is important to include researchers, coaches, doctors, who are immersed in sports injuries issues (Ренстрём, 2003). Aim of the study – to compare Lithuanian children, youth and professional basketball teams injury frequency, causes and specificity depending on age. In order we achieved implementation, i.e.we find out the mostly among common basketball injuries and injury rate depended on age. We found what preventive measures are used. After the research had been made we concluded that the most commin injury in children 10-14 (45 percent) and Junior 14-18 (45 percent) was fingers injury, and in professional basketball players ankel injuries (28 percent) were he most common injury. Children‘s team had a season averge of injuries - 13±2, youth - 14±2 and professional teams - 4±2 innjury during the season. The method of qualitative investigation through dialogs and participant-concealed observation has been adopted for my investigation into the topic of ?Specifics of nursing care for patients confined to psychiatric hospitals?. The research group consisted of nurses and patients of the Havlíčkův Brod Psychiatric Hospital, namely ten nurses working at the in-house care ward in this hospital and ten patients hospitalized at this ward. The participant observation included all ten nurses who gave answers to the questions posed. Dialogs with nurses and patients consisted of 16 and 12 questions respectively. I have defined the following three aims: find out the specifics of nursing care for patients hospitalized in psychiatric hospitals; find out the patients? awareness of treatment options available; and find out the readiness of nurses to communicate with patients suffering from mental disorders. These aims were complemented with the following three research questions, asking: whether the nurses are aware of the specifics of nursing care for patients hospitalized in psychiatric hospitals; whether the patients are informed about treatment options; and whether the nurses are able to communicate with patients hospitalized in psychiatric hospitals when performing their nursing duties. The research has proved that nurses know the specifics associated with tending to patients hospitalized in psychiatric hospitals, and that they are able to communicate with insane patients. It was also discovered that the patients have been insufficiently informed about the treatment of their disorders, the examination procedure and possible post-examination complications. In order to improve the knowledge of nurses, it would be good practice to organize training in the psychiatric hospital aimed at the nursing care specifics and at communication with insane patients.

The work describes the situation about Open Source ERP systems. Initially it is introducing expressions like Open Source and ERP system. Then it describes the structure of costs and expected effects. Next it analyzes the methodology and implementation processes of Open Source ERP system in the small and medium-sized enterprise. It reflects the relationship between supplier and customer and points out the importance of planning and evaluation of the achieved effects. The last part is focused on the classification of selected leading Open Source ERP systems. It deals with the analysis, definition of the key features and creating the unified overview. To conclude using a detailed weighting evaluation of individual criteria it compares selected leading Open Source ERP Systems with regard to the implementation of risk.

It is well known that many different minorities are living in the territory of the Czech Republic, one of which is a Japanese minority. Healthcare professionals should have sufficient information about this not-very-numerous minority to ensure the provision of high-quality nursing care. This thesis is entitled ? Specifics of nursing care for clients/patients from the Japanese minority? and comprises two main parts. The first theoretical part describes the Japanese, their culture, habits and language, communication in multicultural nursing, and the nursing process and educational activities of nurses in the multicultural nursing environment. The second part covers research identifying the specifics of the Japanese minority in the area of nursing care. Experiences of the clients/patients from this minority with hospitalization in healthcare facilities and with the provision of specific nursing care in the Czech Republic were also examined. The qualitative form of investigation was used in this work. Data was obtained from a semi-structural interview with four members of the Japanese minority living in the Czech Republic. The interview contained 86 questions compiled according to the conceptual models for nursing practice by Gordon and Leininger. Based on the data obtained, case records were prepared and processed into categorization tables. After evaluating the results of the investigation, the following 4 hypotheses were formulated: H1 The Japanese minority has special dietary habits. H2 Patients from the Japanese minority have had a positive experience with hospitalization in the Czech Republic. H3 No language barrier exists in patients from the Japanese minority. H4 Patients from the Japanese minority have no specific requirements for nursing care. The results of the investigation were summarized in the Manual of Nursing Care for clients/patients from the Japanese minority, with the main objective of facilitating healthcare professionals´provision of nursing care for these patients/clients.

This bachelor's thesis defines specifics of Moldavian market in terms of internal and external conditions and outlines possible future developments in the economy cooperation with the European Union. First chapter describes development of economic situation. Second chapter charakterizes foreign trade of Moldova. Third chapter defines international cooperation of Moldova, especially cooperation with EU.

Zoo dnešní podoby je z pohledu architektonického pestrou mozaikou staveb a prvků prakticky v celé typologické škále. Česká republika patří v tomto ohledu k zemím s bohatou historií a velmi rozvinutou sítí současných zoologických zahrad a parků. Přesto neustále chybí ucelený koncepční pohled na danou problematiku, shrnující zkušenosti dosavadního vývoje a vyúsťující do systematického procesu projektové přípravy. Zpracovávaná disertační práce si proto stanovila tyto základní cíle: a) na základě vyhodnocení historického vývoje zoologických zahrad, dosavadních zkušeností a současného stavu řešené problematiky provést systémovou kategorizaci Zoo staveb b) analyzovat základní soudobé principy navrhování Zoo staveb a definovat jejich specifika a vývojové trendy c) vytvořit ucelený dokument sloužící praxi projektanta jako komplexní analytický úvod do dané problematiky d) zajistit vazbu na odborné vysokoškolské studium architekta – specialisty přípravou školních skript a sestavením osnovy volitelného předmětu studia na FA VUT v dané problematice.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is ``The Specifics of Nursing Care of Anaemic Clients{\crq}q. Anaemia is one of the most common diseases associated with haemopoiesis. It is mostly revealed as a secondary finding accompanying other diseases. Since the occurrence of this disease is rather common, the probability of providing care to an anaemic patient is large. The research part of this bachelor thesis is processed by means of qualitative research methods. The objective of the thesis was to ascertain the specifics of nursing care of anaemic patients and their unsatisfied needs as identified by them. The data were collected by means of semi-structured interviews. The interviewed persons were the nurses working in the hematologic outpatient ward and the internal ward and the anaemic clients attending the hematologic outpatient ward. The questions asked in the semi-structured interviews are based in particular on technical literature and on the conceptual nursing model of M. Gordon. The research results are processed in case reports, categorization tables and basic charts. The categorization tables contain the most interesting data obtained from the conducted interviews. The main results of the research include the ascertained specifics of nursing care in the area of blood taking, changes in the food composition and the movement regime, and application of transfusions and medication. The other results of the research include ascertainment of unsatisfied needs of anaemic clients. The unsatisfied needs of the clients are reported in particular in the area of physiological needs where the greatest troubles are caused by prevalent tiredness accompanying this disease. On the basis of the research results a hypothesis for further research has been proposed. This thesis is intended especially for the professional nursing community. The results of the research draw attention to the needs felt by the clients and to the specifics of nursing care provided to these clients. The benefit of the thesis consists in the opportunity to utilize the obtained findings for study purposes and in provision of nursing care to anaemic clients.
