The current problems of monitoring of the state and changes in areas of green plantings are considered. The assessment of dynamics of the distribution of forest park plantations would allow making decisions on taking appropriate measures for forest restoration or sanitary logging to maintain the areas of the “lungs of the city” at the appropriate level. The analysis of global trends in the use of GIS and remote sensing to study the situation with green plantings shows that this allows obtaining up-to-date and reliable information promptly. Namely, it enables quick monitoring of ecological aspects on large areas and significantly speeds up taking necessary measures, if necessary. The available approaches to observe the tasks of monitoring of green areas are analysed. The existing problems of assessing the state of the forest park economy in complex environments such as cities are proposed to be solved by using software products such as ERDAS IMAGINE and ArcGIS for processing and further analysis of satellite imagery of the area. To solve the task of predicting the change in the forest park economy area over time, modelling linear regression is proposed using the built-in programming language in the ArcGIS. The developed application with an intuitive interface will provide an opportunity to conveniently work with databases and attribute information, graphics and images. The development includes five options for performing calculations, which allows analysing the results in each of the anticipated scenarios. All calculations were performed on the example of the Kharkiv Forest Park “Sokolniki-Pomirki”. An algorithm for processing and analysing satellite images was developed. The proposed algorithm can be applied to increase the speed of monitoring of the state of forests and predicting changes not only in Kharkiv, but also in other cities in Ukraine and worldwide. The paper demonstrates the capabilities of GIS for monitoring of green areas, which allow performing similar work with minimal time costs. Thus, the GIS product is promising at the current stage of observing changes in the areas of green plantings., У статті розглядається моніторинг стану та змін площ зелених насаджень. Оцінка динаміки розподілу площ дозволила б приймати рішення щодо вживання відповідних заходів з підтримання площ “легенів міста” на відповідному рівні. Наявні проблеми оцінки стану лісопаркового господарства в складних середовищах, таких як міста, пропонується вирішувати за рахунок використання таких програмних продуктів, як ERDAS IMAGINE та ArcGIS для обробки та подальшого аналізу космознімків території. Для вирішення завдання з прогнозування зміни площі лісопаркового господарства протягом часу та моделювання парної лінійної регресії запропоновано використання вбудованої мови програмування у геоінформаційній системі ArcGIS. Розроблений додаток із інтуїтивно зрозумілим інтерфейсом надасть можливість зручно працювати з базами даних та атрибутивною інформацією, графікою та зображеннями. Розробка передбачає п’ять варіантів виконання обчислень, що дозволяє проводити аналіз результатів у кожному з передбачених варіантів перебігу подій. Усі розрахунки було виконано на прикладі Харківського лісопарку “Сокольники-Помірки”. Було розроблено алгоритм обробки й аналізу космічних знімків. Запропонований алгоритм можна застосувати для підвищення оперативності моніторингу стану лісів, а також виконання прогнозування змін не тільки в Харкові, а й в інших містах України та світу. Устатті продемонстровано можливості геоінформаційних систем при проведенні моніторингу зелених насаджень, які дозволяють iз мінімальними часовими витратами виконувати подібні роботи.

The existence of Warung Bakmi Mbah Gito as a culinary tourism shows the importance of studying culinary products and space attributes that promote local culture. This study tries to explore the experience of Javanese culture-based culinary products and spaces at Warung Bakmi Mbah Gito. data collection methods through observation, in-depth interviews, and questionnaires. The results of descriptive statistics were triangulated with qualitative data in order to produce conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the experience of culinary products at Warung Bakmi Mbah Gito is focused on tangible and intangible products. The products are related to local food using original and natural ingredients that come from the village. Meanwhile, the intangible product is related to the space atmosphere and service model. In addition, the main variables in the space experience at Warung Bakmi Mbah Gito are focused on the design of the room and the music. This study is expected to provide another understanding in the development of culinary tourism destinations based on local culture. Especially in other areas that have food with a different local cultural base.ABSTRAKEksistensi Warung Bakmi Mbah Gito sebagai sebuah wisata kuliner menunjukkan pentingnya kajian terhadap produk kuliner dan atribut ruang yang mengangkat budaya lokal. Penelitian ini berusaha mengeksplorasi pengalaman produk dan ruang kuliner berbasis budaya jawa di Warung Bakmi Mbah Gito. metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan kuesioner. Hasil statistik deskriptif ditriangulasi dengan data kualitatif agar menghasilkan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pengalaman produk kuliner di Warung Bakmi Mbah Gito tertuju pada produk tangible dan intangible. Produk tangible terkait dengan makanan lokal yang menggunakan bahan asli dan alami yang berasal dari desa. Sedangkan, produk intangible terkait dengan atmosfer ruang dan model pelayanan. Selain itu, variabel utama dalam pengalaman ruang di Warung Bakmi Mbah Gito tertuju pada desain ruang dan musik yang dimainkan. Penelitian ini diharapkan akan memberikan pemahaman lain dalam sebuah pengembangan destinasi wisata kuliner berbasis budaya lokal. Terutama di daerah lain yang memiliki makanan dengan basis budaya lokal yang berbeda.

Использование геоинформационных техноло- гий, основанных на анализе пространственных данных, которые включают растровые, векторные и атрибутивные данные о рассматриваемом объ- екте исследований с применением информации аэ- рокосмического зондирования Земли, в настоящее время является основным подходом, позволяющим провести оценку рельефа переходной зоны экото- на Малый Сырт Прикаспийская низменность Вол- гоградского Заволжья. Преимущество этого подхо- да заключается в том, что он позволяет провести анализ ландшафтов сразу на нескольких уровнях: от комбинаций урочищ, составляющих тип местно- сти, до ландшафтных районов. Оценка рельефа ландшафтов экотона Малый Сырт Прикаспийская низменность в Волгоград- ском Заволжье проведена с использованием техно- логий геоинформационного анализа глобальных цифровых моделей местности и данных дистанци- онного зондирования Земли, а также выборочно полевыми исследованиями тестовых участков. Камеральное исследование имеющихся актуаль- ных космоснимков и результаты их дешифриро- вания с использованием полевых эталонов позво- лили разработать обзорную карту территории и выявить пространственное размещение эрозион- ной сети, а использование цифровой модели мест- ности основные характеристики рельефа агро- ландшафтов. При проведении исследований установлено, что на территории исследований преобладающими яв- ляются территории с абсолютными высотами 20- 40 м, занимающие более 70 ее площади. Выявлено изменение рельефа по модельному профилю. Установлено, что южная и юго-восточная часть экотона, занимающая 73,3 площади, представля- ет собой равнину с небольшой крутизной, с исто- щенными почвенными комплексами. The article includes two blocks of information: a general description of new technologies for the remote study and analysis of archaeological sites and the application of these technologies for the example of the discovery of Scythian settlements. It describes the using of GIS and Remote Sensing in the archaeological studies to find the objects and identifying them. Also it highlights the advantages of non-invasive study of archaeological sites, the efficiency of detection of objects by analyzing satellite images. It should be noted that the use of remote sensing is not an entirely new instrument of archeology; It is successively connected with the use of aerial photographs for the analysis of the terrain. The authors specifically release characteristics of the ground relative to the background as the telltale signs. The effectiveness of this method is illustrated by examples of the detection of the Scythian settlements. The method of comparing different satellite images one locality can detect objects with high accuracy. However, the scientific significance of this trend is not only in the discovery of new archaeological sites, but also in the possibility of a more qualitative spatial analysis of archaeological map. Remote sensing of the Earth allows us to overcome the limitations of traditional field research - now we can not only establish the location of the object, but also determine its area, layout and a number of other attributes. The authors cite the material, which is confirmed by the wide application of this technique by experts in the field of archeology and geoinformatics. However, the effectiveness of these technologies should not be absolutized, they require additional verification and supplement already proven methods of research. The complexity of the use of remote sensing requires additional abilities and more outlook in the field of information technology from archaeologists. But his productivity compensates for all his laboriousness and complexity in his work.

The usefulness of automated lineament analysis for the exploration and engineering geology is shown on concrete examples. The hydrocarbon deposits are established to be formed in the areas of the high density of the transverse local lineaments (to a lesser extent - the longitudinal ones) with respect to the morphological structures. Obliquely cutting lineaments have no correlation with deposits of hydrocarbons. The migration of fractured groundwater and the active development of landslides occur in areas of high density of local lineaments oriented across the river valleys and mountain ranges. The migration and concentration of alluvial groundwater occurs in the areas of regional thickening (extended) lineaments. Earthquakes are characterized by the patterns of predictive cyclical changes in systems of lineaments expressed in the increase in the degree of manifestation of transverse lineaments, regular change of the ratio of different lineaments strike and in change of the characteristics of the field lines stretch out and rose diagrams in preparation of the earthquake and after it happens. Digital elevation models reveal morphological structural lineaments, and space images - landscape lineaments that represent the disjunctive structure of the Earth’s crust best of all.

The article deals with the issue of combining modern open geographic information systems and data from remote sensing of the Earth in the tasks of forest management. Classifiers have been developed based on the method of field uplift and the designation of landfills on the basis of existing plans for afforestation. Controlled classification of research objects is conducted and the accuracy of the results is evaluated. Для своевременного выявления и прогнозирования процессов, оказывающих негативное влияние на геоэкологическое состояние качества лесного фонда, Федеральное агентство лесного хозяйства с 2005 года организует работы по непрерывному контролю ситуаций в области состояния и изменения лесного фонда Российской Федерации, которая обладает четвертью всех лесов мира. Осуществлять тщательный контроль и мониторинг таксационных или контурно- ландшафтных изменений в составе лесного фонда на сегодняшний момент без использования современных методов и последних достижений в области дистанционного зондирования Земли практически невозможно. Данные дистанционного зондирования Земли являются носителем регистрированной информации о качественном состоянии земель лесного фонда. Картографирование лесов связано с получением и обработкой большого массива данных ввиду наличия обширных площадей и необходимости их качественной характеристикой. Для этих целей широко используется дистанционное зондирование земли, позволяющее автоматизировать процесс съемки и постобработки данных. Съемка может осуществляться в различных диапазонах спектра в зависимости от исходных условий измерений и требуемых результатов, что непосредственно влияет и на камеральную обработку полученных материалов. В статье рассматриваются некоторые особенности методического подхода к интерпретированию данных аэро- и космических методов ландшафтного исследования земель лесного фонда для последующего их тематического картографирования. В настоящее время принцип количественного ландшафтного подхода является самым перспективным, развитие которого обеспе­чит повышение эффективности для целей и задач тематического картографирования, и находит широкое применение в прикладном картографировании для изучения мировых лесных ресурсов., To reveal and predict processes having negative impact on the geo-ecological state of forest land quality, the Federal Agency of Forestry organized work on continuous control of the state of forest land in Russia since 2005. The Russian Federation possesses one quarter of all forests of the world. Nowadays it is practically impossible to control and monitor taxation and contour-landscapes changes in the composition of forest lands without using up-to-date methods and latest achievements in remote sensing of the Earth. The data of remote sensing are the carrier for registered information of the qualitative state of forests. Forest mapping is connected with great data arrays due to vast areas and necessity for their qualitative characteristics. For such purposes the remote sensing is widely used which allows automating the process of survey and data processing. The survey may be done in different spectrum bands depending on original conditions for measuring and required results, which have a direct influence on processing of obtained data material. The article considers some specifics of a landscapes methodical approach for interpreting the data of aero- and cosmic techniques for studying forest lands for further thematic mapping. At the present time the principle of quantitative landscape approach is considered as the most promising. The development of this principle will provide the increasing of efficiency for aims and objectives of thematic mapping and find a wide use in applied mapping for studying of world forest resources.

Предлагается методика автоматического выделения компонент объектов захоронения отходов и разложения поверхности объекта на компоненты по космическим изображениям. Методика позволяет построить модели поверхности структурных объектов, таких как полигоны твердых бытовых отходов и муниципальных свалок, составленных из нескольких компонент, заданных разными текстурами поверхности. Применяются матрицы информационных признаков, идентифицирующие тот или иной компонент, дана их математическая модель и различные формы представления. Представлены понятия изображений компонент поверхности и общие компонентные изображения, на которых детально отражаются области детектирования, соответствующие разным текстурам поверхности. Описан критерий принадлежности пикселя изображения к тому или иному компоненту, каждый из которых характеризуется своей матрицей информационных признаков. Отмечена возможность обработки территорий поверхности Земли любого размера и автоматизации обработки. Цель: разработать методику автоматического детектирования компонент объектов захоронения отходов по космическим изображениям. Методы исследования: методы регрессионного анализа, методы математической статистики и обработки космических изображений. Результаты. Представлены результаты методики на примере полигона твердых бытовых отходов Кучино (поселок Салтыковска, Балашихинский район Московского региона). Приведено представление в проекциях пространства информационных признаков значений яркости эталонной области покрытия заданной текстуры. Показан пример компонентного разложения фрагмента участка складирования отходов полигона: изображения ряда компонент и общее компонентное изображение. Построено компонентное разложение всего участка складирования: дифференцирование исходного видимого изображения WorldView2 покрытия свалки на небольшие участки, компонентное разложение каждого участка и интегрирование участков. The paper used the matrix of information signs, identifying a particular component, their mathematical model and various presentation forms are given. The paper introduces the concepts of surface component images and overall surface component images, which reflects in details the detection areas corresponding to different surface textures. The authors have described the criterion of pixel belonging to one or another component, characterized by a complex of matrices of information signs. There is an opportunity of processing the earth's surface area of ??any size and process automation. The main aim of the study is to develop a method of automatic detection of components of waste objects for space images. The methods used in the study: the regression analysis methods, statistical methods and processing of satellite images. Results. The paper introduces the results of the method on the example of landfill Kuchino (village Saltykov, Balashikha District of Moscow Region) and representation in projection of the information space of standard values ??of the covering area of a given texture. The example of component decomposition of landfill waste section fragment: images of six components and the total component image. The authors constructed the component decomposition of the full waste area: differentiation of the original visible image WorldView2 of a dump cover into small sections, component decomposition of each sites and its integration.

Рассматривается задача выявления различий в пакетах данных векторной графики и способы её решения. Источниками векторных данных в статье служат картографическая информация и векторизованные данные дистанционного зондирования Земли. Целью является разработка способа выявления различий в пакетах векторных данных, обеспечивающего надёжное получение результата для задач актуализации картографической информации и мониторинга местности. Исследования и разработка производились путём математического моделирования задачи в MATLAB. В статье приводится описание разработанного способа решения задачи и результаты его применения для нахождения различий между двумя пакетами векторных данных, полученными из целевой информации дистанционного зондирования Земли и/или векторных слоёв цифровой карты местности. Применение данного способа позволяет автоматизировать процесс и сократить время тематического анализа космической информации, получаемой от средств дистанционного зондирования Земли для топографического картографирования и мониторинга местности.

Актуальность работы обусловлена упрощением процедур получения и обработки космических изображений посредством автоматизации обработки и расчета тех или иных индексов подстилающей поверхности и их временных изменений. Предлагаемый метод позволяет с высокой скоростью и в широких масштабах обнаруживать признаки деградации почвы, в частности, объекты захоронения отходов размера, кратного пространственному разрешению снимков, расчетом соответствующих индексов подстилающей поверхности. Основной недостаток действующих методов детектирования объектов захоронения отходов состоит в том, что их поиск и обнаружение, оценка состояния окружающей среды осуществляются наземными «ручными» методами. Все это и, прежде всего, само выявление объектов дает низкую производительность работы в области мониторинга свалок. В результате внедрения метода автоматизации детектирования объектов захоронения отходов может быть существенно улучшена защита территории от воздействия негативных факторов. Данные факторы, в частности фактор замусоривания окружающей среды, с точки зрения космических изображений могут быть выражены в виде различных индексов подстилающей поверхности. Цель: описание метода автоматического получения индексов подстилающей поверхности и их временных рядов с использованием космических изображений, привязанных к географической проекции UTM, и базы их метаданных. Методы исследования: методы получения масок облачности (метод пороговой фильтрации) и регрессионного анализа (метод среднеквадратического отклонения) для проведения темпоральной обработки. Результаты. Приведен алгоритм автоматической обработки, и описаны основные шаги его работы. Обозначена модель пересчета параметров изменения индексов подстилающей поверхности при добавлении новых значений коэффициентов спектральной яркости или удалении прежних. Работа алгоритма показана на примере расчета временных рядов NDVI заданной области наблюдения и применения метода для анализа данных обработки, в частности, автоматически просчитаны изображения NDVI окрестности полигона ТБО Торбеево Люберецкого района за период 2003-2011 гг. Проиллюстрированы структурные изменения биопродуктивности почвы в окрестности 4 муниципальных свалок городского округа Железнодорожный Московского региона: Кучино, Саввино, Лисьи Горы и Некрасовка. The main drawback of the existing detection methods of waste disposal sites is that their search and discovery, environmental assessment carried out by ground, «manual» methods. All this is primarily self identifying objects gives low productivity in landfills monitoring. As a result of the automation of security detection method of waste disposal facilities can be significantly improved protection of the territory from the impact of negative factors. These factors, inter alia, debris environmental factor, in terms of space images may be expressed in a variety of indices of the underlying surface. The main aim of the study is to develop a method for obtaining automatically the underlying surface indices and time series using satellite images linked to UTM geographical projection and their metadata. The methods used in the study: methods of getting cloud masks (threshold filtering method) and regression analysis (method of standard deviation) for temporal processing. The results. The paper introduces the algorithm of automatic data processing and describes the main steps of its operation. The authors define the model of conversion parameters of underlying surface indices change when adding new values ??of the spectral brightness coefficients or deleting the previous ones. The algorithm operation is shown by the example of calculation of NDVI time-series of the given observation area and their application to the analyze the processing data, in particular, the NDVI images are automatically calculated in neighborhood landfill of Torbeevo Lyubertsky district for 2003-2011. The paper illustrates structural changes in soil bio-productivity within four municipal landfills of Zheleznodorozhny urban district in Moscow region: Kuchino, Savvino, Licyi Gory, Nekrasovka.

Розглянуто розроблену та впроваджену в Шацькому національному природному парку геоінформаційну систему. Показано, що наявний у системі інструментарій дає змогу розв’язувати якісно нові задачі, поєднуючи різнотипні дані про стан та динаміку територіальних природних об’єктів. Наведено приклади розв’язання практичних господарських та природоохоронних завдань, зокрема виявлення об’єктів, що є потенційними джерелами екологічних загроз. It is shown, that the existent system toolkit allows solving qualitatively new problems, uniting polytypic data about a condition and dynamics of territorial natural objects.
